“I ordered 1 item that was in stock 2 months ago and still have not received the item. The delivery date was by May 15 and Now it’s June12. I moved last week and now there is no way to contact them. I will not receive my item because of false advertising. Horrible!!”

“This company is not to be trusted. When you buy once from them, you have to consider that your personal data is spread among random Chinese merchants and recently I received fake money from a random chinese merchant in a wish package without ever ordering such a product which pretty much could create legal issues for me. After contacting them, they rudely send me some links to some refund pages!!!!!! As if they didn't know that I have never ordered such things. If you wan't your personal data to be misused by China then buy from them. If I could give -1000 stars I would. THIS COMPANY IS SCAM !!!!! Never buy from them. Better spend some more money and buy from Amazon than from some irresponsible people who don't care about anything.”

“Received an item I didn’t order and now being told I did get the right order even with pictures to show the difference . I resent being called a liar, impossible to deal with the non existent customer service all automated responses. I ordered and paid for a hand held thermometer and the picture shows what I received , which was incomplete and came in a wrecked box ,will never shop with them again.”

“Delivered a completely different item to the ordered item and when I pointed it out to Wish I received an entire load of unhelpful and impossible to answer queries essentially just trying to put me off. Waste of time and will not use them again.”

“They are really to thief. Decrease from my amount imidiately but suddenly change price and no order proceed. When I asked for refound they said me MAYBE in next 3 WEEKS. I think that they never will refound my money back and only wanted to make empty my account imidiately.”

“I never received items that i ordered 3 months ago. they gave me a fake tracking number and went as far as changing the arrival time to an additional 30 days wait. Never refunded my money. Beware not worth taking the risk.”

“I made two orders one from another app and one from wish the other order was delivered long time in the provided date and for wish hmmmm it's a long story,I was meant to get my order yesterday but didn't get any signs to that I will receive my order. And to my surprise today morning they pushed it for one week and a half delivery on 26 what is the essence of informing the customer you can't deliver, I will never buy from wish ever again am now waiting for the date extended and as soon as I get the order will uninstall the app.”

“They're doing it to me too.... All my Wish order 'shipping by' due dates keep getting pushed back Every single week.... It's been Months! Never shopping Wish again!!!!! Not worth the buck saved if you Never get your stuff or even returned money for NO goods received! Scamming thieving bas... 😠 You get the point.”

“Total scam and thieves. Took my money never got my order and every time I request a refund they tell me to that my order is still coming just running late. They have delayed shipping 4 times it’s been months and no refund. Do not order from them”

“I ordered on April 24 (a few small bottles of hand sanitizers at a steep price). They claimed the shipping date was April 26 and delivery would be on May 14. The date kept being pushed back, and as of today the item seems to still be in China. I asked for a refund and was told it is not possible (back in May). Now the message says "delivery is delayed". Complained via Paypal and received no answer from the merchant. Decided to escalate via Paypal and ask for a refund. I believe these people are charging money and NOT shipping. Please do not order from this company just to save a few bucks.”

“Buyer beware :-( Ordered one item 4/17/2020 and it has yet to be received! Every time I inquire about its status, they add 30 days. Ridiculous and I canceled order since there are so many poor reviews. I found exact same item on Amazon for less cost. 2-3 day shipping.”

“I have ordered several times from Wish. Received in a good time. Good items. This year I haven't received items ordered a month 1 or 2 ago. They are here in the USA, they came from China 2 Weeks after order. Wondering why and who's holding it. I have always received refunds and discount.”

“My seven items have been in China since May 21, 2020. I will file a BBB complaint if I either do not receive my merchandise, or a complete refund, by June 30, 2020.”

“Terrible service, difficult contact, I still haven't received my shoes, you sent me a message that I will receive them by May 30, I want to get my money back this scam.Do not buy, I have neither shoes nor money and I do not know how to recover them, because there is still no way to contact them, their support is not effective, not responding, the worst online shopping, just a scam”

“I'm only giving one star because I have to, in order to write a review. I placed several orders totaling around $50.00 over two months ago. I ordered dog clothing and still have not received it. The date keeps changing and the package is still in China. I have sent 4 emails through customer support and have never gotten a return response. They claim they will contact you within three days LIARS!!! cannot get a phone number for them either. They do this in order to avoid giving refunds. Horrible customer service experience I have ever had. I will absolutely NEVER order from them again. Two week delivery hmmm not on mine. If you need anything for a special occasion do not order through wish!”

“I ordered a phone case cost £7.40 on the 30th April it’s now June the 12th. Every time I go onto track my item it comes up with a different date every time when it is supposed to arrive. I would advise anyone thinking of buying from them not too. Scam company rubbish it’s all automated so you never get to speak with anyone. The company should be taken down.”

“Horrible shopping experience!! Dont ever trust the reviews on Wish website or App, full of lies!! I know the stuff are cheap but they are cheap made, no quality at all! Very slow delivery made you wait 3 months for your single package. Their customer service believe 3 months is about the right time (WTF?) and you cannot cancel the order once you place it.”

“I WISH I had read the reviews. I am having the same experience as most. This company is a SCAM and a FRAUD! They need to be exposed and shut down. I intend to escalate this to higher authorities. At this point it’s not about the money anymore. It’s the principle...liars and cheats!!!”

“Wish is a FRAUD!!! The estimated delivery dates are just a wild guess. After waiting 2 months for my items, I ordered the same items from Amazon and had them in a week. I asked for a refund and was told they could not issue because I was “still in the window of estimated delivery”. However, they extended the delivery date multiple times (see a scam here?). Finally they put the money (only for delivery) onto my wish account. When I asked for the money to be placed onto my credit card instead, I was told this cannot be done. (In an attempt to get you to purchase more from them) At that point, it was not about the money but the principle. I am STILL fighting to get my money back!!! DO NOT order anything from Wish! There customer support is beyond sub par and their agents only respond with scripted messages. Why are they even there? They are useless. This company needs to be exposed and shut down.”
