“Order 50 masks for $18. Received my order 2 months later for 20 masks. Looked up my order they changed the item description and the pictures. Contacted them twice to ask for partial refund they refused. So I contact PayPal and waiting for them to make decision. Do not use wish.com”

“Overcharged when price came up after ordering so cancelled they took money and havnt refunded keep sending automated replies saying it wasn't taken when it was on my staement this has been 6 weeks and have not got money back dont order from them”

“I ordered a pressure canner from wish. Wish gave me a tracking number tocheck on the progress of my item I ordered. Wish said that I should go around my neighborhood to see if it was delivered to the wrong address. I called UPSand gave the the tracking number supplied by wish. UPS said that the tracking numberI was given had adifferent name and a different address attached to it Ihave sent multiple messages to no avail. I keep getting told that it was delivered when it has not been delivered and at this rate never will be.”

“Its the worst website to buy from..please don’t buy from them.they don’t care about us the costumers..my experience..just a few minutes after i placed my order i want to cancel it..it didn’t give that option as Amazon does..i chated with them and they said that the order was already shipped..that a lie and BS😡 just a few minutes after i placed the order..come on..they thin we are stupid 😡 I will not buy anything from them the ever again.. Take note and don’t get burned🔥”

“I ordered 3 face masks and was told the order would be "processed" within a certain time. I expected shipment within a week or so, possibly a little while longer. Today (4/9/20) I was notified that my order was shipped and that I can expect delivery by 5/26/20 and that it was coming from CHINA. I was never told this. I contacted them and was told that they could do nothing for me, since the order already shipped. I will never shop with them again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about their business practices.”

“This is a bait and switch scam who won't return your money. I ordered 4 items with very low shipping costs. They delivered nothing and instead of refunding my money, they put it into the magical currency called Wish Cash. Wish Cash can only be used with Wish.com. Now the shipping prices have gone up by a factor of 10-20 times the original offered shipping. I'm not kidding. I have sent no less than 10 emails (you can't call them...wait, you can call their customer support line at 800-266-0172, but the first thing you hear is that they don't offer customer support by phone and direct you back to the website) and they say they will not refund my money because it must now be used as their useless currency, Wish Cash. They placed my money in Wish cash instead of refunding to my card. I would never have asked that they put MY MONEY in their bank. What a crooked company. Stay away at all costs. The Better Business Bureau has refused to accredit Wish.com. The BBB has given Wish.com its lowest rating possible...an F! That should tell you all you need to know. Also, when you see positive reviews, they are likely sent by Wish.com employees or bots. Read them. Syntax, sentence structure are way off, and their praise offers generic sentiments and discount codes. Read the negative reviews to get the full story. trump says they are Fake reviews. So you know it's true.”

“What didn't go wrong! My 1st order was a set of ear buds that turned out to be 1 ear bud with a maybe 2 inch cord with usb outlet. Was refunded. 2nd purchase LED string of lights were actually not LED but again had to be attached to a computer. Again refunded. Then I ordered a green bedspread. What I got was a pink bedspread. They offered to refund me a portion of the bedspread cost and no shipping fees. After much back and forth discussion got a full refund. There is another outstanding order of an ring and a blouse. Doubt that I will ever get them. It's been weeks. There was also another ring that never came in when they insisted it had. Had to fight for that refund as well. So I have uninstalled their app and will make sure everyone I know or asks about this so-called company knows that it nothing but a scam of the worst sort.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered something in November. Still nothing. When I reached out months later to ask where the hell my stuff was, they told me they won't issue a refund even though they never delivered the item. FRAUDULENT SITE, DO NOT SHOP ON WISH!”

“So I ordered some face masks for £5 each which are supposed to come in May. We'll see. Then had a payment of £170 taken out and then re-credited in Wish currency. Discussing with bank as we speak. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!! OR DO SO AT YOUR PERIL!”
