“Wish is a scammers, they are robbing people. I ORDERED my SNOOPER + LAUNCHER on 2nd November 2020 until 2021 I have not received the item. As I tried to track or trace it there's no where to be found. I ADVISE THE ALL PLZ DON'T TAKE THIS RISK. AMAZON IS THE BEST”

“I ordered a mobile phone that i thought was a samsung galaxy. When it arrived it did not even resemble the photo at all wasnt even the same dimensions pathetic. I got in touch with customer service answered me once and not one single to the other emails i sent. I believe they string it out so that you cant return the item. I am going to get in touch with paypal to see what they can do. Please people do not buy from Wish stay with an aystralian website. Debbi kaye”

“WISH.com has a BBB rating of "F". Why does Paypal continue to do business with them? Paypal is the reason, my mistake, that I did. This China company is horrible. Slave labor for low prices for junk products. WARNING!”

“Não comprem demora na entrega comprei 8 itens já vai fazer 1 ano e ainda não chegou fui pedir o reembolso é ele não querem reembolsar quer dar uma crédito pra próxima compra nunca mais irei comprar nesse site não indico pra ninguém quero o meu dinheiro não crédito até porque não tenho interesse em comprar nesse site mas nunca não comprem é jogar dinheiro fora”

“Ordered 2 cycling jerseys, same size,3XL,as l have from Australian site before. These jerseys that arrived were best described as Small. I could not even get an arm all the way in. Contacted wish via their email on 3 occasions.l wanted to return items and be refunded. Even went through PayPal to forward the emails. No response after 2 weeks. Do not use Wish, they take more than 30 days to a product to you and obviously are not interested in trying to deal with issues. Items were of average quality and not much cheaper than going through an Australian distributor. STAY AWAY FROM WISH AND CONTEXTLOGIC P/L Wish don't use Ebay, dead giveaway that if you have an issue,bye bye money. Michael ,Australia”

“I ordered 3 items. One package arrived with two items and waited patiently for the last item to arrive. After a week I realised that the item I was waiting for had been regrouped with the other two and actually wasn't in the package. Support played an empathic game with me that was devoid of simple customer service: I paid for an item plus delivery, didn't receive the sent item and policy will not allow for a refund. They insist on a photo of the package I received which I cannot provide. Goodbye wish.com. I will never deal with you again!”

“Received a different item to the one that was purchased. Wish support staff went against policy and refused the picture proofs. I had to screenshot their money back guarantee policy to make them read their policies.”

“I bought a coat and two Ponchos to give away for Christmas. I purchased all three in September. I got a message they we're shipped. They ended up having to refund my account. Then they relist one of the items for tripple the price.Very unprofessional.”

“I am very sorry to hear all the grief this company put people through I almost became a victim too as I didn’t read the reviews. I couldn’t find it on Yelp. I was mesmerized by the $1.00 for a pair of earrings. Luckily I never put in the credit card info. I read they charge for things people didn’t even order. U was going to buy shoes but every time I checked out it wasn’t the price they advertised (would say $3.80 but you check out the price is $23.00). I told my bf we will buy at Sketchers. Reading all these reviews was a deal breaker for me. c”

“Delivery took 6 months, ordered a pair of shoes size 10 they sent a size 6. Asked for a refund Wish said the return window was closed, 4 months before I even received the item. What a scam, they make sure shipping takes too long to get a refund. Some other items I ordered never showed up.”

“the customer pays and then receives what has not been ordered,receives something different possibly a fake/defective item/or maybe nothing at all.Also since the payment details are stored these thieves and criminals can take money from the customer's bank account and could be big amounts so my good piece of advice is DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT INFORMATION SINCE THIS INFORMATION IS STORED AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S CONSENT,customer's not ordering from them for sometime and all of the sudden transactions appear on their bank accounts for things which HAVE NOT BEEN ORDERED THEN, THEM NOT WANTING TO REFUND BACK THEIR MONIES OR REFUSING TO REFUND BACK THEIR MONIES IS INCONVENIENT AND THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS,SO VERY DANGEROUS TO STORE THE PAYMENT DETAILS OR TO ORDER SOMETHING FROM THEM(which the customer will be getting something different AND NOT GENUINE ITEM)since in china everything is being produced very poorly AND THEIR ARE NO FACTORIES WHICH PRODUCES ALL OF THESE ITEMS GENUINE IN CHINA ALL ITEMS ARE COPIES FROM GENUINE AND ON TOP OF ALL THIS FALSELY ADVERTISED SO MY RECOMMENDATION IS NOT TO TOUCH THEIR MOBILE APP APPLICATION AT ALL.”

“I ordered 2 item's back in September and did not receive them. I called the number that was on wish and it's a bogus number. Basically I paid for 2 item's and did not receive them nor am I going to get them and I can't get my money back”

“Ordered in July. Payment processed. Still waiting in Dec. I'm told its too late for a refund. WTF??? Wish is a scam and a rip-off. Wish I had known it was a chinese site before I ordered. Do NOT use Wish!!!”

“I have not purchased anything for months in the last 2 days they have taken money from my account for $490 and $499 almost $1000 gone right on Xmas bank can't do anything till after Xmas can't get hold of anyone at wish.com make sure you delete any payment details”
