“I ordered 35.89 item,they said I would have it sent to my address,that was in March,now their saying I have to go to Tracy Calif to pick it up,I live in Manteca Calif,30 miles away. It it's at some phone store. I have sent one email after another,no word, no item,nothing just emails telling to go pick it up item. Rather send me my item or return my money.”

“Τhere is no website to report the problems......That iI have with this company. On January 29, 2020 I bought 1 watch I expected the watch to come, but while I paid 5,100 rubles and the transfer 750 rubles russian .on 29 of March my money was returned to the account Visa. It is one of the worst systems in commercial management they have done it more than 10 times . Today I close the account I had with them . The system they have is to withdraw money . The products I bought on ianuary today they sale 50% down. Attention to all persons this webpage wish... should be closed for everyone who is making fun of everyone and the products are coming later. from 2, 5 months at best time,Thank you”

“I would suggest not ordering from Wish, I am done with them this is my first order from wish. Pay to my order from paypal after one month they said(( regarding the status of your order. Unfortunately, the store is unable to fulfill this order and the product has been removed from their inventory at this time)) .I will close my account with them today”

“A year ago I bought some truck seat covers. They were way to small. Tried to return them and never was able to do that. Then this week they charged my creditcard $45. The bank seemed to be real familiar with them and closed my account returned the $45 and issued a new card! Buyer Beware!!”

“This app is so confusing that is close to what I would say is a potential scam. Several purchases which I took off my purchase order showed that the refund was going to be back on my card. But at the end of the summary of the bill I was charged for something that wasn’t on the list”

“Never buy anything from Wish they take your money and then forget you a month and a half then you do all the leg work and then they tell you the items are no longer available Bu**sh**.”

“I never received my item . I called UPS they revealed that the package was delivered to another person in the same city. I called Wish to let them know they would not refund me, even though the package was not sent to me. They refused to make a simple phone call to confirm that it was delivered to the wrong person at the wrong address. The label information even confirmed that it was for them and not me.”

“I bought an item from them in February and it still has not arrived. After several emails to customer support (if you could call them that) over a week or more I found out my item was delivered to a completely different person who lives in California. This is really strange as I live in Australia. How could my details be changed without my knowledge. The refuse to refund my my money or replace the item because there records show it delivered even though it is not in my name. I will never use them again and I certainly dont recommened you to either.”

“the items I got one pair of pants had a broken zipper one head snaps that didn't work one shirt was so cheap a trip the first time I wore it another item didn't work and their customer service is awful they want pictures and they say they can't see the pictures forget getting your money back stay away from this company it's awful and everything I got came from China”

“I ordered an item that never arrived. I informed Wish about this twice, the first time in the app for which I didn't get a response. The second time they said the refund windows was closed. Their customer support does not read the actual messages that are being sent. Be very careful, in my opinion they behave like scammers and thieves.”

“items outside the US which I did not know since it does not state anywhere. It is forever "processing" and not indication of "Shipped". But it does not let me cancel saying "it is on your way". The support tool is so useless. The worst online shopping experience. The website was horrible, too. I thought this is a fake company.”

“I ordered an item and was informed it would be processed by 6th April however the next message I had after chasing them up for over a week I was told out of stock so will be refunded, new notification came on the 16th April saying item refunded but I still have not received the refund and today is 15 days after they supposedly refunded item back on my Visa card”

“Please please do not buy anything from here. They gave incorrect delivery times before purchase. Once you’ve competed check out. You delivery can take 21 days or 2 months ! Then you think am I bothered to get a refund or sometimes forget. You get a much better service from eBay / amazon ( amazon albeit is slightly more expensive) eBay has a excellent cost point and refunds and deliveries are clear and transparent. Wish doesn’t have a customer service or live chat. Just some stupid automated chat bit which will only answer the questions it has.”

“I have placed many orders with Wish.com but only a few have ever materialised. Most of their clothing are copies so if you want originals then don't shop here. If you're looking for a reliable delivery service then don't shop here. The only good thing I can say about wish is that if I've not received a product or it is a fake then I've always been refunded”

“I ordered 6 items and already paid them, it is almost 3 most andcI have not receive my items. Their alibi is our country's policy is causing the delay. This is not true because other companies, like Lazada, Shopee and other have started delivering 1 month ago. I will never never buy from them. And I suggest dont buy from them too.”
