“DO NOT USE WISH.COM IF YOU DO, IT’S AT YOUR OWN TOTAL RISK. I ordered 2 items in May, 2020! They said I’ll receive them around late May. As of August 2020 no items received. After over the 1st month I started questioning them every few weeks and each time they gave me a farther delivery date. In August 2020 (4 months after!) I received one item. I had ordered LARGE and it said so on the bag but it was a child’s size! I tried to return it before the 30 days passed but I couldn’t find where. They sent me to their Customer Help. I got there and into my account and it says “You have no orders yet”! After trying so many times without results, I furiously told them “why don’t you make the refund yourself like all other merchants do” but they slapped me with an identical email again. Their phone is useless as it sends you to the same merry-go-rounds as before. I know I’ll lose this money. I’m really sick of them and will stop wasting my precious time! However, I may try to have my credit card co. put a stop payment. I still don’t know what awaits me IF/WHEN I ever receive the second item. This company lures people with their ridiculously low prices, i.e. $2 for a pair of shoes (sold elsewhere for $30), free shipping, prompt delivery, etc. They have the Chinese sellers ship directly from China to you. Yes, I know, all stores sell Chinese items, but they offer them AFTER they’ve received them in their stores and they take the shipping responsibility. Also if something’s wrong with the item they promptly exchange or refund your money without any more ado. But anyway, I don’t care where the item comes from as long as merchant is transparent and quickly refunds you when it’s wrong item. THIS COMPANY SHOULDN’T BE ALLOWED TO DO THIS KIND OF BUSINESS. I KNOW BETTER NOW AND SHALL NEVER EVER BUY FROM COMPANIES OF THIS KIND. P.S. I forgot to tell you they give customers' data to the Chinese sellers. Few days ago, I mysteriously received a package though I wasn't expecting any as I didn't do any more shopping online. It was another item like the previous one and also wrong size too. It came from a Chinese Co. I immediately contacted wish.com about it and they responded with the same emails they had been sending me when I told them I couldn't find where to get the refund. I was able to get to this Chinese contact and asked them why they sent me something when I never ordered anything. They said, somebody will answer in 48 to 72 days. I'm still waiting. In case you receive from them an UNSOLICITED order, this is their info according to their label: BBTEX USA, Inc., 317 E. Redondo Beach Blvd., Gardena CA 90248. They’re known to rent temporary places in America (just like wish.com). Now I have the task of finding out if they charged my card! Grrrrrrr! Sigh..... :( It finally entered my little brains that it ain't no free lunch. So I'd rather pay the full price and get it over with without aggravation and wasting golden time. :) [Forgive my lengthy complaint]”

“I’ve never seen such a bad company like wish. I have had many issues with all my purchases. This is the last product I have issues with and it will be the last product having bought from these stupid people. I ordered a tripod and a ring ling light. I just received the ring light and they marked it as delivered. I complained more that three times and their answer was like from a robot “since it shows delivered, we take no responsibility”. I wish I had the possibility to post some of their answers...! The point is that they never sent the tripod and they know that. They implied that the tripod got missing during the delivery, so I should ask the neighbours!!! How stupid!!! Well, I can prove that the tripod was never sent! This is how they make money. After reading other reviews I saw that a lot more people never received the tripod...! So guys don’t bother you neighbours asking for a tripod. Just Wish one more time robbed you!!”

“Absolutely dreadful- ordered a swimming costume back in January- never got it. Wrote to find out where it was in March as assumed problems with corona virus etc but ignored my customer support request. Got back in touch and was told I couldn’t have money back as it was over the thirty day refund policy. I can’t give back what I never got. The Wish support was automated and didn’t allow me to talk to anyone. Don’t touch this company total scam - never shopping with them again and have already told at least 20 other people how appalled I am.”

“do not do business with wish they took money out of my account and will not refund it for something I didn't want her to keep asking for me for an order number which I haven't got they asked me for a confirmation email. I've done everything they've asked me to do 60 something screenshots no luck getting a refund diagnose”

“Wish refuses to refund me for my items I never received I ordered back on may 15 2020 ... Still after multiple emails (because the site nore app will let me do as instructed to get a refund ) it is nearing the end of August. .. I finally received it's as discribed " full size product " (it was smaller the travel size ) it was the most gawd aweful product .. not to mention the mascarra I bought almost made me go blind .. it didn't even look right in the container .couldn't tell you about the other 20 items I ordered cause I haven't received them .. they just keep prolonging the shipping process.. WISH IS A SCAM. BUYER BEWHERE .. OH the items that were too good to be true on their special offer price of being the first buyer is a scam to even though I didn't win it I still never even got a full refund the item do people put pennies pretty sad.. still no refund nore the other 18 items have showed up at me door mail box .. yes my information is correct”

“Ordered laptop April delivery,said delay due to corona virus,shows still in transit,wish say ,only 30 days for refund?6 years damaged or faulty, surely postage would cover insurance, cannot raise customer services,automated reply.will never order from WISH again. WISHED I had kept my money! BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU ORDER ANYTHING G ,how many people have been left empty handed? LES COLBORN. ENGLAND still waiting for item,AUGUST 21st, 6 Months.”

“8 out of 10 times the item you purchase is not what you expected. It's usually very cheap material in comparison to how the photo looks. And you think that because it's discount prices you get what you pay for, however after shipping it's not all that discounted.”

“Keep moving the delivery date on items I ordered in May! Won't let me request a refund and no way to contact a human! Using the excuse of covid 19 which is a lie, I order stuff from China daily through aliexpress and never had a problem despite the pandemic, awful awful scam of a company, feel absolutely robbed!”

“My order stated I’d receive a quantity of 1. The picture showed a box of 100 rubber gloves. Imagine my surprise when 4 MONTHS later I received 1 PAIR OF GLOVES. The site showed it took 3 months to get out of China. The customer service consists of wait for it, keep waiting and WAIT. Never again. I’m deleting the app.”

“Order received was not what I ordered. Have been in touch several times for them to send the correct item and keep getting fobbed off every time. They take your money send you the wrong item which you have to wait so long for....I had to wait 2 months which I wouldn’t have been too bothered about had the item been correct. Very frustrating and very upsetting how customers are treated. Please take my advice....DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from Wish.”

“I bought a pair of bedroom curtains and I received a shower curtain. I also ordered 4 wifi cctv cameras that revolve round and I received 4 ordinary cameras that don't move and needs an expensive hard drive their customer service didn't get back to me ,I have only used wish a few times but will NEVER use again stay clear from it”

“Ordered June 7th didn't get it until August 18th. This was supposed to be a dress. It was barely a shirt. It was such thin material you could see through it. Totally a piece of trash. I will never order from this company again. If I had known it came from China I wouldn't have ordered in the first place. I tried to cancel when I realized where it was coming from and of course they said it had already processed. Lies! Typical China. But American.”

“I ordered a series of Items from . I only got one and one that was not my order I never got any of my items got only partial refunds and they have a way to block you so then you fall out the refund window to get anything. Their tracking system is a lie, these goods come from china we never get them in Hawaii even 5 6 months later This is a chinese scam”
