“My second time purchasing from wish.com was as miserable as the first! Ordered a 3X t-shirt and it took almost 4 weeks to receive it. When I did receive it, the shirt is slightly smaller than a 2X. The quality of the shirt is very poor also. Trying to return the shirt for a refund was an absolute nightmare to say the least. I will NEVER purchase from wish.com again. I only gave a one star because it was required. BUYER BEWARE”

“I wish I had seen all of these reviews before I ordered. I ordered some small things I needed for my new puppy. I also ordered a forehead thermometer. They charged my credit card the same day. I never got a confirmation and had to go to the website to find it. There I noticed that delivery date wasn't until 3 more months!! I needed the stuff NOW!! I went on the website and canceled the order. I received a credit of $3.58 for an order of $48.25!! I have been bugging them with emails and phone calls. I notified my credit card company that I have a dispute for this purchase. Still fighting on!!! I will tell everyone to whom I talk what a horrible company this is!! Carol Koch”

“Received the items after one and half months I ordered in wrong quantities. Contacted the customer service. Got a reply saying it was a right package. Contacted the customer service again, and pointed out there was clearly a mismatch between what I ordered and what was delivered. Never got a reply again. Will never ever use this website again!”

“Very bad service, i did few purchases Some of items arrived wrong, at some point my account was limited, i lost refunds of some items (because i choose to leave the money in wish cash account) Now I can't have my refunds, i cannot use the service and i cannot cancel permanently my account they just keep ask me my ID pictures for make sure that is me the account holder in every respond that they send me, when i used facebook for set my account, that's ridiculous I've never had those problems with amazon, ebay and any website that i used for shopping”

“Ordered item, they said shipping in 3 days. It's now 10 no delivery. You can only get very limited auto reply, useless. The tracking info now says over 5 weeks to possible delivery and I can't complain till then. Tried to cancel, cant because its shipped! Sounds fraudulent to me, don't use them!!”

“Ordered a T-Shirt for my son's birthday. Original shipping estimate was 4-6 weeks. They changed estimate twice--last estimate was 3-4 months! No updates, no warnings. Go to their website and they have a bot customer service and no human staffed to handle situations. Never again.”

“This is a bait and switch scam who… This is a bait and switch scam who won't return your money. I ordered 4 items with very low shipping costs. They delivered nothing and instead of refunding my money, they put it into the magical currency called Wish Cash. Wish Cash can only be used with Wish.com. Now the shipping prices have gone up by a factor of 10-20 times the original offered shipping. I'm not kidding. I have sent no less than 10 emails (you can't call them...wait, you can call their customer support line at 800-266-0172, but the first thing you hear is that they don't offer customer support by phone and direct you back to the website) and they say they will not refund my money because it must now be used as their magical currency, Wish Cash. They placed my money in Wish cash instead of refunding to my card. I would never have asked that they put MY MONEY in their bank. What a crooked company. Stay away at all costs. The Better Business Bureau has refused to accredit Wish.com. The BBB has given Wish.com its lowest rating possible...an F! That should tell you all you need to know. Also, when you see positive reviews, they are likely sent by Wish.com employees or bots. Read them. Syntax, sentence structure are way off, and their praise offers generic sentiments and discount codes. Read the negative reviews to get the full story. trump says they are Fake reviews. So you know it's true.”

“I ordered some training bands to exercise at home - while the covid-19 is happening - I've just discovered they're coming from China! And will take at least 5 weeks. You couldn't make it up. I've tried to contact them but they only have bots and no real people. Never use Wish.com”

“My account was hacked and they are very slow to respond . Someone went into my account and bought items to ship to Romania 🇷🇴. If wish would’ve responded much sooner they could’ve reversed the shipping before it was even shipped out . You can’t even contact anyone by phone . Then the lady by email asked me if I was sure I did not make the purchase by accident . I don’t know anyone in Romania. The lady said she see two other purchases to Romania yes from the scam artist . Horribly customer service”
