“I tried ordering from wish, and every time I tried to pay, a pop up appeared offering a month free trial, I didn’t want to join, yet I couldn’t pay because of the pop up kept popping up, I emailed wish, they said try again, oh it went through that time and promotional price got taken off my item, I complained........, 36 emails later, all the same screen script from wish customer service, I told them I want the item at the price it showed in my cart, no they gave a refund, when I never asked for one, they don’t answer questions, just tell you hope the experience is better next time...........they ain’t gonna be a next time, wish is a scam and customer service employees are a disgrace!!!!!!”

“I ordered a cute clock well almost 3 weeks later is has not arrived. I wrote to Wish customer service and they will refund my money but I really wanted the clock. Unfortunately I think this company is kind of a scam. It really is a shame!!!”

“I order stuff from wish last year that I forget I ordered because their shipping takes so long. Of course in 2018 I did a few follow ups letting them know I haven’t received items. Fast forward to now I was looking for a specific item for my business and somebody told me to check on wish. Of course I haven’t been on there since then and realized that I still have orders that I paid for and never received. Tried contacting them with no assistance. Wish knows exactly what their doing the orders are delayed so long you forget about them and poof there goes your refund smh”

“I bought Dolche and Gabbana 'lite blue' smelt faintly of 'lite blue' but only minutes later, no scent, also disturbing, was clear to see the bottle had been tampered with. I alerted Wish and a prompt refund was issued..surprisingly the option for me to give a review on Wish was removed, no longer purchasing items from them, no quality, and of course, you get what you pay for”

“I Have order to wish when it was not reach i contact customer support (limited answer) 1.you cannot communicate 100%. 2.In ther Refund Even if you choose to return to your Payment method They are credit wish cash ,it means you have to purchase again to get money Refund. 3.i m Sure this comapny is Misleading people and at mass level Using Money and Not Return back to your Account”

“I order my order and never recive and they send me message your order was delivered at you adress when I check the adress I was shocked I am from Co My order was send to Pa under different adress and state .Never recommended no email nothing to contact worse side ever!”

“I have received a few items from Wish that truly appeared to be bargains, like mats to catch cat litter, but when the cost of mailing is factored in, the bargain aspect disappeared. You get what you pay for, and this is no exception on Wish. Many of the items are cheaply made and do not resemble their advertised photos. Wish consistently sells jewelry advertised as sterling silver stamped "925", but the thin silver coating will start to wear off by the 2nd or 3rd wearing. You are best off buying products advertised as stainless steel. Items usually arrived at least 4 weeks after ordering; in a couple of cases, I didn't receive the item at all. Sizing is a wild guess and I've purchased tops that were 3 sizes larger than the size I wear, but the tops were still too small. I could cite many other items that disappointed me and a few that didnt. Wish is good for getting a quick buzz that comes from shopping and expecting a package - beyond that, you may be disappointed.”

“I've ordered several items and NOTHING has arrived. there's not a number or email to contact for support, and it keeps giving me the runaround about getting my money refunded to me. I've even attempted to contact CNE who they do their shipping through and the number and email for there company is also invalid.”

“I made a big order on Wish. The first item they sent was invoiced completely incorrectly because of this I was flagged by customs and now everything I ordered is being stopped by customs. They refuse to give any proper support or acknowledgement. So regret ever ordering from them. It's crazy that they get away with this!”

“Can I give zero star rating? Stay far away from this scam site. You are sure to be defrauded. My delivery address was changed to somewhere in the USA and no amount of explaining to WISH can resolve this issue. I order from South Africa but my orders are delivered to the USA???”

“Placed several different orders. Every time they just cancel it and demand proof of identity which I send immediately. Then you just get sucked into a senseless chain of emails that last for 2 weeks usually written in Russian only to end up err empty handed and disappointed. I have tried to spend like a thousand dollars with these idiots. Can't find a phone number anywhere for these assholes. Can't believe they are still around.”

“Wish sucks. i went on to buy ballet shoes, they have an alluring price, however when you add them to your cart, that are $10-$15 more. About a month ago i got a real deal on one promotion. when i went back to check. It stated if my order could not be fulfilled they would refund me. My question to them was why would you charge my card if you didn't have the item. My daughter used them years ago and got some amazing sunglasses and phone cases, but they changed their business. they aren't in the business of selling. They are now in the business of scamming”

“First purchase and I won’t be buying again ever! Delete the App! Delete your payment method. Flimsy cheap material was what their so called blouse was made of! I discarded it the next day! I’ve tried emailing the company to no avail. Want to make sure my personal info is discarded permanently w this company! They charged my cc way note than the shirt was actually listed! Buyers Beware!”

“NOTHING was good about my experience with WISH don't use it!! First takes forever to receive it well...actually I have only received 1 item from my order after several weeks, it was wrong nothing close to what I picked. I can't track any of the order, i can't get a response from Wish customer service!!!! I will be reporting to better business bureau.”

“If I could rate 0 stars I would. This site is basically like being scammed by indians. Getting a refund is almost impossible. Please use a compente company like amazon or shop local.”
