“pure scam please avoid at all costs NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL”

“This is not a reliable company. They fraudulently took my money and will not change or refund my items which are too small. I contacted them the day I received my order and have been fighting with them ever since .I am now stuck with items I can’t use because their sizing is totally different to uk sizing. I WOULD ADVISE - DO NOT USE THEM! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT SEND YOU A RETURNS LABEL OR REFUND! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!”

“I would give it a negative start if I could. This company (WISH.Com) just takes your money. It says I ordered ugly socks worth $40...it just took my money. There is no where in the site to ask questions, for complaints and fore refunds. This company is UNETHICAL SCAM. Please do not buy from this company.”

“Pure scamming lowlife rip-off merchants who deal in rubbish products, practice bait and switch price gouging policy and has customer support that is worse than Banggood. You WILL lose your money here, that is a surety, you will not get your goods either. They may send something on occasion but it won't even resemble what you ordered. Total rip off sites designed to frustrate and fleece people. Do yourself a favour and save a sh..load of frustration, stay away from these scamming fu..turds.”

“Special offers are special they do not exist, tried to order a cheap fishing rod several times told out of time or out of stock yet a few days later same company advertising again at special price. Make sure you use paypal at least you may have some protection if this is a scam. Any refund use original payment method. Waiting now to see if I get refunds.”

“New to wish so far my purchases include advertised numerous piece tool kit received toy ratchet,also ordered further tool kit will receive cheap generic spanner,ordered box of wood milling bits expect one bit,ordered premium laser sent cheap rubbish,how are they allowed to trade total con”

“Terrible customer service given printable return labels but not recognised when scanned at post office just comes up parcel force but teller says its incomplete so paid and sen myself now can't get answer to send package photos and new track numbers ,also paying postage both ways although sent item not as advertised total con stay away”

“I ordered a laptop and paid 144.00 and recived a cheap rubber bracelet value approx 2.00 have contacted them and have just gone round in circles I've now opened a case through PayPal to try and recover my loss”

“I never received my order. My package was marked as delivered but I never received it. In 15years of my residence I never had a package stolen so I know it wasn't stolen. Wish is a scam. It's a gamble to receive your package and from what I've read it's a gamble to receive your package as ordered. Support says tuff, take it up with the post office and file a police report.”

“I ordered a face mask on September 22. Today is November 27 and it still hasn't arrived. Wish wants me to wait another 20 days before contacting them again. There will be a cure for the virus before I get this mask. Never again.”

“I ordered some lego bricks, a boat in a ship. Received three split plastic bags if mixed up bricks enclosed in another flimsy dirty bag. No box, no illustration no instructions. Raised a complaint with PayPal and been told I have to return these bricks at my expense to Holland to get a refund. So I have to pay out more money to get a refund which i don't believe I will get. I feel cheated. Stay clear if this company.”

“I just viewed items on wish website then saved them in the cart without any order to buy or pay for them but I found that they have been deducted from my account for the saved items, this is horrible, I tried to reach anyone but no response, only automated reply, I sent many emails to cancel the order and make refund but nothing, they emailed that the order on the way, Regarding that I never buy any thing from wish, I did not how they reach my card details, if any one can give me an advice for how to refund please let me know”

“Please be aware there are a lot of scams on this site. Customer service is appauling. I purchased a £145.00 product that never arrived and i had these little blue form stick things that i have no idea of what they are and didn't order. Customer service has not got back to me. There were a couple of cheaper things that i ordered that I did not receive but they were quick to refund those. Everything is more expensive than the advertised price when you click on it. Many times they tell you that they will refund you because you didn't purchase quick enough. I made one purchase and the seller emailed me for £50 more before he sent the product.”

“Item shipped a month after it was supposed to be here. Impossible to return it. If you call it says you have to return items online, but there is no way to return on their website. Total SCAM.”
