“It is a sham!!! They put a lot of articles at low prices and when I ordered them, they take the money and then, few days later they said that they are not available and they refund me bits by bits, over few days, not the total amount I paid in one go. I will not use they website anymore. Also, be careful as they do not accept paypal but want a debit or credit card. i will not trust them!!!!!”

“When they first came out I thought I would check them out. All I did was look at an item. They kept emailing me and were everywhere. It took me I don't know how many months yes months of writing emailing unsubscribing and everything else I could think of to get them to quit and leave me alone. Just from opening up their site. Thank God I had the presence of mind not to load it or buy anything. All I can say to anybody else is don't do it!!!”

“Only ordered twice, both times have been terrible. After waiting approximately 2 months each time, the first order only one of two items showed up. The undelivered item was refunded. Second time ordering they sent two of the same product and charged me for both when I only ordered one and agreed to pay for one only, still fighting for a refund. Second item has not shown up and no refund for this item either. I would suggest not ordering from Wish, I am done with them. Pay the extra and order from a reputable company.”

“Is there a way to rate them zero?? Their site has such pathetic security that their site got compromised and some dirtball in Russia compromised my bank card and charged all sorts of stuff to themselves in Russia. DO NOT USE WISH!!”

“Tricky order submission. I just attempted to find out more about the product but after one click my order was submitted. I tried to cancel the order but was instructed that I cannot until the order is processed. The order processed and now says I cannot cancel until item is received by me. I unintentionally ordered 4/28/2020 and the order confirmation gave me a delivery window of late June through early August. The whole thing seemed like it’s setup to be so inconvenient that you don’t want to spend the time or energy to rectify the shady ordering system.”

“I ordered some Samsung buds Paid an extra 10 pounds for faster delivery apparently 7-10 days so cost 30 pound in total I waited a month still nothing looked on the app and it said I have to wait a further 30 days before I can issue a refund then the refund takes up to 14 days So in total I have to wait 74 days for my product or to get my money back lol 😂 also don't believe the reviews there all fake people saying "wow it arrived early" I once wrote a negitive review and it never got published”

“Scammers, they gave me a tracking number that doesn’t belong to my package and mark mine delivered, like other person says here, they repeatedly says they can’t refund me because it was delivered, is a scam, I will never buy from WISH the SCAMMERS again.”

“All there stuff is cheap items sent from China. Ok, so we have cheap stuff from China already here, but at least you don't have to wait 2-3 months (at best) and maybe hope your items will actually arrive with sketchy tracking info. Remember the old saying, "you get what you pay for" well you may not even get what you paid for!!”

“wish is acting in fraudulent activities. I purchased an item, got a tracking number and tracking shows that it was delivered and left with an individual. I never received the package however and when I checked with the USPS, who confirmed that the tracking number and package didn't even have my name or my address on it. It had someone elses name and package. WISH either put the wrong delivery label on the package or tied the tracking number incorrectly to my purchase. USPS looked at a photo of the package and the scan point and confirmed that the package does not have my name on it. When I contacted WISH to resolve this, their response was just: Tracking shows that your item was delivered so there's nothing we can do. They repeated this within multiple emails even after I told them that yes, the item was delivered but it wasn't delivered to me. They even tried to say that they're sorry they cannot do anything. I even told them that I confirmed with USPS that the package was never meant for me and I told WISH this multiple times, but WISH still ignores my case. They are horrible to deal with and I recommend everyone to never deal with WISH.”

“Ordered outfit for my dog. Their add says if you can wait two weeks, after you checkout you find out delivery is two months out. Outfit came today.... Looks nothing like what I ordered. And XXL is too small for my 16lb. Dog. RIP OFF!!”

“The people that own and run company should be put in jail. Easily take your $$. Have to pay $5 to talk to someone. No customer service whatsoever. Will never order from them again. Shipment never came and it’s been over a month.”

“I wouldn’t even give it one star to be honest. My package was supposed to come within 5-6 working days, nothing came so I messaged them asking when it would come. No reply. It’s been 5 weeks and it still hasn’t come, no word on when it will come and absolutely no apologies, etc. It’s horrendous. DO NOT USE WISH.”

“I ordered surgical mask from Wish and they arrived much earlier than I expected . I did five test on to make sure they were not fake they are the real thing. I am waiting on the gloves that I ordered. I will keep you updated.”

“I ordered my product on the 29 January 2020. It still hasn’t arrived by 5th April, I kept emailing but had no reply. I then got a reply on the 9 April to say it had been delayed because of Chinese New Year and would another 15- 28 days.: after that email it finely arrived on the 13 April with half of the product missing. I emailed them and got a response the next day to be told I hadn’t brought everything I thought I had because the product was in 2 parts and I had only ordered and payed for one part. But when I looked at my order I had definitely payed and ordered both bits. Luckily I payed with pay pal so I should get my money back. This company is a scam!”
