“I ordered 3 dog beds. Two packages showed up. One small and contained a red dog bed. The other was a larger bag and contained just one blue bed. After confusion I discover one package was to contain 2 beds. The packer forgot a bed. Wish will not ship the missing bed. They say that I got it since I got the package. Then tried to lay blame on Fed Ex and wiping hands of it.”

“I have been trying to get a refund for merchandise I never recieved, communicating with them via e-mail is a joke. I have been asking for a refund since August 24, 2020 with no luck. Only use PAYPAL when using this company. I do not recommend them.”

“I was excited to purchase a memory chip for a very small price. I went to wish, I ordered it and while I was there I ordered other amazingly cheap products. Not all were so cheap. Two days later I receive notifications regarding the cheap orders: Your account was refunded. My conclusion is that those cheap items are bait. I fell for it like a fish. I tried to leave a review on the bait items and I don't have access to leave a review. More people will fall like I did”

“wish is phony not recommended at all, selling fakes/products with defects on it/also selling counterfeits/or copies of original products DO NOT PROCEED WITH PLACING AN ORDER/DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT INFORMATION IT IS NOT ADVISABLE TO DO SO.”

“Wish is a scam. They will charge your credit card and won't deliver the item. They are full of lies. It is almost impossible to contact customer services. It is all automatic. Total scam! Shame on you!”

“I bought a phone from wish. it doesn't read my sim card. After several attempts for wish to exchange or refund, they decided to ignore me. Wsh are scammers . if you buy form wish , expect no warranty.”

“ordered a skirt 8 weeks ago. it was allegedly at the Chinese despatch depot at the beginning of October, but I still haven't received it and the arrival date is now 1st December. I made a complaint to wish, they did nothing and then stated that my complaint was "resolved". so despite ordering the item at the beginning of September, I still don't have it. Length of delivery time is very poor. 🤨”

“Bought solar lights for $30 and never received them. Was told that back order. That was 6 mos ago. Called customer service and transferred to refunds and call dropped. Same thing happen two more times. I give up. SCAM”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS Unless you want poor quality items, have 3 months to spare waiting for item to arrive and money to waste - if that’s the case then order directly from cheap Asian based sites and cut out the middle man : namely WISH. I WISH I had read the reviews before I ordered, instead I was left with items which were nothing like the advertised picture which I waited months for, some items never arrived and they refused to refund - absolutely useless customer service. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR”

“Do not order from these thiefs... Wish says it may take a little longer to save money But they never delivered my item... I waited months and then asked for refund and was refused! Do Not Order From Wish They are Crooks!”
