“DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DONT SEND ANY UPDATES AFTER SPENDING £108 ITS VERY HURTFUL TO BE LEFT WITHOUT A PROPER UPDATE AS TO WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE AND THERES NO WAY OF TRACKING IT. It will show up as an ERROR! Big BIG MISTAKE NEVER AGAIN”

“Terrible I'll never ever order from them again I ordered some hair items and after they got paid, I didn't hear from them again! No follow up email after confirming my order, no way of tracking my order, and just given the run around. Zagreb spending £108 I wish I read the reviews first DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT WILL STESS YOU OUT”

“If you feel like you need to be ripped off, just visit Wish.com today! Wish.com is nothing more than an extremely shady front for ripoff artists worldwide. Apparently there is no vetting for sellers on Wish.com. It appears that anyone can sign up and start selling imaginary products, make tons of money and there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about it. I placed a $388 order on a Monday morning. I did not receive any type of order email, no receipt, no order confirmation whatsoever. I went to contact Wish.com via the telephone number listed on the site. However that is just a recording stating that Wish.com does not provide customer support. I tried clicking "Contact Customer Support" via the website. However that is simply an automated popup screen that just provides basic information on how to order. I searched Google and finally came up with an email address. Two days later I received a response stating that my order "will be processed". I immediately went to cancel the order but low and behold, once you place an order...you can't cancel it. "Your order is close to being shipped, and therefore cannot be cancelled". But wait....I had still not received any communication from Wish.com whatsoever. I emailed back to cancel my order immediately or a chargeback will be filed. Amazingly enough I haven't heard back from them. My credit card has been charged and now I will have to file a chargeback on my purchase. Wish.com is so extremely and blatantly a plethora of illegal ripoff activity it is mind boggling that this fake company still in business. FTC are you listening?”

“Wish for merchants are typically SCAM, I am with them for 6 months now, they are big liers and they pay every 2 weeks that is true, but they made a $900 refund to a client that they said they didn't receive the item and the client did receive it so they can keep the money, even they are refunding clients without telling you and making fines to us on each product and they mention that we are not shipping in the time frame of 4 days and that is not true and we ship in 1or 2 days maximum, also they find you if you said that the product is out of stock, So don't work with these liers, thieves and scam company, I want to contact the owner of this company to see what they are doing and if they know that these people are thieves, and they answer your messages after ages and even lots of times they don't answer you”

“Two Military tactical fleece hoodies Arrived and the items were so poor in quality I just couldn’t believe my eyes the sleeves on the fleece hoodie had gapping holes were stitching was supposed to be and the fleece type of material you could poke holes in it with your fingers the material was like spent lint on a dryer screen . I placed two orders the hoodies and OTC knives ..I never received the knives and I don’t think they exist it’s scam and if they do arrive I’m not sure what to expect.”

“I never received my order. Wish says was delivered. Has been now almost 2 months and still am waiting. I requested a refund. They say my issue is resolved. No it wasn't! I live on SSI only and an out almost $38.00! I would not rec this company to anyone! BEWARE!!!”

“They have stoll 317 DKK from my kredit card. They cant tell me what I have pursued. Im sure that there is no customer service at WISH, only a robot. The robot ask the same questions multiple times. I really hope that no one will by those fake items from that shitty site. FAKE customer service”

“I order Gray starry star print curtains they sent blue ones I email them right away they are not doing anything about it they took my money out of my bank account for them I am title to what I payed for this is not right to treat customers like this as we are the ones that are buying from you ure taken money out of our banks for stuff we are not getting is this a scam I just want my Gray starry star print the one I payed for”

“Just placed my first Wish order yesterday $7.68 + $1 shipping. I was surprised shipping was so low but thought it must be part of their sales model. One item shipped right away but I attempted to cancel the two unshipped items because they swapped out the item for a cheaper quality version that cost more. $17.68 now spent and can't cancel the order. I tried to cancel before the 2 items began to process, but their chat bot insists it can't be cancelled because it shipped. I just added a pic to show Wish advertised the product at 2.06 but they billed me more than double that for 2 items that are worse quality. Customer service won't help or allow cancellation.”

“Most items on Wish.com are fake or cheep, They mislead people in thinking they are getting a deal, in fact all you are get is a lesson. China has no regulation on fake or imitated items. So they sell what they want to who they want. We should learn from what they have done to the world, in terms of selling cheep tat. When we buy from them we make matters worse, I bought several items for Christmas presents. Most things that have arrived, you wouldn't give to the charity shop. Wish.com is scam controlled by multiple scammers. Theres nothing on there you cannot get from Amazon or eBay, many a times other sights are cheeper. I learnt a lesson after spending a couple of hundred with them. Anyone thinking to buy from Wish.com think again, and do your research, it is a con and you mat be disappointed on the items you have ordered. Also the 30 day money back guarantee, means you have to cover postage, which may be more than you initially paid for the item. Be careful, these people are NOT cheep, Be warned.”

“Wish is a scam or it allows scammers to sell stuff and scam people. I ordered a cleaning robot and I got a cheap key chain instead. I contacted the customer service and they asked me for a picture. I sent them a picture of what I received with the USPS tracking number. But they want a picture of the internal tracking number that was not shown on the shipping label or included inside the package. Even though the USPS tracking number on my picture associates with the internal number they asked for. They still denied me a refund because I couldn't send them a picture of something that does not exist. If a scammer wants to scam people, why would they include every necessary information? STAY AWAY FROM WISH!”

“Im not a customer im a victim of this site someone somehow got my card and bought over 400 dollars overnight when my bank was closed they refused call me back or email me i want my money back they are lying thieves i never order online i ever order from this site never will they cant be trusted at all horrible customers service and thier security system is the worse worse”

“Do not buy or order from wish my wife ordered a item tissue box i have now had to pay £69.71 for three customer service not interested now coming from China when I don't know but could have brought from amazon £11 postage free they are crooks !!!!!!”
