“Pathetic delays and poor information justifying delays”

“What a rip off organisation. I purchased a dog rain coat on the 11th February 2020 and waiting for nearly 3 weeks I started to make enquiries. I am now advised delivery will be between 15th April and 4th June 2020...WHAT A F$#%^&*G joke. Try to cancel order and get money back is impossible. Don't touch these guys with a Barge pole”

“FIRSTLY HAD TO PAY ADDITIONAL £12.00 TO GET MY PARCEL DELIVERED. WHEN IT ARRIVED POWER PACK WAS MISSING. CONTACTED WISH ABOUT CUSTOMS CHARGE AND WAS TOLD SORRY THAT'S YOUR PROBLEM. AS TO THE POWER PACK TO RUN THE DEHUMIDIFIER I SENT THEM PICTURES AS REQUESTED AND WAS TOLD IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM AS MY OWN EXPENSE THEN I COULD. WON'T BE RETURNING AS IT'S COST ENOUGH ALREADY. STRAIGHT IN THE BIN.”

“I had items in basket. Found a 50% off wish coupon, March 2020. I hadn't made up my mind if I wanted to order or not because the items I had in cart was $8.59 with shipping of $19.95. As soon as I clicked on the coupon, it went right to Wish and they automatically used a credit card I had used before and charged the items to my card. I immediately contacted them and they claimed the items had already been processed, which was a lie because it had just happened. I have been emailing them back and forward and they claim the items have been processed. The reason they are lying about the order is so they can keep the $19.95 shipping charges. They are nothing more than a ripoff. If you use your a credit card, they will keep it in their system and use it faster than you can type "cancel this order". I am contacting the better business bureau. Be careful using their fake coupons. Once you click on them, it goes straight to Wishes site and Wishes goes straight to whatever credit card you used before and places charges on it rather you wanted to use it or not.”

“I'm so Sorry But WISH IS BOTTOM OF THE BARREL JUNK !!! Everything I have received so far isn't worth the package they mailed it in. Sorry Wish you should really check some of these items before allowing on your sight. 10 items so far and takes weeks to receive when you do the disappointment is overwhelming. Shirt was so thin, paper hard and like a sheer on a window. thumbs down. Earbud holder wouldn't even close was so badly made didn't have any way to keep closed no clasp no nothing. TRASH I never seen such poor quality even at the dollar tree has better quality product. Fool me once shame on you!!!!! I'm done with buying ever”

“AVOID wish if you value your money. Low cost products equal (for the most part) low quality. I’ve bought several items - most were a disappointment. The last straw was a laptop computer. It did not work. I was given a link to download a return label. I sent laptop back and it simply vanished. WISH refused to help. I ended up opening an investigation through credit card company and WISH closed my account. AVOID wish. Terrible customer service. Mostly poor quality products.”

“4 attempts to return an expensive item (Prosenic Robot cleaner £166) and customer support has not advised me how to do just that. I am on here now hoping for advice but fear it will be a letter to the Ombudsman. Signed Graham.W.”

“I wish i can give you negative stars but this site is not allowing me to. Wish is a Fraud and it compromises your personal details including your bank details (that you never even saved in your wish account.) Somebody placed orders worth $50 and i didn't even know that. This is the security they provide with the account. I tried reaching out to customer care but it sucks, it's their mistake and they are not giving my hard earned money. I would suggest people to not even set up your account or buy anything from wish. Ohh and they do not have any phone where you can talk to them directly. They have fixed answers an they won't even listen to you.”

“0 Stars Customer service is terrible because all they have are bots. I still have not received my order and it’s been over 30 days. They gave me a delivery date, then emailed me after that date to give me another delivery date...and it still hasn’t arrived after the second date. So I have no idea if I will ever receive my item...the cost was $87. Might need to file a lawsuit if I don’t receive my item. I will never order from Wish ever again. Now I know why the website is called Wish...because you will Wish you receive your item!”

“You should put what shipping will cost before you have to make the purchase. Shipping is like 5 times more than the product, and it is an unknown prior to purchase. What a scam”

“I placed an order , I realized I had an old address, I changed my new address , didn't change in my order still the same old address , I try to call them , no live person a phone robot , it told me to go to the website. I could not change my address or cancel the order it was to late my order it has been processed , I will receive the items a month or two months later to my old address. I called my bank to dispute the charges.”

“Great stuff cheap, no real contact info. No address, and a horrible rep. It's called too good to be true for a reason. This and some other similar sites - you learn to recognize them - are just plain thieves. If you cannot resist, check with your credit card company or bank for ratings and whether they'll guarantee/insure your purchase. What's the message here? DON'T BE STUPID!!”

“I have has a sprinkling of cheap orders on wish over the last few years, not a regular customer. My last order was over a year ago. While I was sitting in a lecture I got a notification that of an order of $61, then it was almost immediately canceled and converted into wish.com credits. I have never made an order that high with wish, it's always been low amounts. I was confused because the app is not on my phone and I was touching no electronic device whatsoever at the time this transaction happened. Later when I was home, I changed my log in password and I contacted wish just to get the run around. First their automated system, then I was able to to email back and forth with an agent. All denials and trying to claim that maybe I placed an order by mistake. When I rebutted all of this, even suggesting they trace the IP of where the order was made, I was told it was going to be escalated to another department, which I feel is a way for them to ghost me. I have been told this is a way for wish to profit off you forcing you to spend you money with them since they stated what wish.com credits are non refundable. I have since filed with my card company a fraudulent charges, my card canceled and a new one is being sent out and as soon as this is settled I will canceling my wish account for good. Horrible site, products and customer service!”
