“beware !!a bunch of crooks!!!! 16 items never arrived some from April some from May can you believe there answer,,,wait until June,;;;; pay a bit more from ALI EXPRESS and get service at least good customer service I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN DONT SAY THAT YOU WERE NOT WARNED!! , did anyone notice they dont even answer their REVIEWS bad news !!!!”

“I was not informed until after paying for th two items I orded that it would be a month for one and 5 weeks for the other. Neither is here yet. Considering for a dollar or two more a piece and possibly cheaper shipping I could have had both items a couple of weeks ago. In short the next time I want something in a few months from now but really want to pay for it right.away I'll use wish. Until then I'll pass.ker”

“My item has arrived - I need to send it back as it is too small - It was a grey apron in Linen. I need a large. If I go to your website it is in a foreign language so I cannot read anything!! Looks like Russian”

“What s rip off! They took an order for a man bag and got my credit card information and charged me for the bag. Two days later they sent me an email saying I wouldn't get the bag and advised me to apply for a refund but I can't get thru to then. I have removed their app and advise everyone to beware of their false advertising unless they want to be cheated. I am disputing their charge to my credit card and will bet it removed. WATCH OUT WHEN DEALING WITH THIS BAD COMPANY!!!!!”

“1 st order with them, they delivered to the wrong city ( I found out bec. I rec. a delivery msg). No way to get help from anyone, chat system is automated, no way to call(even after I hunted down their tel. number), just rec. a msg saying no help avail. thru phone. Had to send them emails, I hope someone sees them, thank god I did not buy anything too expensive. Dumb way to run a business, since not only will I never purchase from them, but I will tell all my friends about the horrible experience.”

“I ordered a greenhouse through them; what a rip-off. So poorly made and flimsy materials used. When I tried contacting them; they don't respond to reset my password. Also feel that I didn't get the greenhouse that I ordered. Package was damaged when I received it and no invoice included with it.”

“I order a Seiko watch. The day it came it had a different strap than the one I ordered, and later that day, it stopped ticking altogether!!... They said I'd be refunded £53, but in total it was 63, with the shipping.... If I do not get the full amount they took from my bank account, I'm getting in contact with the police, and trading standards- immediately.. Steer clear folks, 100%!... An absolute con!!”

“To all wish customers they make most of their money on cheat stuff and charge shipping on every item. Then only give a partial refund and I assume it has to do with restock fees.”

“Terrible service customer care and app plus fake sellers. They cancelled my order after two weeks and after they already charged my credit card and they are trying to scam on the amount refunded . They are a scam company plus they deal with Chinese who put the world in this situation. Stay away from wish”

“They are stealing money from hard working individuals. My partner ordered £6 item and got sent £98 worth of rubbish. Dresses size xxxxl trainers size 2. Tried to get money back for weeks to no avail. Stay well clear from this site”

“Been receiving order confirmations by email. My card has been charged and I cannot cancel the orders. I tried to reset my password but receive now code via email or text to change my password. I am disputing with my bank so hopefully will get my money back especially given I am not sure of my job security cos of global conditions. No idea what they are up to but given they not providing me a means to change password sounds like a scam although I wish it was not. Excuse the pun”

“Ordered toilet rolls. £20 for 10 things that don't resemble toilet rolls. What a scam when the order was placed was not told until money was taken that they were coming from China. Tried to cancel order and was told that the order had already been processed and could not cancel. Do not buy from this scam company”

“Ordered 3 items from Amsterdam. No mention of time postage took. Money was taken immediately from PayPal, and 3 days later I received refunds for 2 items. Last item being sent from China and due in 6 weeks! This should all be made clear on the ordering website.”

“NO indication that item would take forever to ship. I waited for over two weeks and then tried to cancel the order and get a refund and that was a real run around. I am still trying to get my money back. It tells me my order is going to be processed soon and the order shows it will be processed the next day but it has always said that and the date to be processed advances one day every day. I have no confidence that it will ever ship and I want my money back!!”
