“$27 in Shipping costs for a 2-3 MONTH DELIVERY!! Sent to WRONG ADDRESS!! Product is more for a DOLL than a Child!!”

“Buyers beware do not order from wish they are crooks and you wont receive your item i ordered something and wish doesn't have a clue about my order but they certainly charged my credit card wish is nothing but scammers DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH”

“My order was not delivered, after sending email confirmation from the courier that tracking does not match my address to wish severaltimes, they are keep saying on the system says it's been delivered so they are not willing to refund or resend my orde. Missing the point that it was sent to wrong address by them. Which I have been told by there courier. Once this resolve, I will delete wish app and will never use it. I suggest you should be very careful to use wish. You will only find out how dreadful there service is once you face any complications with your order.”

“Given tracking # for UPS. Said package was delivered on 4/21 and signature was not me. Called UPS and was told they do not deliver Wish. So I looked up address they delivered to. Was the county courthouse. Talked to someone I know and she confirmed the delivery. Was a mother board for a DELL computer not a Pack and Play mattress which is what I ordered and now I cannot get customer service to answer my questions. I just get the generic email that they are too busy! All I want is a correct tracking number!”

“BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I would not even rate a one star!!! I have placed 4 orders and all have been cancelled without explanation. Fortunately, I did have money refunded - but received email asking for copy of my bank statement following my last order!!!! You absolutely cannot get in touch with any sort of customer service. You will NEVER get a response from an email - and there is NO PHONE to reach. Run! from this site!!!!!!”

“Each time I check my order, the processing date is a month later. Too late to cancel. Call you?? Nope. Contact you?? Wrong again.. You don't want to fix the problem. Your don't care. You should be ASHAMED!!!! YOU HAVE NO HONOR!”

“Want to leave a 0 star review but can't! I received a notification that my item was out for delivery and delivered to my home. Due to COVID-19 I am working from home so I checked the front door immediately once the delivery email was received (The front door was where it was stated the package was left) and there was no package at all. I have also looked around my grounds and asked my neighbors- nothing has been received. I also have an alert system to tell me that someone is on my property and there were no alerts of anyone being there so clearly the item has not been delivered. Furthermore FedEx tracking doesn't even show up any information using the tracking number provided, I've never had this happen before with Fed Ex and is very suspicious I strongly suspect that this is a fraudulent seller but can't contact the seller for a refund. SCAM LIKELY!!”

“Putting 1 star because I can't put 0. But if I could I would. I ordered for the first time from them and I am regretting it. I have not received the order yet. On top of that they have added 3-4 orders a day, charging to my credit card and shipping to someone in Israel. I have tried to contact them, cannot get through by phone and have to send by email which they keep on responding in another language so I don't know what they say. You have no way of cancelling the orders they are adding to my account and no way to contact them. They have been placing orders every other day for the last week and they placed 3 orders yesterday and 4 today as of 12pm. It is a SCAM.”

“Beware of this SCUM!, I wrote a review some days ago, advising about this site bad practices. I didn't use wish since a year ago, some weeks from now they started to make orders under my account using my Credit Card without my permission (If you read carefully this post, there are many with this problem. I canceled my C.Card due to this SCAM site a week ago. Today i logged in to see the account, and they are still trying to charge orders under my cancelled Credit Card. Don't use this site if you don't want to get cheated. King Regards!.”

“Placed order start of March advised to expect at least two weeks delivery, then advised end of April (20th-22nd) still nothing! Went on line to customer service (which is automated) adviced to get back in touch 11th June!!!!!! Thank god the items didn't add up to much, that's why I picked then to see how good this site was..... Well I definitely got my answer..... Will not use ever and I would advise anyone to Not use this site and purchase any products ever”

“I ordered some lights more than a month ago still hasn't arrived. When I try to contact customer service, no human ever answers my emails. Their customer service just send back my emails with no comments added to them. I am just told "Wait another month".”

“Credit card charged without my authorisation. One email thread 27 long, another 24, and last 8 before I my account was blocked. Not interested in refund, or any genuine customer service. Don’t use!!”

“Do not buy from Wish. Ordered bathroom tissue and got 12 rolls so tiny that they all fit in ridiculously small package. They are comical Chinese rolls maybe for doll house. Don't say I did not warn you.”

“This company is a scam! I ordered a product on March 8 by March 12 they said it was delivered. I instantly reached out and told them it was not delivered. They said sometimes there system does that just wait for it. So I did and still nothing. I reached out again but now it says it was delivered to my office and signed by Seth. My what? By who? I live in a house. There is no office. There is no Seth. I also have 12 cameras in use. Nothing was delivered. I contacted them again and they keep saying. It was delivered to your office. Never happened. They will not fix it or even give my money back. This company is a scam and deserves to be closed down. This is not the only issue with them. The products they are selling are not what shows up. Sham on them. They lost a good honest customer. I tried to resolve and show proof but all I get is computer generated responses. I even tried insulting them and they still do not address the issues. Garage people. Do not buy from them!!!”
