“Ordered 2 individual items from 2 seperate Wish stores on May 4th, it's now August 14 and I still haven't received either item. There is no customer service - only an automated "customer service" which does nothing except tell you what you already know. Every time it gets closer to the expected delivery date, the delivery date gets pushed back another month so that you cannot get a refund. Just an absolute scam. The worst bit is, the items I ordered were required in June, so now I have no use for them even if they (eventually) arrive. Don't fall into the trap of cheap prices!”

“Four months later and they still haven't shipped my order. Each time it gets to a few days before the delivery date they move it on another month. This means I can't ask for a refund as it hasn't gone past the delivery date. It's a very simple scam. You will not get your orders and you won't get your money back. Disgusting company, shoddy and shady business practice and the feds need to investigate it.”

“They will not give me my refund back for 6 tops they just keep sending me form letters back and won't physically answer my questions do not do business with them the clothes are from China and they r thin material and way too small”

“Ok I understand if shipping is delayed due to the pandemic... but for wish to tell me that the refund policy has expired????? And I have to use wish cash? Instead of actually going and getting my product from another company? Because it worked out so well before!?!? I orderd 18 items form them I have not received one and cannot get a refund for 16 of them?... this is after waiting 5 months for the items to arrive. Save yourselves the hassle of this B.S. company and buy somewhere else!!!”

“What a fraud, the items of clothing were below standard, but worse was only 3 items were packed and delivered. They are not what was ordered. Good for cleaning up grease when working on your machinery. There is no access to a refund or return... Keep away from Charmwish...”

“They sent the wrong size and I have found it impossible to return the item. I keep being asked for more and more photos of the item, so far 10 , despite having initially sent a photoshowing the size label. It has now been 10 days and I am no further forward. Having read other reviews this appears to be a common tactic in order for the return period to expire. They are a load of charlatans”

“You guys from Wish think that repeatedly stating "Corona" in your automated customer service messenger, is sufficient reason to delay three times the arrival of a tiny package - in total more than three months. It never even arrived. Stop using excuses.”

“Placed order for Dyson battery back in early June 2020 but never received it despite getting several revised delivery dates. Wish website now informs me that my order can't be found and it's not available in the carrier's system yet. I very much doubt that I'll ever receive my order and I'm sure it's a very clever con-trick. Do not trust this company and don't ever have anything to do with them.”

“the only place i ordered from and all of a sudden my new debiot card is being charged hundreds of times small amounts on paypal. wish is a scam and so is its vendors they stole my card info and committed fraud. will be going after them today”

“Wish I never heard about WISH and never ordered mask. Ordered and it took 2 months to arrive. Mask is cheap and garbage. Don't deal with this awful company.”

“I was stupid enough to order thinking that this company would deliver my product in a timely manner. I ordered this product on June 14, 2020. Today is August 11th, 2020 and i have yet to receive my product. It was all inclusive price Canadian $10.20. If wish had a problem delivering via Covid-19, they should not have offered shipping costs and warned me that there might be delays. When i placed the order in June it said delivery would be July 10th, 2020. When we entered the month of July - the delviery changed to reflect September 10th, It now reflects a tentative shipping date of October 12th, 2020. I am totally frustrated as their website does not have anyone monitoring it. and no one there to help you figure out your next steps. It does not give you the option of canceling your order or talking to a representative. I feel this is a scam - where you pay and wait for products you are never going to receive. We need to shut them down.”

“wish is by far the worst online store i have ever dealt with they used to be better but now since covid there not refunding instead the change dates and more than once and use covid as an excuse very strange other sites i deal with are mostly on time even from china when you send them a message they don't respond so no way to get your refund i have items that i have been waiting for for over 2 months so i deactivated my account if i don't get my items i am losing money cause i won't be able to have a refund anyway but i don't really care at this point they can keep the money i am only one customer but if they keep up this poor service they will loose much more and that means no more money from me from now on i will only buy north american no more of my money will go to CHINA !!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Wish is now offering items on their site for $.50 and $.50 shipping if you are the first customer if not you will be refunded. I believe that no one gets the item and they only refund you partially your money. Scam!!!! Stay away they are taking people's money....”

“Did not receive what I ordered. Merchandise was faulty. Refunds are not really available. Order took more than 60 days. They don t refund after 60 days. They depend on your loosing patience. No way to reach them. Use credit card that will fight for you and give you the refund. Recommend that you do not order from them”

“The products that you see pictures of do not represent what you are getting! The supposedly 925 Solid Silver ring I ordered, with a turquoise setting, was a piece of cheap Tin sounding metal with NO 925 Silver Stamp that was described in the advertisement. it honestly looked like it had been painted with chrome paint. Be advised that you do NOT get what you order, only what they want to send to you.”

“I ordered two dresses from wish. Both are huge, although in the size I requested. I contacted wish and asked for a return ticket and a refund. My request has been refused because the items were the size I ordered. Terrible quality, terrible customer service.”
