“I tried to cancel two items and it had been only a few minutes.Since all items come from China. This should have been easy according to your rules. I will cancel my debit car if I’m not refunded in 48 hours.”

“Scam the way they sell Terrible first the item say it be up to 30 days to arrived them gone through PayPal them say my item be by 22 may this is 60 days not 30 then gone to cancel my order and as I touch refund the same way I pay it change to add to wish cash !!! Wow This is scam then I gone to try get my refund back to PayPal guess what ? No way they got my money and they go a total scam never recommend fact I will email to my clients datebase over 5000 people and let them know of my Experiance BE WARNED”

“someone hack my acct 3/18/2020 on wish.com i requested my money back thats not going well. i live in usa the order was ship to russia. i did not order anything then i see someone requested a refund 3/4/2020 for an order i didnt place refund was given but not in my account. buyers beware”

“I have never bought anything from WISH before, so when I stumbled over a flash deal I gave it a try. And what a bummer, and now I'm mad at WISH! I received the confirmation email that my order went trough, and that the payment is in order ... so far so good. The next day I got a second email stating that the order has been processed ready for shipment. That same day I received another email saying that two of the items was sent, but the one that actually caught my eye in the first place 'was not fully processed in time to get this item at this price, so we have refunded you'. So WISH just shipped me what they had, and never gave me the option of cancelling the order! And for that I give them the lowest score I possible. I can't trust these people, and will ofcause never buy from them ever again.”

“I waited forever for my product I ordered. I ordered 2 sweatshirts that each came in at different times, I could never get an update on them. These were support be birthday presents for my boyfriend. I ended up ordering from both wish and amazon, because wish took almost 3 months to deliver something that it took Amazon 5 days to. Don’t use wish. Not worth it.”

“They randomly sent me a product I did not order. I had tried three times to get it resolved with Wish and got generalized responses. I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau and Wish literally responded with another generalized response. I do not trust them and would NEVER purchase anything from them again. I am trying also to get my account deactivated which seems suspiciously hard.”

“Shame I can't rate it 0. The item was never received or ever handled over to the courier, any messages just got ignored. Avoid big time as you'll never ge what you ordered.”

“Wish site falsely shows more items that you get. Prices change on purchasing or selecting items. Poor quality items and small sizing. Misleading wording. I have had refunds but it takes time to get your money back. I have now been refused a refund when the add showed about 15 lures and stated you were allowed 1. Not you got 1 lure that you did not get to choose!!! Totally a scam, switch and bait sight. STAY AWAY”

“last year I used to order a lot clothes on the wish app for good prices in which they are the best for but the delivery and quality of most of their products has gotten worse and worse its too the point I deleted the app off my phone because they are trash asf now. This year I have been making the app give me all the refunds of products they never sent me to my house basically taking money from me. STAY AWAY FROM THE APP!!!!!”

“This company floods social media with their adverts. First time I have ordered goods. Why does it take 2 - 3 months for goods to be delivered. Also it seems people have never received their goods. Payment is made upfront so this company should not advertise if they can't deliver.”

“This company trying to do business in the way amazon do are just out and out yank scammers.its 18th March yet ordered January 26th. Excuses all the time of delivery dates.unable to track order, no place on page to message and a London number that is a complete fake.take your money and that’s yer lot,we keep building their coffers like idiots.we are English so let them get the full force of the uk law!!!”
