“This whole site is BS. They play with your money selling items you could get for the same price at any other retailer with longer wait to receive your item (which will give them time to do whatever with your money before actually buying the product). They will take your money right away but will only do a refund in 14 business days. 🤬I WILL NEVER BUY FROM WISH AGAIN!”

“I ordered an Item which duly arrived, alongside a so-called Gold watch that I had not ordered, the watch looked cheap I sought anyone would have ordered one. Anyway, I checked my bank balance and they had taken the money out for the watch. Constant e-mails and the reply was that I had ordered the watch, they did not even give me the option of sending it back for a refund. If I could give them minus stars I would, anyone want a cheap watch? it's still in the box.”

“If I could give this a zero I would! I placed one big order and a few smaller ones! I received daily updates on orders being, confirmed, processed, where they were, when shipment was expected! My credit card was charged for everything! Then suddenly they sent me a notice that my items were being refunded due to a problem with my payment! Now, they have completely wiped all my history! That's OK because I have screenshots of everything and am reporting them to the bbb! And, there is no customer service, no email, phone number is not a working number! We're talking $122! I would warn anyone not to do business with this company!”

“I ordered a webcam, their website said there were two left. They took my money, and I got tracking. What arrived was an envelope telling me the product is on backorder. Sending notes to their customer service is a joke, they do not read the note and send back responses that simply waste time, and start their 24 hour reply cycle over. These folks are pathetic.”

“I ordered an item over 2 months ago and still have not received it. The customer service phone number online does not take calls. I emailed and got a reply saying they would get back to me. 24 hours later and still no response. Thank Got the item was only $5.00 but I am about to call my Bank. First time trying it and will be the last time.”

“Buyer Beware of the Wish Website, this Wish website is a SCAM. Will steal your money and never send you the product! I am very careful when I buy from websites by seeking reviews, but because of the Covid-19 Pandemic, I rushed into placing an order of toilet paper on the Wish website, which was urgently needed at the office where I work. Wish advertised 1 box of 48 paper roll for $29/Box, plus shipping $9.00, Total $38/box. I placed an order on April 11 for 3 boxes with an expected delivery April 25. We have a small office of 10 people; 3 boxes would last us about 3 months. Next day, Sunday, April 12, I got an email from Wish website with tracking # UPS 1ZW22A810378941474 that their Store: Robert Pollard in Kentucky had shipped the order to Florida with an ETA of April 25. Strangely, 3 days later, on Wednesday April 15 at 1:30 PM 04/15/2020 1:35 P.M, I got an email from Wish website that the order had been delivered to our Tampa office. There is no way, you can ship on a Sunday and 3 days later, you get the order. That was the first Red flag!! We have a small office, with just one door, where all deliveries are made, during the day the office is always open, I can see the area from my desk. I got up to see if they had delivered somewhere else, but there was nothing. I checked the UPS website with that tracking number and requested a Proof of Delivery (POD), which I am attaching. It turns out, the Tracking number is a fake POD, it does have the tracking number Wish website provided, 1ZW22A810378941474, I realize, the ext. line shows the weight as 1.2 Lbs., the weight of each box with 48 rolls of toilet paper is 19 lbs., 3 boxes are 57 lbs. Further down in the POD, you can read that Wish left the goods at “Locker”, well we don’t have a “Locker” in the office, but even if we did, you could not possibly fit 3 boxes each with 48 rolls, for a total of 144 rolls into a locker. By now I realize, I have been scammed by the Wish Website. I called UPS, they told me to open a claim as “damaged” product, and by “damage” it meant, all products were missing. UPS confirmed they could not possibly have delivered 3 boxes with a weight of 1.2 lbs. and into any locker. UPS backed my claim, but told me that I should contact “Amazon” since the account that originated the tracking # was an Amazon account. I told UPS, this was an order from the Wish Website, they told me that they used an Amazon account #. I have been emailed Wish multiple times in reference to this order, what they said was, you placed an order, the order was delivered, end of story, check our policies. They don’t want to hear that the POD is fake, that the weight of the order is 1.2 lbs., or that it was delivered to a Locker as opposed to an office address. To make a long story short, the Wish website is using clever tools to make it look as though they shipped the goods with a tracking number and that the product was delivered, when in fact, you will never get the product, and even using fake UPS tracking numbers using “Amazon” accounts. Buyer Beware - this Wish website is a SCAM – Wish takes your money and never delivers the product, but it sends you a fake tracking number, but no product.”

“Wish uses your money and don’t give you the item!! If you see any product that somewhere else would cost a lot more and with Wish it is a pond or two, DONT BUY IT! They are fake products, you pay for it, Wish uses your money for days and you never receive the product and their excuse is COVID19. Yes it’s an excuse because they did this to me before several times before corona virus and I’m just writing here because I had enough. You buy, they hold your money and keep “processing” the product until you realise that they are just using your money and you will NEVER receive the products. Yes most of the things you buy, you will receive but don’t expect things like laptops or fancy boots and bed sheets. It’s ridiculous!!”

“Here is my take on wish. I have received about 50% of my orders. The other 50% is missing or wrong items shipped. But I always have been refunded. I ordered three bottles of Jean Paul Gaultier. They are knock offs, I know. They shipped me 3 little stickers instead. So here’s how they are making extra money. It took months to get here. So they took my money and millions of other peoples money and invested it knowing it will be a few months before you request a refund. Millions of dollars a few months invested would get them a buck of change that would be worth it. Since the sticker was maybe a cent and the shipping was a buck it’s a win win for them.”

“Prices advertised double once you try to place an order. Or, they charge your card, hold your money for a day or two, then say SORRY that promotional price is no longer available. Don't waste your time.”

“My order was not delivered, after sending email confirmation from the courier that tracking does not match my address to wish severaltimes, they are keep saying on the system says it's been delivered so they are not willing to refund or resend my orde. Missing the point that it was sent to wrong address by them. Which I have been told by there courier. Once this resolve, I will delete wish app and will never use it. I suggest you should be very careful to use wish. You will only find out how dreadful there service is once you face any complications with your order.”

“Given tracking # for UPS. Said package was delivered on 4/21 and signature was not me. Called UPS and was told they do not deliver Wish. So I looked up address they delivered to. Was the county courthouse. Talked to someone I know and she confirmed the delivery. Was a mother board for a DELL computer not a Pack and Play mattress which is what I ordered and now I cannot get customer service to answer my questions. I just get the generic email that they are too busy! All I want is a correct tracking number!”

“BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I would not even rate a one star!!! I have placed 4 orders and all have been cancelled without explanation. Fortunately, I did have money refunded - but received email asking for copy of my bank statement following my last order!!!! You absolutely cannot get in touch with any sort of customer service. You will NEVER get a response from an email - and there is NO PHONE to reach. Run! from this site!!!!!!”
