“Keep moving the delivery date on items I ordered in May! Won't let me request a refund and no way to contact a human! Using the excuse of covid 19 which is a lie, I order stuff from China daily through aliexpress and never had a problem despite the pandemic, awful awful scam of a company, feel absolutely robbed!”

“My order stated I’d receive a quantity of 1. The picture showed a box of 100 rubber gloves. Imagine my surprise when 4 MONTHS later I received 1 PAIR OF GLOVES. The site showed it took 3 months to get out of China. The customer service consists of wait for it, keep waiting and WAIT. Never again. I’m deleting the app.”

“Order received was not what I ordered. Have been in touch several times for them to send the correct item and keep getting fobbed off every time. They take your money send you the wrong item which you have to wait so long for....I had to wait 2 months which I wouldn’t have been too bothered about had the item been correct. Very frustrating and very upsetting how customers are treated. Please take my advice....DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from Wish.”

“Ordered June 7th didn't get it until August 18th. This was supposed to be a dress. It was barely a shirt. It was such thin material you could see through it. Totally a piece of trash. I will never order from this company again. If I had known it came from China I wouldn't have ordered in the first place. I tried to cancel when I realized where it was coming from and of course they said it had already processed. Lies! Typical China. But American.”

“I ordered a series of Items from . I only got one and one that was not my order I never got any of my items got only partial refunds and they have a way to block you so then you fall out the refund window to get anything. Their tracking system is a lie, these goods come from china we never get them in Hawaii even 5 6 months later This is a chinese scam”

“Well I'm not bothered about how long the things I ordered take to get here .. as one person has already pointed out to the rest of us presumed idiots, there is indeed a pandemic on, as if we need to be reminded. Of the 7 items I ordered 5 have arrived and to be honest, I really wish they hadn't, it would have saved me the job of binning them. All clothes ..all in the same material but with a different print. All look like cheap versions of the items on their site. I'm beginning to think China only has one type of material ..either that or it's the same seller using different names. My advice ..don't order clothes off this site .. in fact don't order anything they seem like scammers. My feedback to them wasn't printed ..yet a I see lots of good reviews. They must be made up because the items really are styleless rags. I wish I could post a photo of the dress, it says here I can but there's no link ..it's so different from the picture, almost like a child has had a go at making it, it's comical.”

“Ordered two pairs of shoes 4 months ago. Received one pair of cheap plastic shoes three sizes to small. The other pair still hasn’t arrived. I feel an absolute fool for not reading reviews first. A total rip off. NEVER again!!!!!”

“Took 20+ days to arrive, product was cheaply made. I wanted to return it, BUT, in order to have the Refund Request Form processed you MUST upload a picture of the item you received from them. They know the Order #, why do they need a picture? I think it's to limit the number of refunds they have to make since uploading a picture is not for amateurs. I do not have a Smart Phone nor a camera, so I cannot take a pic and upload it. Therefore, I cannot request a refund. I made an official complaint on the Internet Better Business Bureau, which everyone thinking about ordering from Wish.com should do. It does not have a good rating, and is risky to order from. This picture business is just another way to scam customers. Beware of cheap products coming from China!!!”

“The item delivered does not match the item ordered & attached a photo. Received a message from their customer service asking for another photo. I was looking forward to receive the item ordered, it is 100% scam, they just send some random item & carry on sending endless just for the sake of replying... I wish I read the reviews before ordering very disappointed & will report them to Trading Standards”

“I ordered 5 months ago never received my 5 orders. I keep messages them and they give me the run around and say I can't cancel because it's on its way. But I have not received anything. I check the tracking and there is no update. I will never order from wish ever again.”

“STAY AWAY! Ordered an item and they could not fulfill. Got a whole lot of run around. Finally had to cancel and request a refund. Waited then requested a status update on my refund and was told to "chill out" by some smart mouthed rep. All fellow responders spread the word, when it appears too good to be true, it usually is.”

“Placed 4 seperate orders in June was the a delivery date of 15 days they kept moving the delivery date now it's at October. I asked for a refund they told me that I am within the delivery date and can't refund me I told them my delivery date was 15 days after purchase so I am not within the original delivery date that they guaranteed me. I spent over 600 dollars and can't get a refund what kind of company is this? When you guarantee a delivery date and you don't meet that date is it not common practice to refund you? This company is a complete scam and they should be shut down. Don't order from them”
