“The very first order i ever ordered fro this site never came and I waited over 2 months”

“Item description was 50 pcs of face mask and I bought 2. After almost 2 months , they sent me 2 single mask instead of 100 pcs. can you imagine how much those low quality mask cost me? costumer service also doesn't do anything and mostly is just an automated answers from the system. stay away from this trap Wish.com”

“What a joke!! Package arrived weeks after it was supposed to. The package looked like it went threw a war zone on the way here. Found product damaged inside package. This company's customer service is absolutely garbage. Never again. Go with Amazon or anyone else you can.”

“I had ordered some boots from Wish last year, and was very pleased. The item was shipped quickly and received quicker than expected, so I decided to shop with them again. I spent a lot of money, as I made a lot of purchases based on ratings. But if you have many articles in your order, and they get delivered, and you go to rate them, you cannot rate individualized items. It auto fills every item in your order. Customers are not getting the right information before purchasing as they are going buy other people's ratings and description of articles, but even that's false information. I still have a lot of orders coming and I know I will be disappointed more and more. What a costly learning lesson. People should be aware that this site is just a RIP OFF. They send you things that look nothing like the articles pictured, are total knock-offs and the sizing charts of way off. Don't go by other people's ratings either, because they might be rating something that actually was good, but then that auto fills for everything else. So if a customer has received an order of let's say, 10 items, but gave a good rating for maybe one of the 10, it will fill the same rating for all 10. This is very misleading, and quite deceptive. I will NEVER buy from Wish again!! I totally believe in buyer beware, but this company takes that to a whole different level!”

“Placed a order on the 23rd March the money was taken from my account on the 25th March it's now 21st April and I haven't recieved my order , sent two emails only to be told if I have not recieved the order by the 9th of May then they will investigate were my order is I can't even track the order this is just annoying,I won't be using this site again”

“Do not order any item from this website. It is absolutely scam and no protection for your purchase. If you receive a wrong item you have to pay post for return. It’s ridiculous. You can rather to go on eBay. A better customer protection. I am not afraid to give order number. Not recommend for every consumer. Customer service is also scamming”

“I noticed the cheaper prices on the Wish website so I ordered a few items for the pandemic. A week later, I kept getting emails in a foreign language from Wish so I just deleted them. Received one of the items yesterday and the hand sanitizer was pure rubbing alcohol. I noticed that there were 7 additional items on my order list that I DID NOT order, so I contacted them and had to cancel my debit card today in order to stop any further erroneous items being added. Biggest ripoff company ever!!!!”

“It's a complete scam. On the website it puts my country's currency but my bill was in USD instead so I ended up paying 1.4 times more than what I agreed with wish. Also all the products would knock offs. Will never purchase from them again, and neither should you.”

“I’m going to file a complaint to the FTC. All I ever get on my shipments is a response from a bot saying my package will arrive on a date it’s been way past due and then you get an email from a person saying it’s on its way.”

“Sent me the wrong items and then keep asking to send pics of shipping label SCAM DON'T BUY, I have never been asked to send pictures of shipping labels and I did send and they keep saying they couldn't read it. SCAM SItE”

“Charged £10 delivery for an inferior item which took almost a month to arrive. The headphones I bought are cheaper on EBay with free delivery. Complete rip off- you have been warned”

“I ordered a vest on March 17th,2020. It was billed right on the same day before the product even shipped or a notice inform me when the approx shipping date. On April, 20th I still didn't receive the product nor any explanation about the delay. There's no way to talk to a customer service agent. The phone message refer me to support @ wish .com. As I follow the direction to the chat, there weren't a real service provided. I was referred to a consulting vender with $1.00 charge to find out what happen to my order. I want to warm other consumers about this company. This company is a fraud and practices predatory business. It lures customers with low price and advertisement tricks. I will report to my credit company. This will be the last time I will have any business relationship with this company.I want other customers to be vigilant about this company.”

“I too was fraudulently charged by Wish yesterday - multiple times. We need to shut these people down. Is there a telephone number that anyone has . They billed me for multiple products and fortunately I was close to my phone and could hear the pings. If not, I'm sure they would have ordered thousands of products on my credit card - which they aren't allowed to keep on their files!”

“Wish is not legit. You order but the price is not the same as the advertisement. I ordered since march and did not even get tracking. If I knew that the company is from CHINA , I wouldn't even attempt it. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM CHINA. WISH IS A SCAMMER.”

“receiving refunds is vey difficult. I would not recommend the wish website to anyone. like others wish are quick to take your money but goods are never received. Absolutely disgusted . have sent numerous photo's of an item I no longer required but still no credit issued”
