“Wish is useless! Whatever you ordered, you definitely won’t get what the picture shows. You’ll wait for a couple months just to get something smaller than you expected, bigger than you expected, definitely worse quality than you expected and in general something you can’t even use. If you want to waste money you’d better burn it, it’s more fun!”

“Should have read WISH reviews as now I have been taken as well. Not going to waste any more time pursuing my purchased item but this site needs shut down and owners prosecuted for stealing from all of us. All trusted sites like Amazon need to refuse WISH from being able to post any of their fake or misleading items that have shown so many negative reviews.”

“I had an order from Wish didn't come on shipping date. I tracked it said with covid it might take longer. Tracking every week same results then all a sudden its to late for a refund and didn't receive anything. Wish is a scam.”

“I ordered what I thought was a diesel heater but received a cheap 12v heater that I could've purchased for under £10 This item cost me £30 with P&P. Total scam”

“Refund of not available goods not done, scam parcel partners e.g. Sunyou. All parcels which start with SY are not delivered. Wish tracking shows that the goods arrived by plane in the destination country which I highly doubt and after that nothing happens anymore and you will never see your goods and most probably also will not be refunded. Customer service horrible!”

“This company will lie to you in any way they can I have products that I was supposed to get a long time ago six to seven of them and it's been over six days and on their policy it says if I didn't receive an item five days after the date they have they will start a refund policy that is bunch of b******* they keep sending me the same message when I tell them I haven't received my item that's unusual it must be weather conditions it must be package volume it's the same thing over and over do not trust this company do not order from this company Amazon is way better and they don't screw you over and you get a live agent right away they don't have any live agents”

“I figured out the name: I WISH I had my money back. I ordered 6 things to try: kitchen knives, jewelry, t-shirt and the like. I didn't spend a lot since there are so many bad reviews, but I I did read to be careful reading product feedback. Everything I bought was 4-star +. Today, received the last of my orders. I never imagined in 2020 there would be cheap Chinese junk like this. In the old days of 2000, sure. Glad to know there are still crummy factories turning out yesterdays garbage. For example: what should be metal jewelry is plastic with thin metal plate - of course not described that way. Its obvious to the touch and can literally be pulled apart with minimal effort. Tshirt is faded and low-quality image - of course not like the stock photo. Makes an ok night shirt since it technically meets the definition of a shirt, but you'd do better of pricewise to get a Hanes undertee. The knives are ok, but not a real bargain when you consider the SH. Descriptions are misleading as are the stock photos on 6/7 of the items I bought. If you purchase on ebay, could be possible to return at a reasonable cost for a refund and flag the seller for selling trash. Since it's Wish, you'd do well to get 50% refunded - the other 50% they will already have you for due to inflated s&h cost. There is no real system to penalize sellers or hold them accountable for their crappy products. I already threw half the items in the trash and I am currently debating on some others...”

“Wish complaint placed with photos. 48 hour reply promised - nothing The goods ARE NOTHING like as shown on Wish site. I have asked for RETURN instructions (promised on Wish site) NO RESPONSE THE REVIEWS HAVE TO BE IN ERROR - I AM A UK SIZE 12 - 3XXL ORDER - TOO SMALL THE PHOTOS FOR PURCHASE ARE NOT IN COTTON AND CLEARLY NOT SHEER TO THE EXTENT OF TRANSLUCENT...... THIS IS THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCTS THAT HAVE ARRIVED FAKE SITE - TREAT WITH CAUTION”

“'ve purchased from wish a few times and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. There has been an issue with the order my most recent order turned out to be scammers. As soon as the purchase went through the items became unavailable to even look at, they say they cant find them. I've tried to get a refund but they wont and keep pushing the processing time farther back. I emailed their support and they said to use their bot. That doesnt work ever! Dont waste your money you can buy the same item on amazon for about the same price as wish(wish price+wish shipping) and it'll take less time to get to you!”

“I bought a few items from clothing to garden lights......all items were terrible quality didn’t match the description. To send them back was too much cost in postage I would never ever shop Wish again.”
