“I ordered 3 items in december, 2 of which I wanted to return as they didn't fit. I sent required information and heard nothing again . The company is almost impossible to reach and if they do reply the response is ineffective and not relevant. The customer service is shocking and I doubt that they have any staff with a reasonable command of English. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Why people still order from wish, when there is other website offer good services. I create a platform for artists design printed on products and i need to pay a lots in terms of marketing and host services and a lots of other spends but its very hard to get orders from people around the world. People don’t want a honest services with a good product they prefer who lies on them. www.artedup.com”

“Everything is junk. Cheap, which is all its worth, high shipping cost and takes forever to arrive. Reading the description diesnt help. Items say solid 18k but description may say 10k gold fill. One seller name is "loveresin", indicating they sell resin filled with gold over spray. Dont be fooled, thinking you'll get quality for nothing.”

“Received a projector. Paid over $200. Was not to description. I logged a complaint with wish stating that it was not at all as advertised. Wish has now blocked me for abuse. This is terrible service and I will never use wish again and will advise EVERY person I see to do the sam”

“My fiancee and I used Wish primarily for making our TikTok videos better ( makeup, outfits, etc)... We were fine at first, until they started screwing us over. Her card was recently compromised through Wish, and someone tried to take $300 for airline tickets. In Peru! And we tried canceling her most recent orders that said they'd process and ship within 5 Days... 20 Days later, still processing. They jipped me recently for $50. Both being on low income as is, we can't afford to be getting screwed over left and right. Therefore we deactivated our accounts and deleted our apps. Going to be contacting BB&B to report Wish. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. Wish is a SCAM 110%!! Don't deal with them! Amazon and eBay are MUCH more reliable and safer to deal with and FASTER... Wish can go rot!”

“Having made a purchase that arrived very late, I am now bombarded with emails, sometimes two or three per day. Impossible to unsubscribe. Emailed them, including the CEO, requesting that the emails stop....ignored. Keep away from this company. PLEASE STOP CONTACTING ME.”

“Don't touch this site. Appalling quality and sizes are just wrong. At least 3 sizes out. The stuff looks great on the site but unfortunately, it is all the wrong size or just pish. I have now learned to uninstall the App and hope nobody else gets screwed. Good luck.”

“They are having major shipping delays due to this corona virus thing. Dont order from them, and definitely dont order 7 day delivery unless you wanna wait indefinitely for your item. All delivery and items are affected. The worst part is there is NOTHING on their website that says there are any delays. They just take your money and not care when your item , then when you get upset they give you the run around over and over and over. And over. Be wary.”

“To anyone who is having a hard time getting a refund go to,the Better business B (BBB)and make a complaint. I literally had 28 emails of them telling me to go and request a refund in their chat, i couldnt. I asked for a refund probably 20 times in each email "give me my money" cause their shipping sucks. I had paid for 7 day shipping and my item was on hold for 10 days with still no delivery date. Deffo contact the BBB they will resolve it much quicker. I sent a complaint to the BBB sunday and had my refund monday. This was after going back and forth for 4 days prior.”

“I ordered three items on Sunday 23.2.20. Once pressing purchase the item changed price. From $5.37 to $74.15. I phoned PayPal, told to contact contextlogin which is Wish to cancel order. I phoned Wish, to be told to contact Contextlogin. I was sent around in circles. I also email Contectlink. No reply but I’m getting messages from Wish saying it’s on it’s way. Replied to them to cancel order. Not one company has replied to my request to cancel. It’s a nightmare. Once my goods arrive that I don’t want, Wish will be cancelled and I will never order from them again. Do yourself a favour and delete.”

“Ordered sheer curtains and never received them. Wish claimed they were delivered, so I could not recover my money from my credit card. I ordered another pair from a different vendor on Wish, received them and they were not even usable. The quality was horrible and service is worse than poor. DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH unless you are willing to deal with the worst customer service ever.”

“Ordered items from stock then received email announcing shipped and expected delivery between 30th Mar & 15th Apr!!!! Customer support bots do not give you any options other than a pre-determined choice of questions to which the answer seems to always be "Tough Luck" Don't waste your time or money on this site.”
