I ordered 2 large pet comfort beds May 16th. A small pet comfort bed came in the mail August 27th. My order $49.85 for 2 large comfort beds turns out to be the price for 1 small petbed. I will never do business with this company again. Their tracking is useless and their customer support. This company needs to be shut down. Total RIP OFF.

A charge of more than $500.showed up on our credit card. We couldn't find out what it was for by checking all our records so stopped payment with Credit card company. A short time later a parcel showed up containing 5 identical wood working items that we have no use for. I have nicely asked for a return shipping label twice however they have not responded. I have been trying to resolve this mess for almost a month and are rapidly approaching the 30 day limit Since they refuse to do anything about this I am taking this order to Post office and will happily pay the shipping rather than the 500 dollars.

This company shouldn't be doing business. They are decietful con artist. I ordered a pool and splash pad for my grandson's birthday. My ordered was processed June 6, 2020. Delivery was scheduled for June 18. I selected largest family pool. The pool finally arrived August 25. My son sent photo and my grandson's ages 6 and 3 barely fit. I was livid this is not what I paid for. Water from splash pad runs outward not inward as WISH photo showed. I plan to email them with photo of pool. Unfortunately since this company is rip off I probably won't get any satisfaction. I won't ever order from this company again.

Dress not flared but clingy and shiny unlike picture. Tops are see through and cheap looking!

They keep asking for a tag on the item, but each item has come with out tags. I now have several items that are out of the 30 days limit as everytime you email wish, you get the 3 day wait, then they ask for a photograph of the tag, then they respond with it all over again from a different person.

Never received 15 items only received 4 and I've waited months still no items. I was told that I had to do some kind of support ticket for all unrecieved item. What?! Another run around bull----

This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I ordered solar lights & silver chains. After almost a month I received a small bag containing 2 plastic watches & a Small bottle of liquid. Not even close to my order. That was July 25 & I have been dealing with their customer service ever since with numerous emails. All they had to do was to issue me a return label as I would gladly return these ridiculous items!! Now thy claim my window of time for a refund has passed!!!! I am so frustrated & angry with the incompetence of this compass you. I would never order from them again!

Don't order anything from wish if you do the chances are you won't get what you paid for ,i.e. 2 items I ordered for my wife they decided to send a couple of packets of seeds God only knows what they are , when you try and get something sorted out with them all you get are obstacles

I've been very satisfied with my purchased. I've mostly bought things like phone chargers, kitchen stuff like canisters, storage boxes, slippers, etc. and have been very happy with the quality given the very cheap prices. It does take 3-4 weeks to deliver. I also always look at ratings and reviews to make sure other users have liked the item. If the item doesn't arrive on time (has happened on some occasions) or is not up to the quality, Wish customer support has always refunded the money. The first time i used wish i didn’t know whether to trust so i decided to pay the least possible with this code: ( yltwdyp ), till 50% off on total cart.

Never delivered three orders combined into my address: Order ID: 5f0d79adb791c2c8254e5a11 They informed me that the delivery was performed on August 24, and that is not true.

I ordered few things but I received something different, cheap quality and wrong items, the description is misleading, you do not get to speak to a real customer service, they have this automated responses, it keeps telling you that your order was delivered. No wonder why they cannot compete with ebay and amazon, I will never order from them again just deleted the app.

I attempted to make a small purchase on Wish.com. I never received a confirmation email on account creation or order creation. When I attempted to log in, it failed. I did however see the charge appear on my credit card. Using their 'contact' link results in automated responses that ask you wait for up to three weeks for a refund. Three weeks later, no refund has been provided, and I still get automated responses to my attempts to contact them. Luckily, the purchase was not too large, but learn from my mistake - do NOT attempt to purchase anything on this site; you are literally giving away your money.

My first order I placed was on 10th of June. The estimated arrival date was shown as 28th July. It was okay because the items were coming from China and the current pandemic situation worldwide. Somewhere in beginning of July, first time Wish has changed the ETA from 28 July to 30th August and again in early August 2nd time they changed the ETA to 08 October which is 4 months of placing the order. This is absolutely ridiculous. Just to let you all know that on 10th June, I have placed other online orders on eBay for items coming from China one of which has a 08 Sep as ETA.... and it arrived a month earlier than that. Extending ETA is not a new concept…. Aliexpress also has this option BUT it can only be used by the buyer, not their system or the seller. I tried to find the refund procedure on Wish but no luck, because they keep extending the ETA and you cannot request refund until the ETA has passed. In my opinion WISH.com is a hopeless site to buy anything.

The pants came too small. Way too small. After months of waiting. And while customer empathizes, they say I'm stuck with them. The biking outfit on the same order, placed 3 months ago, has not arrived. I'm done with Wish. Writing off the money to lesson learned and uninstalling the app. Don't buy from them.

I bought the pet fountain, on June 3rd, but I never received it. Wish charged it on my credit card, on June 9th. I wrote a lot of emails and I have asked to cancel my purchase order and do the reimbursement. I always received the same response. They didn't do the reimbursement. I can't trust this company.
