“I WISH I WISH THIS DAM COMPANY WOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS. They are liars that take your money and never ever send your purchases. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!”

“This company trying to do business in the way amazon do are just out and out yank scammers.its 18th March yet ordered January 26th. Excuses all the time of delivery dates.unable to track order, no place on page to message and a London number that is a complete fake.take your money and that’s yer lot,we keep building their coffers like idiots.we are English so let them get the full force of the uk law!!!”

“Wish quote extended delivery times but you place your order kNowing this but most times they fail to deliver on the promised date and regularly slip deliveries by weeks and sometimes months. When you try to complain and in some cases cancel the order because of failure to deliver on time your complaint is dismissed and refunds are refused. My recommendation is do not deal with this company even though the price is the lowest because you get what you pay for!”

“This company is ridiculous. They take your money, don't actually send you a product, and when they mess up, they don't do anything about it. Delivery time is over 2 months for a hat. Estimated delivery date was pushed back by a month AFTER they took my money, and when I tried to explain that I needed to change the delivery address because of their issue/mistake, they wouldn't help me, instead blaming ME. Now, the hat will be delivered to an address with different people living at it and no way for me to get it. Customer service is a joke. No contact number and an automated chat bot which doesn't actually answer questions. This is ridiculous. It's all a scam. I'm demanding a refund. If you're even thinking about buying from them, think again. I hope they go out of business.”

“i bought 19 dollars worth of stuff and then it sent me a text saying it was confirmed then 100s started to confirm that i didnt even do and it took about 1400 dollars and i will be taking this to law enforcement”

“Ordered several items, on several occasions, they took money, only to be told WEEKS later item not available. Delivery costs are also quite high on some things. Contacting customer service is a waste of time, all automated replies. Sticking to AliExpress in future.”

“Most items are junk! Ordered 4 USB sticks--none worked. Ordered solar panel and controller--they canceled the order and then said it would take 2+ weeks to get the charge to my card refunded. I still haven't seen it. Terrible products, sellers, and customer service.”

“Why are there different prices for the same item but in different places? Also, you will find one price listed on the picture and when you get to the order page it's a whole lot higher. Finally, there is no way to contact customer service to ask them which price is the right price, because when you get to the final tally, you normally see the higher price listed. But in general, I've had good luck with the merchandise I've received from Wish. You have to be careful, though, about sizes, so make sure to read the reviews.”

“they again changed the delivery date of an item...today 14th March was the delivery date given and then today it got changed and the item isn't even in the UK yet....full refunds should be offered when they lie like this.”

“I ordered an Item....I received something I had not ordered and when trying to lest wish know via the really really bad online not-customer support chat joke thing on the web site....it refused to let me submit a response with pictures proving that they had sent the incorrect item........Don't use these people...they change delivery dates on orders on the day they are due....they are at best incompetent and at worst thieves.”

“wish.com is a scam site and if you order off the site your credit card details are given to fraudsters in china etc. All the positive reviews on here are from spammers trying to trick you into using their "discount" code so they get paid a commision if you do. Dont be fooled wish.com is a scam site.”
