“Sorry people ! Wish.com it is no as awesome as it seems to be . In fact its pathetic. I found out about Wish.com three months ago .I opened and account and I went large an order $900 plus dollars in merchandise , once I received some of the items weeks later ,the order was incomplete and some items were the wrong color and size . I reached out to customer service and you have to go through a difficult task to express your inquiry.. Than once some one response to your complaining proper English it seams to you are talking talking a different language. They don't grasps what your complain is and reply with just non sense trying to brush you off . I just give up and let them keep my missing items in my order and take a lost. Never again! stay away, Chinese people and companies are only there for themselves.They don't give a F......K about your or what you think...DONE!!!!!!”

“I am done with Wish. I ordered an item in October. Still has not arrived. I ordered another item that came incomplete. I was even having trouble finding their site for “customer service “. Most of the items can be purchased at Dollar Tree.”

“What you see on the picture and what you get are totally different. Poor materials, poor quality, poor finishing. Plus, once you ordered, you cannot cancel. You may return paying additional shipping costs. Customer service is automated. Not happy at all.”

“I ordered one item from wish, it was one dollar. Then a few days later I look at my bank account and see we've been shorted by a grand and some change. I immediately started searching transactions and see several wish.com orders which I didn't place. They have one $900 purchase and several other $45, $3 etc. All added up to $1140. Scary. So I log into wish.com, on there, there were several items ordered, but added up only amount to $200 from the wish site, so I try to speak with someone, nobody is available so I dispute the charges with paypal, that was 12 days ago, paypal is trying to get our money back, but never will I order even a $1 item from wish. They're thieves who run a shoddy company and no customer service or appreciation to speak of. We have bank overdraft fees and still standing here, waiting for this to get fixed. Not cool.”

“No matter how great the deal you think it is it won't be turn off his page delete that app do not buy repeat do not buy anything from wish. They lie and manipulate and take your money do not refund when your order is not correct get away from them this is the 1st negative blog I've had to enter”

“This company is a joke ! . They advertise an item cheap and then when you want to buy it they say is not available . I bought a Food Vacuum Machine and ordered some special plastic bag for it . They said that the machine ISNOT available again but sent the bags instead which is useless . Try to contact their customer service which is non e instance . Any way BE CAREFUL !?”

“I bought 7 items with wish neither of the items delivered to me I will never recommend them to anyone Worse they can't even explain why the items didn't get to me. I was refunded for the items but not for shipping costs.”

“SCAM! Guys, DO NOT buy from this company. They manipulate orders, the price displayed and the price in the cart are different for the exact same item. Also, many of the orders are not delivered and lastly, when you ask for a refund, they will come up with excuses that you are not eligible. I've just lost around $400 to this trash company. Don't be the next victim. ”

“I ordered 4 U-King stage lights (LED PAR cans) 1 did work at all, 2 stopped working after 1 hour of use and the 4th stopped working after 2 hours of use. The only response I received from the company was that they were outside the 30 day refund window. Lights are supposed to work, not give out after a short period of use, they obviously do not support their products. They are obviously junk. A warning to future customers - do not purchase these products”

“My computer was stolen and an order was made in the amount of $128.00 as soon as I found out I canceled the order and requested a refund from wish as well as PayPal and both refused to refund my money. This has been a nightmare for me but I did cancel all else they bought but Wish refuses to refund me. My days with wish are coming to an end. I have contacted my lawyer and hopefully can resolve this issue.”

“I purchased an item with a different credit card than I usually use with Wish. Wish has frozen my account for weeks. They wanted proof of my Identification which I stupidly sent the repeatedly. I have sent my personal identification over 4 times. 4 pieces of identification each time included the invoices from my credit cards (with wish purchases on them) and my drivers license. No response from Wish just repeatedly asking for my info over and over again. Just like they are asking now but today it's in English rather than Spanish. Im not doing that anymore. I am very frustrated that my personal information has been compromised and my replies have been ignored 4 or 5 times now. Why send personal information again? Enough is enough. I have 8 outstanding orders I am waiting for. Once I recieve my parcels I plan to stop doing business with Wish as a direct result of this issue. Very irresponsible on Wish part. When a customer sends you their PERSONAL information many times and Wish does nothing to acknowledge it something is very WRONG. Bad business.”

“First able there is not Customer Support!!! I do not recommend this site!! Wish promised to give me a refund since the items were not available, it's been almost 2 months; the credits are not in my credit card. This is Fraud!!!”

“Incorrect order was delivered, the picture they include on their reply is not what I received. They insist it was correct item even when I uploaded the picture of item received. Will file a dispute with my credit card and leave as many bad reviews as possible. Worst shopping experience.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes it took 1 month to come and the shoe was bad. It was way too big I ordered a size 7 and got a size 13 that is 6 times the size I ordered the shoe itself looked like trash it was so unconvertible the shoe lases did not even work and when they did work they were to tight and when I loosed them up they were to loose I paid 20 dollars for them big waste of money never buy things from wish it is not worth it I wish i did not buy any thing from this website and it does not deserve a 1 star it deserves a 0 star.”
