“I, it seems like many others am still waiting on my order, every time my due date passes it adds on another due date , checked today for an order that was suppose to be here yesterday now has moved to the 22nd can't even get decent tracking info, looks like it's saying is still in China. This is the 4th time my delivery date has been moved up. I placed my order on April,24th. I emailed and asked for a refund but they claimed the order has been shipped, B*******! I'm guessing after the 22nd the date will be moved up again. I will never, ever order from them again. My friends ask me about ordering from them. I advise them do not do it. Stick to Amazon and the United States. Good luck everyone. but I'm taking legal action, this is just wrong. I just want my money refunded.”

“Was charged for something ($150) that I never ordered. I went back to them asking for a refund. They said they would put a credit on their books. I don't order much of anything from them and I would be out the money for months, if not years. I went back to my bank charge account and they could not even get it resolved for me. I then went to try to use a small amount from the credit and they told me they won't sell me anymore. Meanwhile I am out the money. This firm is a big rip off.”

“I ordered items 2 months ago from Wish, Items were paid using PayPal account. I never received items, sent email to customer service, never heard back from them. Will never order anything else from them. RIP off.”

“Bought a Seiko automatic watch ,goes when it wants ,stops when it wants and hands wizz round when they want . Bought 2 large shirts ,one arrived it's about a small medium. Promised a free gift of headphones never arrived . I will never ever buy anything from Wish again. The old saying " if it sounds too good to be true etc etc”

“Stay away from this company! They run a business like scammers: - do not deliver the items, purchased through their website - zero customer support, loop robot instead, even they haven't an email address - items can not be canceled, and money paid will not be returned back - made up fake tracking numbers.”

“Items ordered are past delivery time. Wish just keeps adding more time and claiming " it's within the delivery window". They do that so you can't get a refund. I'll stick with Amazon in future.”

“SCAMMERS!!! They never send you the product. They send you FAKE tracking information of someone else's package. UPS looked into the matter with me and said they sent you tracking info of an item that was not yours. A possible hack of some sort. There was never a package. They are helping me file a case against them. The Customer service is also pathetic. They Keep sending you same generic message no matter what you say. Nobody is actually ready to listen to you which means they KNOW whats happening. Dont bother ordering!! I am reporting them to federal trade commission for fraud. I wonder how many people they have successfully scammed.”

“They are bunch of thieves,i bought from them and they keep changing dates of delivery and when you send them messages you get no response from them. I’m waiting if I get my items I will delete their app and with everyone will get to know them n they will lose their company.”

“I purchased a top for £3.36, or so I thought, then £22, to Wish was swiped from my account seconds after when I checked my account, I only received a £7 refund, I also bought something advertised photographically as a hammock chair but only received the cushions for it, emails to Wish have been met with computer generated responses that do not address the issue adequately and they obviously are generic emails as they arrive less than a minute after sending mine, so there's evidence Wish don't bother to even read them. Most unsatisfactory so I have contacted the Fraud depot of my Bank to reclaim what is owed me. I'll never shop with Wish ever again. Its been a nightmare.”

WISH.COM HAS NO (CUSTOMER SUPPORT). WISH.COM HAS NO PHONE NUMBER. WISH.COM COMMUNICATES TO CUSTOMERS WITH A (VIRTUAL BOT). WISH.COM WILL NOT ALLOW RETURNS. WISH.COM WILL ONLY PAY YOU BACK WITH (STORE CREDIT). YOU WILL (100%) REGRET EVER MAKING A PURCHASE ON.... (WISH.COM).”

“All items arrive late wish pushed dates weeks up. no refund or way to cancel items that are now two months of waiting. Everyhing you read about, bad reviews are correct. Better going on Amazon pay slightly more get it within days. I'm waiting for my last couple items to arrive. The items ordered while on quarantine to arrive and im closing my account with no future of purchasing any moe items. B U Y E R. B EWEAR read the reviews i didnt my bad.”

“I’ve been waiting on a small Order now for over 2 months. I will not ever use them again. Every time I check the tracking dates it has been changed. It will be 3 months shortly. Pay regular price and buy local.”
