“They sent me the wrong size phone case and will not resend correct size. I photographed the case they sent but they chose to ignore the evidence. Disgusting service do not buy from them.”

“The rc plane I purchased was missing a motor. When I tried to return the unopened plane and parts, they told me I had to have kept the label. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM WISH EVER AGAIN!”

“Being charged for something I didnt even order. DO NOT keep your card details on file. Unfortunately I did not realise mine were stored & now I am getting rubbish I did not order, nor want. I will try to get a refund but I am not hopeful seing the comments of other reviews. Will definitely be deleting my account.”

“Please do not buy anything from this company, I bought few items worth £154 & Golf shoes never arrived all other items came from China Ordered Medium & it was very small very bad quality, I tried two months to return but automated massages it’s biggest Scam . I was so disappointed that Facebook allowing this company for their platform. C.K.Patel”

“Buyer BEWARE!!! I only WISH I saw this site sooner. This is a fraudulent and terrible ordering site. They have terrible support and I am about to cut my losses of about $47 which is more than what I expected to pay or what the item is worth. Not only did it take a longer time to receive but return is impossible. They set up the account so that your order can't be found and expect you to follow instructions to return by searching for the item under the order history that is either a broken link or is not listed there. So they tell you to contact support. I have done this numerous times and each has given me the same BS. Meanwhile, as they prolong the help and unsuccessful return process, the window of time for a return is running out to their advantage. BEWARE and avoid the headache and regret. Otherwise , you'll WISH you had.”

“Poor form! Ordered on 21st March! Expected delivery 2nd April! Informed delivery was 11th April? Which was 6 days ago? Needed item by 19th April? Can't see that happening! Not happy!! Unable to verify complaint, terrible customer support! Will not shop with Wish ever again!!!!!!”

“Waited a full MONTH to receive a wonderful purse then discovered they'd sent the WRONG color. Customer service is HORRIBLE unless you download the app. Had no intention of ever ordering from them again so didn't get app. They refused to answer questions thru email and their customer support chat system is a sham. The posted phone number on their website is useless, only tells you to refer to the app. Discourage anyone from buying from them.”

“Wish isntn't a serious retailer. Didn't honored more than 60% of the total order. Customer support is a basic robot machine who does not let yoy choose any option in order to solve your issue. Will not buy anymore.”

“It takes forever to receive an item from them to begin with, many items don't even fit when you go by their chart. I placed an order last year and simply forgot about it (it happens with wish) I went back to my order history and realized that I did not receive 2 items that were placed. It showed Estimated time of October 2020. I contacted them and asked if I could either get my items or a refund since I have not received anything. This is the reply they gave me via e-mail "As you may know, customers may request a refund on an order within 30 days of delivery of the item. Or if the item did not arrive, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. While you may have contacted us initially within this timeframe, we required additional information from you in order to investigate your request. As we did not hear from you within the allocated timeframe, we are no longer able to offer you a refund." They will not send me the items I purchased, nor will they refund me and that is what I consider thievery.”

“Very deceptive order purchase process. I had put some items in the basket, but could not change my card that had already been listed in their system, did NOT want to order the items. Suddenly I received an email confirming an order I DID NOT INTEND TO MAKE. Within minutes I tried to cancel the order, but was refused, via their dysfunctional "support" service. Their phone support service HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. There is no functional chat system. Now I have to wait for the UNWANTED CHARGES FOR AN UNWANTED ORDER show up on my card, before I can contest this order with the credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WISH, I certainly won't be ever again.”

“My husband ordered a toolbox on wheels (£15 inclusive of postage), however, he received a ratchet tool? The quality of which was equivalent to something you would pick up in your local £1 shop. This is misleading advertising. Why show a picture and description of a toolbox for your customer to base their decision on - only to find you are provided with something completely different? Furthermore, I have since looked at Wish reviews on TrustPilot. There are a lot of worryingly bad reviews. To add weight to our argument we found another review ‘Ian Tait’ UK who had ordered the very same toolbox and also received a cheap ratchet tool instead. Their customer service is diabolical, they simply didn’t want to know. Lucky for us we paid through PayPal who have since reimbursed us.”

“This company should be investigated. I too have been duped, I ordered something and received no confirmation, I only have my credit card statement. When I contacted Wish they said to submit my order but that conveniently disappeared and like I said I never got an order confirmation that you typically receive immediately after placing an order, something does not smell right.”

“Ordered trainers same size as previous one which was my size eu 40 wish send me trainers apparently size 40 as soon as I opened bag I can see they are much smaller , size and half smaller, send e-mail to wish and pic plus one more pic with my previous trainers and you can see huge difference!!! They ask me again to send pic with size tag I did !!!! ( send 3 pic altogether) !!!!! Customer service said they can help me because they send size what I ask for , I had previously ordered something else very disappointed but I said to myself give them one more chance! I was wrong they don’t deserve more chance !!! They are unprofessional, constantly lying customers items 99% rubbish , they taking your money end of !!!!! DO NOT BUY anything from wish PLEASE you will regret same as me !!! They are bad very bad”
