“Wish is a scam. Try contacting them. The number listed on website is not to wish but to another company that doesn't even associate with wish. Their products are defective, especially electronics. I would strongly advise you not to use wish for your shopping needs. I had to contact my local news team to investigate them. If they have any positive reviews, its probably their own people writing them. Also their return policy is so not worth trying to go thru the process. Its like talking to a robot. You can't really describe your reason you have to chose from the choices they give you which should give you a red flag to start. Their products are missleading. Everything about them is a scam.”

“Big scam ordered a phone and there website said delivered 10th April I have a ring security camera and no one came anywhere near my home on the 10th April so contacted Wish to be told check all round the property..told them I did and that when I checked on Hermes website theybsaidbthe post code does not match the tracking number.. told them this to get an email back saying sorry when showing delivered no refund... big scam read more reviews”

“I placed an order with Wish, after reading the offer, and the date they said the item would arrive. Big mistake, because as soon as I paid for it, the arrival date changed to at least two weeks after the latest date they had shown. I bought the item because I needed it by the latest date they showed, and any later would make the computer camera worthless to me. As soon as I saw the date change, I tried to cancel the order. Their site gave me an option to get my money back, or receive a Wish Credit. I clicked on the receive my money back, and instantly the site said I had a Wish Credit. I told PayPal about it, and they told me to get in touch with Wish, and after a few contacts with them, they informed me that a refund into my PayPal Account had been issued on March 29th, and I would receive it within 14 days. On April 14th the refund had not arrived. PayPal told me, if they did not refund in a reasonable amount of time, I should claim it through their expedited system. I did that, and am waiting for the settlement. One of the emails Wish sent me said they do not issue cash refunds, only credits. It looks like they lied to me about the March 29th refund. I still have all of the emails they sent me, so I do not think I can trust this company!”

“twice i placed an order and they notified me days later that the orders were processed two late at the price that i paid. i don't believe that they really had the items. beware when you see a low price that you won't get the item. bad company.”

“About a month ago I had looked at wish at put a few items in my basket but left it because I decided I didn’t want it, a month on I was charged for these items without even processing the order!! Complete scam and disgusting that this can even happen! (My card was saved onto the account from previous purchase)”

“Poor customer service and you may select one option, but you are sent something else. When bringing it to their attention, they then say if you want a refund you will send it back at your cost even though it is not what you ordered. If I could give a zero I would.”

“This is a scam company. I have never recieved my item. I contacted customer support 5 times and they told me I got my item even though I never recieved it. Horrible customer service!!. Back to amazon for me!!”

“Purchased 2prs. of shoes thru wish app the price was for 8.99 on sale each.when i finalyzed the purchase,they charged me regular price,16.99 each.will never buy from the again.also the of one of the prs. was a different shade.the shoe in picture showed a denim color.when i received merch. they were darker.”

“Thought I was ordering decent product with reasonable delivery time. Assured would ship in three days. Did not say from China!! Now inform me might be another month or so before I receive purchase that I should be using now. Glad did not pay too much. Totally worthless. Should have done my homework.”

“Adds are misleading about process times and no country of origin information. Gives you a "Process date" estimate but without any other information. Can't get any help through web site, just "stock" answers. Customer service sucks. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.”

“After copious emails, the problem has not been resolved. Charges for two orders have been processed on the credit card. Items have not been received. Wish requires order information, eg. transaction numbers, tracking numbers, etc. which were never received for either order. Do not order from WISH.”

“Everything about it is wrong! Still waiting for delivery on several items I ordered. The ones 4 received are not at all as picture on the website! Others I got and email saying they were not available and my refund would go back on my card! Well that was in February and I'm still waiting!!! Emailed them about it and got some nonsensical response! Sent another email got the same stupid response!”
