“Terrible. I wrote 6 emails complaining about not receiving the item. But for all 6 emails, they sent me a tracking URL that returns 404 error, closed the issue ticket without my agreement, and in the end claimed that they can't refund because the tracking says it was delivered. NOTE: I DID check the mailbox and surrounding area. I DID ask my apartment managers. I DID contact the local post office. I DID ask my neighbors. My neighborhood never experienced this situation. This is the definition of a SCAM.”

“Is everything good quality? Not all but some things are. Some things you can find on Amazon with some pricing. Delivery varies depending from where it is coming from, recently a bag took almost 2 full months to arrive. Nonetheless Wish was very helpful in allowing me to cancel the order due to its lateness with a full refund. They day the refund would take 2 weeks to process but it only took 1 week. There are things worth getting from Wish and there are things that are not worth it.”

“You will lost all your money while u paid for order but wont get the order confirmation. Im emaling with them back and ford showing the proof money was cut and send to they account, but order was not saved and no order confirmation - they keep asking ok what is ur order number. 10 times i said problem is order was not saved but money cut, here is proove and they will answer you : ok we will help you plz give order number. So be careful if you pay and order not saved get ready to lost money and nothing you can do”

“I have had two orders that are way over due they will never talk to you in person all contact is via web site I have two complaint numbers on file #22266308 and #22494828 they keep giving me new delivery dates to draw it out longer I asked for a refund the crooks reply is we need more time reach back out in another month and it was shipped we just don't know were it is sorry just keep waiting its should show up sometime and no refund”

“After perhaps over 100 paid for and delivered orders .. the majority of which where ok... all of a sudden my account is frozen and I am getting demands for photos of my bank statements and driver's licence to be provided before my account would be reinstated....NO JUSTIFIABLE REASON FOR SUCH REQUESTS after so many successful transactions in which payment information was already on record and unchanged....I also had items delivered with the wrong AC plugs was not enough to be worth the hassle of returning..picked up some AC adaptors instead.... Also had occurences then prices in the checkout cart did not match the purchase price posted and had to delete the items before checking out”

“I've ordered a few things, cheaply made and broke quickly or just wasnt what was advertised correctly. Then I look at certain things and they have the same product on amazon for 1/3rd the price (I am a funko pop collector) so the legit items are super expensive compared to other websites. Dont use wish if you are actually looking for a deal on something that actually works!”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Fraud and low quality copycat products. a few months ago I ordered an item. They could not fill order but only refunded the product price and kept shipping. I thought this might just oversight but I ordered 2 other products last month. Was told one of products no longer available but they only refunded .71c of the $11 I paid for that one item. Then i look at the second item. They increased the price of it and tripled the shipping alloting the bulk of what I should have been refunded. Tried contacting support . Absolutely useless. No responsibility or responses. I see in there reviews this is a common problem. They are scamming thousands of people. Can you imagine how much mo eye people are being scammed?. I am deleting them from and never buying direct from china again. I will pay more for american made.”

“Useless app!wouldnt give it even 1 star!Ordered items 2 months ago,now its 1 month past expected delivery date.No communication through app,cant track my items.Are you sure this isnt a scam?Wouldnt recommend it to a soul!”

“i believe this company is fraudulent. If you do order anything from them, use your AMEX card, so you can fight the order. The customer service is non-existent, and there is no way to track the shipments. If you do order anything...good luck.”

“BAIT AND SWITCH AND CREDIT CARD THEFT I like to shop for cheap stuff and used to think Wish was fun. But the last two times I was going to order every item I selected went up in price and shipping when I added it to my cart. The main page would show $3.00 plus $3.00 shipping but when I add it to my cart the item was $7..00 and shipping was $10.00. These are just examples but not one item price or shipping price stayed the same after after I added to my cart. That is classic bait and switch and is illegal. About a week after my last I order I received notification that Wish had attempted to charge approximately $380 three times in a row on the same day. My order was about $20. I will not be tempted to give them my card info again.”

“I like wish! The prices are very reasonable. Shipping is a little pricey tho. Most items are “what you pay for!” Between my better half and myself we order a lot of items from wish and 3 out of 50 items were below our standards, but wish refunded with no hassles! Quick and easy! Will keep on wish’in ☺️”

Add to that the inconvenience of having to cancel and replace my credit card.”

“I made an order years ago and had to put in my debit card information. Two days later someone had spent over $200 + at a service station buying gas and other things. My bank investigating, tracked where it was used but couldn't give me any more details because of the investigation. Never ordered from them again. Never put your card number in unless you want someone to use your card information.”

“They charged more than 100 euros in my card despite I just bought 5 or 6 euros. I spent almost two months trying to get the respective refund but I didnt get even an answer. So, if you buy here is higly probably that you lose your money. This is a scam and they are thieves.”

“less than 5 stars,,, crocked con artists, will fraudulently charge your card in small amounts, and then pretend they don't know what youre talking about when you email them, they have no number you can call them at, had to get the card company involved. and then they disable the customer service in the app, and the order history.”
