“Ordered a phone for a key worker, it "took" 4 days to get from China to the UK ! signed for at DHL, 300 miles away. I was informed i cant open request until between 8 august and 23rd, tried to open request only to be told the time limit ran out on the 8th august. contacted DHL with tracking number and it does not correspond to my details.. big scam ! bought a mobile of e bay, was delivered in 4 days”

“Ordered my items 6 months ago and still have not come in I called to get my money back and they said you can only get your money back within 8 hours of ordering after that they steal your money and give you nothing for it, they are a bunch of criminals who can't get a regular day job.”

“My last order didn't turn up after having waited for ages. When I contacted Wish, they said that their return policy is 30 days only which is a joke as most things take longer than this to arrive. Won't be buying from them again. Not a trustworthy company in my opinion.”

“A bunch of thief's and fraudulent criminals behind this app or even scammer I believe. Don’t ever try this App. I thought it was serious business, but of course not. When a business does not have a customer service phone number where to call and complain or clarify purchases etc, that says a lot about a business. I bought $8.50 items and my bank statement shows a charge from Wish of $23.30, really? Then, they pretend not to understand the issue, to not do the refund for the extra charge. 1st of all they don’t have a customer services rep. Number where to call and deal with this via phone (of course not!!), just like thief. second, they play the game of the robot messages where you get responds from different people (who knows if they are even real people) playing the game of (I’m so sorry to hear you got extra charge but we can’t do any refund). It’s disgusting. They would never be successful stealing people’s money that is my only comfort. Don’t try this app pls. Try Amazon, E Bay, Walmart etc I mean serious business that they are not going to play a game to refund simple $15.30. Serious business, would never do that. Don’t recommend this App at all. Don’t get ripped off! Pls don’t try it!!”

“The absolutely worst company ive ever shopped from! Im bought multiple Items from this company twice and now for the amount of $30 he has not received another in my items or a refund they do not have a contact support so you can speak with anyone in their chat it’s automated. I bought my items in February I was told they will be delivered in May in May I try to request a refund it told me to wait until June I have been several months but I actually forgot here I am in August and it’s telling me that I am not eligible for a refund none of my items have been received I do not have a credit to my account and I am out of $60 this company is a complete scam do not waste your money I have good purchases in the past that is why I try twice but I will never shop from this company again and I recommend no one else does either unless you want your money scammed!!!!!”

“Didn't think it was possible to hate a company this passionately. After using their site initially I was merely annoyed by all of the little details that didn't work right or weren't user friendly. But then I received my second item (a wristwatch) that literally ran backwards. I have now written almost 30 emails to wish.com's support email and only get canned replies. I am pretty sure that nobody is even reading them at this point. I tried calling and they literally will not even speak to you. Wear a mask, gloves, or whatever it takes to avoid Wish.com like the Corona-virus (its almost as horrible)”

“robot answers to valid queries is my issue. It is as if the ONLY living human being on the payroll is the CEO Piotr Szulczewski and that every one else is a clueless souless poorly programmed ROBOT. You ask a question and the answer has NO RELEVANCE whatsoever to the question asked. If you try to ask again you either get the previous answer or an even more irrelevant stock "answer that in NO WAY deals with the question. I used to like wish.com three years ago. BUT it has gone downhill since. Especially in 2020 I noticed that it has seriously gone very down-market and as a result I am not going to use it again. Also, unlike Etsy and Ebay you CANNOT directly contact sellers which really messes things up if items do NOT turn up or are faulty. suggestion: do not waste your time and money on wish.com in 2020. It was OK back in 2017 BUT it has seriously gone DOWN HILL since then.”

“Complete disappointment. Ordered in March till now August nothing. I'm convinced its a scam like other Bitcoin things that many lost when the leaders disappeared. To those who ordered and got what they did not expect, I'm happy for you... at least you got something. Then they are those who for sure get or got their orders delivered and they are used to dilute the fact that its effective. Yet its misleading many to send their money and it goes down the drain. Word of advice.. rather give your money to the poor than send it to wish. Don't end up with the same mistake as we have done...”

“I placed an online order with Wish in June 2020 for some bathroom accessories. I did not receive any Order number or confirmation of order from Wish. I did not receive the goods ordered Despite this, Wish withdrew money from my bank account on 09 June 2020. I have sent Wish Customer Services details of the unauthorised withdrawal, and have written them numerous e mails requesting that the money be refunded. The response from their "Customer Services" has been totally unhelpful. I have now raised this with my bank as a fraudulent transaction by Wish. I advise all consumers to be very wary of this company - they appear to be a complete scam. Estela Hamilton”

“I ordered two items in May 2020 with delivery estimate of June 30-July 9. On June 23 I received an email citing "Great news! Your item has shipped." Now the estimated delivery date is September. Both items were meant to be gifts. Had I known shipping was going to take more than four months I would never have ordered the items. Lesson learned. Never going to order from Wish again. I have very little faith that I'll ever see the items that have been ordered. According to tracking information they've been sitting in China for months. As far as I'm concerned Wish is a scam, or at the very least an extremely unprofessional business.”

“Item received wasn't what I ordered. After several automated responses was given a link for return. Item received was not worth money but would have to pay postage to send back. It would still have cost me £8 to send and postage not refunded, wasn't worth sending back. Not impressed.”

“I ordered a human dress form so I could make clothes on and I found one that was affordable. It had a stand with it and a styrofoam human dress form for 6.99 plus shipping and handling. Today I received just a bronze hanger. No human dress form with stand. I am upset about it. I wrote to wish but supposed to get a reply within a few days. Here I was excited to get the human dress form with stand and all I got was a bronze hanger. I don't know if they did it on purpose or was it a mix up in my order but I hope something gets done about it.”
