“WISH platform is a paradise of fraudulent, I ordered a 512 gb sd card, received a 8gb instead. I ordered 100 pcs of ruber gloves, they sent me 100 pcs plastic ones. We paid fast shipping rate, but received parcels after 3 months later, even slower than eBay's free delivery. WISH has no measure to protect clients, nor to punish seller's con activities. I'm out of it, and I have been advising all the people I know to stay away from WISH.”

“I ordered and returned,at my expense,a pair of shoes over 3 months ago. Wish made me pay shipping,both ways,even though shoes didn't fit. They were extremely narrow. Had seller made this known,I wouldn't have bought them. Now,thanks to WISH,I don't have the shoes or my money. Wish decided NOT to refund me after they lied and said that they did. Stalling,out ant out telling lies and attempting to confuse the issues is normal business for these criminals. Avoid at all costs. You might get lucky and get exactly what you ordered in a timely fashion,but magic 8 ball says"good luck with that".”

“The stole my money !!! It's been a month and never get my refund wish system is useless and I send many many messages but still send me the same massage, no controlling on the refunds and I'm hopeless to get my refund back!! I will never use this stupid app again! The stole my money”

“I used few times WISH - almoast always were delays with deliveries but it's ok. My issiues started after I tried to change my address to the new one and then my account was blocked and I don't know what was the reason. I tried to comunicate with customer service - it's absolutly usless! I still have some WISH Cash on my account but because they blocked me I can not to do anything: I can not order and I can not send the money back on my card. This service is bizare. I suggest to avoid them.”

“Be warned!!! Items take to long to arrive!!! No shipping dates are given until after order is placed unlike other websites. My order was time sensitive and will arrive late as it is taking over 2 months to arrive!!! Never use this company, I am not!!!”

“I register wish.com this March. I was confused how could the prices be so low. But anyway I bought three items worth less than 10 dollars in total. The estimated delivery is about 1 month. Then one month later nothing received. My shopping history page just puts the estimated delivery to one or two weeks later. Then later it changed again, and again. Now five months have passed and none of the three shipments arrived. The estimated delivery just change again and again for about 15 times.”

“I ordered 2 large pet comfort beds May 16th. A small pet comfort bed came in the mail August 27th. My order $49.85 for 2 large comfort beds turns out to be the price for 1 small petbed. I will never do business with this company again. Their tracking is useless and their customer support. This company needs to be shut down. Total RIP OFF.”

“A charge of more than $500.showed up on our credit card. We couldn't find out what it was for by checking all our records so stopped payment with Credit card company. A short time later a parcel showed up containing 5 identical wood working items that we have no use for. I have nicely asked for a return shipping label twice however they have not responded. I have been trying to resolve this mess for almost a month and are rapidly approaching the 30 day limit Since they refuse to do anything about this I am taking this order to Post office and will happily pay the shipping rather than the 500 dollars.”

“They keep asking for a tag on the item, but each item has come with out tags. I now have several items that are out of the 30 days limit as everytime you email wish, you get the 3 day wait, then they ask for a photograph of the tag, then they respond with it all over again from a different person.”

“This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I ordered solar lights & silver chains. After almost a month I received a small bag containing 2 plastic watches & a Small bottle of liquid. Not even close to my order. That was July 25 & I have been dealing with their customer service ever since with numerous emails. All they had to do was to issue me a return label as I would gladly return these ridiculous items!! Now thy claim my window of time for a refund has passed!!!! I am so frustrated & angry with the incompetence of this compass you. I would never order from them again!”

“Don't order anything from wish if you do the chances are you won't get what you paid for ,i.e. 2 items I ordered for my wife they decided to send a couple of packets of seeds God only knows what they are , when you try and get something sorted out with them all you get are obstacles”
