False advertisement. I spent 5 dollars on items and 13 on shipping only to find out that providers move the established shipping date as needed and as convenient for them. You’d expect the items would arrive within the 5-7 day range, especially after having paid expedited shipping but no. My items will arrive at the earliest on April 14. Two month After I placed the order. Ridiculous!

Always get undersized items not normal American sizes only very small sizes and they send them even the wrong items and you wait a long time for the items upwards to a couple of months will not ever order from Wish nor any China companies again bad experience.

i ordered 3 items and received only 1 , other 2 got cancelled after waiting for them for 5 weeks each, it was a terrible experience.

The worst company ever. My 2 items said it was out for delivery 2 days ago. I contacted support to ask why they are late. Then I get a email saying we refunded the money. First of all I never asked for a refund I just asked where my products are. Then trying contact a human being is absolutely impossible. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone

I ordered 4 hoodies at a real good price and right away they said they are not available and that I will get a refund soon.They take a long time to ship items ordered.I have decided to stop buying from WISH (SUCKS).

It’s the worst site to buy from. After 5 years of being a customer ( I was almost buying items every day). They closed my account for no reason. I had to start again with the same email address and the same password which mean that my email address doesn’t exist any more with Wish. I complaint about the issue online so many times but have never got any response. I lost my purchase history so I couldn’t verify and know the items they refund to me without my consent, also I lost all the points and the discounts I earned. I started with them again but you pay for the item, you wait long time ( sometimes more than a month ) suddenly you get the refund and they accuse you that you are the one who canceled it. You complain but you never get any answer. It’s very frustrating and depressing to deal with the sellers of this website. You feel disappointed after waiting long time for the item you bought and you are waiting for. I was with Ebay and Amazon since they started but I’ve never never ever had any issue with them. You feel safe and happy with them while you feel unsafe and disappointed with Wish.

Worst site ever!!!! 1st they don't have a phone # to call for support. My husband and I both have been hacked from this site. Don't buy anything from here,the description of products is deceiving as well.

After making many purchases wish decided to restrict my account. They would not explain why, they just stated "due to company policies". They asked for a snapshot of wish.com charges in my bank or credit card statement. When I complied with both of my credit card statements through their email their response was "if you are unable to provide the requested statements then provide a picture of the front and back your your driver's license". After complying with the picture of my license and credit card statements I kept getting the same generic response. After two to three weeks so no customer service I finally received and email stating that the block was removed from my account and to sign in. When signing in with my email and passcode (that I have documented for reference) the wishm.com website told me my passcode was incorrect. I then requested an email with a link to reset my passcode and I did not receive it after multiple requests. Later in the evening I attempted again to reset my password multiple times. I finally received one email to reset my password. I was 7 minutes since I had finally received the email and when following the link and setting my new passcode I was then told the link had expired! I attempted several more time that night and the next day with no success in receiving and email to set a new passcode. Highly frustrating! No customer service and it seems like poor technology and a definite language barrier. Wish need to do a lot better for their customers!

Made an order on 14th.Feb. paid £12 by Debit Card . On 20th.Feb. Wish put another £12 claim on my Bank Account for the same order. My Bank deducted BOTH £12 from my account , neither of the £12 have been claimed by Wish . Contacted their customer support , told them they had 48hrs. to resolve the problem . Noticed on the website that their ' registered office ' is located in Netherlands *( for Europe ) & San Francisco *( for US.) My complaint was dealt with by Customer Support in USA !!!. My Bank have been able to reconcile £12 back to my account , and consider the practice of 'Double ' billing to be an attempted fraud. The US authorities should investigate this supposed com.

If there is a zero star, I would give a zero star. One of my orders was late and then delay for more than 20 days of the promised date. Another order is also late and never delivered, and just disappeared from the order tracking. Stay away wish.com

not worth the grief. they originally bumped my shipping time by a week only to find today that they have added on yet another 3 weeks. This goes against everything in their shipping policy... boo Wish... Wayfair and Amazon trumps everything you do by miles. These last 3 months have been a miserable experience and I want my money back...

Seems like you just order something so they can hang onto your money for a little while just think about all the people they hang onto their money for a little bit before they refunded them just making bank on products they don't have. It's b******* but I order something I should get it I never had a problem with Amazon these cheap prices are the problem. Cuz this stuff they say they have they don't have.

If I could rate the WISH website with 0 stars, I certainly would! Last night I placed an order with them, and chose the option to pay the lessor amount, and pay the remaining balance on March 2, 2020. I did this in good faith that there would only be $13 plus change taken from my checking account, because my balance in my account was 27.00. Well, not only did they charge me the $27 plus to my account, in doing so they have caused me a $32 overdraft! I have been a very good customer for years! I have had other issues with them, but have never made a stink about it. I have had numerous occasions of prices changing, the cost of shipping TRIPLED!!!! I have made the decision that I will no longer be shopping with them, and may I suggest that you think LONG AND HARD before you do business with these shady characters! They will steal money right from your checking account or credit card. They will fail you on every level! DO NOT THRUST THIS COMPANY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY ARE UNDERHANDED AND SHADY! They will make a mistake and blame you for it. They have down right insulted my intelligence and yours! If I hadn't chosen the pay half now, pay half later......why then did I have a chosen date to pay the remaining balance on March 2, 2020!? As I said insulting my intelligence and yours. Tell your friends, tell your family not to take the chance of doing business with these underhanded, cheating, lying, stealing, shady very poor excuse for business people! Thank you for sharing this information and spreading the word!!

I ordered a bunch of summer items for an upcoming trip in April. I noticed all of them were refunded and never shipped. I then received an email requesting my photo ID if “I was unable to provide the information they required” (which I never found or saw what that information they requested was?) I won’t be ordering with Wish again as I’ve never ever been asked for photo ID for a purchase of clothing before. Their customer service phone number is no longer accepting calls and the only way you can contact them is via online customer “automated” support. I have yet to receive a response from multiple emails requesting an answer as to why I was asked for photo ID?! Sounds sketchy... won’t be surfing their site in the future!

Ordered a woman’s medium flannel shirt and it arrived several weeks later and could have been a belly shirt or a kids small. Do not order from this website.

I had ordered 2 items from wish.com on the 4th of Feb and now its the 20th of feb and still has not received my item now they did take the money right away but slack in shipping products out. I would had canceled my order but according to there website you would need to cancel it the same day with in hours. I will never order from wish again and would not recommend ordering from them.

SO bad...delivery never coming and they just push your delivery date back. Customer Support does not exist. It is just a message on the website. Pay a little more elsewhere because this website is garbage...
