Any one here get the refund from wish order? I order 16 March 2020 and ask to refund on 23 April 2020 after not receive my order. Who able to get refund kindly response. Is really like scam, no tracking number as well

Another complaint! Wish I'd seen this before ordering from wish.com. A total scam, ordered a Halloween costume at the start of October 2019 expecting it to arrive before the big day. It's now the end of April 2020 and still waiting! After contacting wish "customer service" (LOL!), they said they were "working hard" to get my delivery, but now it's too late because it's past their 30 days refund policy! I don't want a refund, I want the item! Now PayPal wont refund either because it's more than 6 months past the transaction date. They made all sorts of excuses, and clearly have no idea why the item was never sent. Even after providing the transaction details and other info on several times they clearly do not read or comprehend English as they asked me the same thing over and over and I provided the same information over and over. Smash your head on a brick wall, they're a bunch of thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM WISH.COM!!!

Item shown on the product detail show the full mask and shield. The item cost only $40 in Amazon for both, however not avail as of this time. Wish sold it for $47 but only the replacement shield arrived which only cost $18 in Amazon and charging for $47!. Item sold is very deceiving and a scam. The photo also shows clear polycarbonate and the one received is tinted shield only. Don't Order from Wish. And if you return, you will be charged shipping fee which is very high and pay for the return shipment as well. The full mask is on their website. The tinted replacement shield only arrived. SCAM

If I could give you a zero I would! I put in an order of over a hundred dollars, when it came to "checking out" a big, oops there's a problem with your payment! There's no reason in the world my payment should not have gone through! I even got an alert from my cc company making sure it was me! You have absolutely no customer service to speak to! So, I canceled my order and uninstalled your app! You lost what could have been a good customer!

Never received two things i ordered, then they said they refunded my money Nope, they also gave me a faulty tracking number. You can not contact anyone to solve the problem. Dont order from This company 😒

I've been asking them why they have the same item, but two (2) different prices. They just keep telling me because of manufacturers and size. They refuse to really read what I'm asking. It's like all they're doing is copying and pasting the response. The EXACT same wallet but different prices. I'm not sure what is so hard for them to understand about my question. The same response keeps coming back.

I contacted customer service on several occasions for myself as well as on behalf of a friend. Support never wrote back. Neither of our orders never arrived with purchases as far back as 1 1/2 months. The company is a scam according to the bank and they will no longer accept charges on the part of Wish. They are performing charge backs for our orders to refund our money since customer support will not acknowledge our complaints.

I've ordered from them before and while they are slow getting it to you, I've been satisfied. Put today they send me a message with computer generated answers to a lame WISH ASSISTANT chat that I never saw until it was over and done with, saying that I requested WISH CASH for orders that THEY failed to send me. Then the message said they couldn't refund my money because "the refund window for this item CLOSED on June 20, 2020" It's APRIL 24th, 2020! The message: Notice the dates! (Assistant Wish) >>> Hi Donald, I'm Wish's support assistant! >>> Thanks for reaching out. >>> Here's the latest tracking info I have: >>> Arriving+by+Nov+22,+2019 >>> Have you received this item? >>> We're sorry about that. Unfortunately, the refund window for this item closed on Jun 4, 2020. >>> What would you like to do? >>> Although your request is beyond our refund policy, for this time, we're happy to make an exception and offer you Wish Store Credit (Wish Cash) equal to the purchase amount. It will be instantly available to use towards any purchase on Wish. No delivery for three months! Really! Tracking says sitting in China. Refund if any would take another three months. Don't order from this company!

Do not go near this company. I ordered an item, which did arrive, but was too small. Since contacting Customer Support via their app, I have been waiting 10 days to try and get the issue sorted with no success. At first you speak to an automated bot but have to wait 2-3 days for a human agent to contact you. They are delaying the process so that I am out of time to request a refund. No live chat, no email, no telephone number to call - that says it all really. Also if you read any 5 star reviews, you can tell they are fake because they all use the same wording. I only gave 1 star because there was not an option to give no stars. Never again.

I ordered several items. Tracking said wait longer. So contacted Wish. Stated your delivery recieved days ago. What I been watching this item on tracking info provided and never received. Tracking never updates. You take a big risk with them. Remember they do not do refunds even when there WRONG! THEY WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE PROBLEM IF THEY IF HAVE YOUR MONEY.

Selling goods are are out of stock. You buy goods and wish keeps your money with no goods shipped, there’s basically no customer service as you getting the same message for anything inquire about This site must be force to close down and I urge people not to bother buying anything from this site for two main reason 1 - very poor and bad quality goods 2- customer service basically not available

I won't even give 1 star. It's honestly the worst online shopping experience I ever had. The price at the end it isn't cheap because you have to pay delivery charge which also the same price of the item you bought but that's okay but not when the items described and ordered are not the same when arrived. When you see it you know it's fake and half if not less the size you ordered. Not to mention delivery time takes forever. I am surprised how the sellers get good reviews on wish app. It's a scam, honestly potential buyers out there don't get tempted.

I placed an order in 30th March, the payment was through PayPal and was on my statement on 1st April but the goods have not arrived. I have sent 3 emails to Wish but have received no response. Would never order from them again. Appalling service.

I ordered last year November since now I didn't receive my items they refunded me with wish cash but,I don't want to order again there now I cannot have my money back there estimate time is very inaccurate. The first time I ask about my items they said wait until the 28th April and when I ask again they said it has expired. People do not buy from wish they are stealing your hard earned money.

Someone else order a fit watch for £148.00 on my account. Cant speak to anyone and the emails back and forward dont make any sense. Still haven't had a refund. This was ordered on my account on 8th April!!!!

I ordered an item and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back. I can't wait a month for this and now i'm getting nowhere with their profoundly inadequate chatbot that gives vague answers. Not being able to cancel an order that hasn't shipped is also frustrating. I guess the only option is to dispute the transaction. If you have all the time in the world to wait for something, this is the place for you. If you happen to have a timeline that you need to adhere to, this is not the place for you. Order from a f****g bespoke artisan, it'll still arrive earlier than ordering from Wish.
