Pretty simple review. DONT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE website Wish.com. Very inefficient organization. My item was delivered past Christmas and was promised before. I now have no use for the item since not delivered on time. And when you try to reach them there is no contact information. Only a automated online agent with rote responses...WHERE NOTHING IS ACCOMPLISHED..This was my 1st time ordering anything from this site and it will be my LAST.

Wish.com is a platform for scamming customers with no consequences. And their support is more like a support for sellers, not for customers. I purchased a foldable playpen with 16 panels for my baby. The seller posted multiple pictures of it and included dimensions of the panels. When adding an item to your basket, you could choose how many balls it should come with. I chose a playpen with 100 balls. Then, a month later I received only the balls and contacted the support. Surprisingly, the support advised that the balls is the only thing that i was supposed to receive. They ignored the fact that the name of the product was “Foldable Baby 16 Panel playpen”, and that the pictures and description were misleading. It was clearly a scam and misadvertisement, because a) the product is now removed from the website; b) the price point - nobody would pay $40 for tiny plastic balls. The balls are sold by other wish.com sellers for $5. No other platform (like Amazon, ebay, aliexpress) would support the seller who is scamming the buyers. But Wish has another priorities.

Wish is not credible, they use fedex who did not deliver my items but marked it delivered. After checking video footage they never delivered anything. Wish is showing it was delivered and their sorry automated system will only tell you its delivered and fedex is even worse. I have video cameras which shows they didn't deliver nothing so now I'm out my money, no gifts and 2 days till Christmas. If you purchase from them your doing it at your own risk.

Ordered a matching track suit top & bottom. Asked for medium, too small, followed their instructions for returning goods the same day they arrived. They didn’t reply, tried numerous times & still have not replied. Poor quality goods, overpriced & only answers with automated replies.. now I am stuck with goods I don’t want & wish to warn others - beware!

Wish I never heard of Wish! I ordered an electric meat grinder with a delivery date of 7 December 2020. On 30 November 2020, I received an email stating that my order had been delivered. It had not. I tried to log into my account to report it, but couldn’t access my account so tried the password reset link. No reset link ever arrived. Despite me trying again a few days later. The response from wish was wait 24 hours. I had already waited 72 hours. I contacted them again. The response was “Try logging in using a different email address”. I have been contacting Wish every day since then requesting either the item I paid for a a refund. 21 days later after providing my order reference number/ my email address used on the account and screenshots of the undelivered item multiple times, I received an email telling me to log into the account that I cannot access to provide further information. 22 days later, no meat grinder, no refund.

Delivery is very slow. I just discovered they ordered it from China and takes more than 2 weeks for delivery. Tracking no. given by Wish is not recognised by the Swiss post which asks for 18 nos. I am given only 11 nos. by Wish. No update emails as promised upon giving and paying the order. NEVER AGAIN WISH

Read you are a scam and deliver things that don't come o have about 1000 dollars of merchandise that never got delivered and stuff that is way past due...called your head office in the states just to find out their are no customer service..greg

I made one purchase on Wish.Com,but several other items had been included in my only One order and already charged to my credit card I have been going back and Fort with the Wish Customer service robot for 3 weeks with absolutely no result. Furthermore the items charged to my credit card never arrived. Do Not disclose your credit info.

I ordered 3 pictures and two arrived which were great. After chasing the other one they tell me it was delivered at the same time. Well it wasn’t. I have been explaining this for weeks and they are basically calling me a liar all but in name. I am disgusted and you cannot speak to a human and they take days to reply.

Increased Price AFTER Checkout; No Refund I was charged $66 for a product that was supposed to be $0.75. I didn't realize it until I received my shipping notification. Went back and forth with "customer service" for 3 weeks, but they refuse to acknowledge my requests for a return/refund. Complete scam. Already filed a complaint with the BBB and I'll be doing a charge-back as well.

Placed with Wish for 3D panel. Item never received but I received a refund for shipping charges. Wish failed to refund $92 for item never shipped.

I've purchased an item at 2$. Wish.com billed me 139$ instead. I have cancelled immediately, Wish automatically refunded in store credits only. I've tried everything with their support for weeks, especially in the first two weeks, litteraly 100 of emails. They refused to refund me making fasle claims including telling me they already made the refund to "x" credit card, while I don't use a credit card... The purposely replied to me in spanish and even in german even tho all communication and settings are in english. They even claimed the refund period was over two days after the purchase. They also locked my account so that I cannot use the said store credits. Basically, they showed a fake price of 2$ at checkout, billed me 139$, locked my account, stole it, claimed terms of service, lied and messed with me througth the ordeal of communications. I have even told them about my health condition and how I can barely afford anything, they basically told me they don't care, they have absolutely no shame in stealing from people. They always claim it is terms of service, that the refund period is over, that there's nothing they can do. That's how they get you, they show you a pair of shoes, headphones, smart watches at ridiculous prices, then they get good reviews, but eventually, they steal from you. Don't think you are under some kind of protection, no one will revert payment once you bought a couple of items from Wish.com, they wait until you build an history of transactions with them, then any transaction becomes "legit" according to paypal, and perhaps even your credit card. They also claimed that to get my account back, I had to send proof of identidy like passport, income taxes report, bank statement copy, driver's license, etc. Why would they need me to prove that I am the same guy while they stole from me, and even though I ordered multiples times from them without changing any kind of information. You don't need to prove who you are to send them money, but when you cancel and order, you need to send them all your vital informations? Now, why would I send copies of those papers to ANY business? Especially a business who stole 139$, lied and made fun of me? Don't see them as an american based company, they are scammers who don't believe in people's rights and laws.

Be very careful in buying something from Wish.com. Companies like these always have hidden statements in their transactions to swindle clients. Last year my wife ordered something from Wish.com and payed using her credit card. She just noticed that since then, for the last one year, she is being charged $3.79 on the 10th of every month and she doesn't know what it is. This is 2020 and companies still don't understand that this is not marketing but FRAUD!!! I just noticed that she was subscribed to Wish+ to be charged for $3.79 every month for nothing. From a marketing perspective, trapping customer into something like this without they knowing what they are getting into is an unethical practice.
