“Orders placed in March only half as come rubbish company to late for seeds I ordered,won’t shop again!!!”

“Shocking. Misleading meta-tags. Products are falsely advertised. The actual order is 1/2 delivered. I will never shop with Wish again. In the age where there is so much e-commerce competition and especially Post Covid 19 this will accelerate more online shopping businesses. How you can provide such a poor service is beyond me.”

“I had a similar experience to many customers, ordered goods, ever changing delivery schedule, no support from customer service, no refund. Contacted my bank, explained situation about Wish asked for my money back under charge back rules. Bank returned my money within 48 hours. Time to fight back folks, if you've not been treated fairly by Wish, get onto your bank, get your money back under charge back rules.”

“Change the company's name to YOU WISH because if you get a reply great price on an item either you will never receive it or you will be offered a refund. How stupid do they think people are?”

“Didn't tell me until after it was too late to cancel that my item would take two and a half months to arrive. Wouldn't let me leave a review to complain about that. Contact support to talk about it, and all you get is a bot that offers you a few very simple options before telling you to read the FAQ. Never again.”

“Such a shame as they show some really good things they sell, I ordered 8 items 2 months ago, I have only received 4 of my items, I have tried contacting wish, they have an automated messaging system which after going through the questions gets you absolutely nowhere, so frustrating & list my money.”

“Promised free gloves with order but did not get them added to order - scam. This happened before with order for backpack that was not sent. Be careful because nothing they promise actually happens. They simply false advertise to get you to order then don't fulfill promise. SCAM.”

“Delievry never comes. Prices is good but u wont get it. Wish ripped me of and sadly themake rules and time, which covers their asses legally. This is by far a shamming company. They advertise price that are not accurate. They steal your money. I will not order from wish again.”

“I now know why the company decided to go with the name "WISH" I ordered items from them nearly two months ago. Did i receive them you ask?????? NOPE!!!!!! Everytime I check the tracking there has been ZERO MOVEMENT but they KEEP EXTENDING THE DELIVERY DATE!!!!! At this rate I will be lucky to receive these items I ordered by Christmas 2020, IF I RECEIVE THEM AT ALL! Absolutely the worst online company in the history of online shopping and they should be SHUT DOWN and the owners should be charged with THEFT, FALSE ADVERTISING. They are nothing but a AMAZON WANNABE. DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!”

“I did a lot of bidding on the 1$+1$ shipping items to find out if the company is legit. I did win a watch but they charged my 14$+16$ shipping. It took a few months for delivery, which is to be expected if it were free delivery... The product box is damaged so I cannot give it as a gift. Customer service refuses to refund the shipping cost. They claim that if the product is not damaged,no refund will be issued. Then why charge me more for shipping than for the item. I had to open a ticket with them 3 times before getting a reasonable answer. They are indeed a scam, at least when it comes to the 1$ items and customer service. Never had issues with AliExpress or Amazon or any other online shop I have used. They have decent product selection but engage in fraudulent activities.”

“Let me tell you how they cheat the innocent shoppers. I ordered 3 items and the total amount came up to usd 15 on 13th April. The delivery date pops up only after I made the payment and it's was for 6th June. There is absolutely no option to Suraj to a customer service person. Even if you click on customer support, they have a set of questions which you are forced to choose from with ready answers. You cannot ask your specific question and You cannot cancel your order, so basically you are stuck with it. Today on 17th June I received 1 item out of 3 ordered, and they asked me for $ 10 shipping charges. The weight of the product was 0.004gms. Instead of sending all 3 items in 1 packet, they have charged me 10$ for 1 and now I will end up paying 30$ for the 3 items. This is not disclosed on the website as it says "Shipping $1". I will ADVISE NO ONE TO BUY FROM THESE CROOKS AS THEY STATE THEY USE THE CHEAPEST FORM OF DELIVERING HENCE THEY TAKE 2-3 MONTHS TO DELIVER BUT CHARGE YOU 30$ ! I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO SHOP FROM THEM.”
