“Very bad experience I ordered two items with different time and both arrived broken. I don't recommend it”

“de careful if you buy from wish I bought from them thought I would get it in a few days as it said would ship tomorrow only to find out it coming from China and I will get it the end of May or first week in June I tried to cancel and got this responce Thank you for reaching out. I understand you want to cancel this order. Based on the order details, the store already shipped the item and we're no longer able to make changes. May I humbly ask to please wait for the item first. This is because changes or cancellations aren't available while your package is in transit. “Bought a set of resistance bands for home use whilst in lock down. Obviously expected some delay in delivery - however have given me a date of mid May for delivery. This was not made clear when ordering. I tried to cancel. The app said that because my package was close to shipping they could not do this. I Tried to contact customer services. This gave me several options for contacting them. I asked for a phone call and the response I got was that they are only taking queries by app. I tried to talk to them via the app and it didn't work. Seemd to me they are using the current situation to profiteer and give no options for refunds, which is fairly disgusting.”

“Says it's in California. Everything ships from CHINA and takes months. Plus we're in the height of the coronavirus and there's no one to talk to about a refund!”

“I ordered 10 Pollution Mask Military Grade Anti Air Dust and Smoke Pollution from "Wish" on March 3rd and received an email from "Wish" on March 12th stating - WE GOT YOUR ORDER! Thanks for shopping with us! The store is preparing your item for shipment. Your item is expected to ship within the next 3 days. Instead of receiving my order on March 25th I received another email from "Wish"stating - Thank you for shopping with us. Per your request, we have refunded an item from your order. It will take a few days for your refund to be reflected in your account. Thank you for shopping with us & check back to find other items that may better suit your taste. I did not cancel my request "Wish" did so they could sell them to someone else for a higher price. It's called profiteering.”

“I think this website is one of the worst out there. First of all, when you try and call them for a refund, they say they don't even accept phone calls! Second, the days for the package arrival keeps changing! This stuff is mostly from China, they're already trying to destroy other countries and now they can't even get product orders right! The website prices keep changing and I don't even thing I'm going to get my packages at this point. The stuff is cheap so expect cheap quality just use Amazon. Amazon is way more reliable and has faster shipping! I will NEVER EVER use wish again.”

“SCAAAMMMM!If I could take a star, I would. They charged my credit card for the purchase I did not make. They do not have any phone number or actual customer service agent to assist you. The only way to contact them is to send an email and then they do not reply to any email.The stole my money and do not give a refund.”

“i ordered two jumpers on 8th Feb and they arrived 25th March. I understand that the delay was probably due to the corona virus in China and I accept that. What Im not happy about is having to pay over £13 in customs fees just to get the items delivered. As the jumpers were a present and arrived too late I would normally return them, however I will have to pay the postage to return back to China so its cheaper to keep them. None of this was mentioned when i ordered the goods. Will never buy from this web site again”

“I signed up to Wish and got a gift, a watch which wasn't working. I contacted Wish for replacement and never got any reply. Moving on, bought two wood clamps for £4. In the picture they looked big but when I got them they were tiny about 8 cm long each. I was expecting something bigger heavy duty made of metal. Ok fine I thought maybe I didnt read properly the description. Still i kept it to use for minor glued wood clamping. But even so the clamps are of extremely low quality and wouldnt even do the job. So all in all I would never recommend Wish. Only buy there if you are prepared to be disappointed. Things are cheap because you will get cheap quality, things that you can use if u r luck just once. I Will rate them Zero. They dont deserve 1 rating”

“Site is a scam. They send a tracking number for something else going to someone else making it look like you received your order. When you fill out the contact support you get the same response over and order. Its computer generated. Stay away SCAM”

“Their support does not reply back when they start a process with you. They asked me for my ID card to verify my profile after I registered for the first time. I don't need to provide my ID with other e-com merchants and they were not able to answer my question so I did not use the service at all. I hope that Wish noticed that my account is deactivated or/and deleted and that they remove me completely from their records so I don't get prompted with anymore of their advertisement.”

“BUYER BEWARE ! ! ! Huge scam outfit. Constant orders (and charges against my credit card) made that I've never made and had never searched for! The Attorney General for my home state will be getting an email! They have been hacked several times or this is just their scam to claim they are hacked. BUYER BEWARE!!!”
