“THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!Wish I’d taken time to check them out. I ordered an iOS lightening to hdmi device and received a black face mask!Yes a black face mask!and it had come all the way from China in its own little package. UNBELIEVABLE!!! When I checked my order history it had been changed to the face mask from the lightening cable!Trying to contact them is a complete waste of time so I’ve been well and truely had. Will write this one off to experience but never again will I use this company.If an offer seems too good to be true it probably is too good to be true”

“So I made an order on 13 may and was to be delivered 11 June, to my surprise yesterday it was pushed to 26 June and today it's been pushed to 1st June, three weeks ahead. Actually at this point I don't care even if you push it until next year, all I feel pitty for myself for not reading the reviews before I made the order. I feel sorry for other customers who will fall victim's like me but that doesn't change a thing,as soon as I get the order I will uninstall the app and if there's any way I could block any ad from them popping up on my Facebook page I would do it. If I had a chance to give a negative 🌟 I would have done that by now. So disappointed!!!”

“Used to be ok but now they are absolute thieves! When the estimated order delivery date arrives, they put it back another month when the delivery does not reach me. They have done this 3 times now and there is ZERO customer support to try and get a refund - it’s all automated garbage! Don’t use this company, they are now just stealing money with no possible way of getting in touch for a refund.”

“How any site shows higher than a single star I would not know. I am just glad my purchase did not add up to more than $50, because I got scammed and more than likely will never receive what I bought. 4 items.”

“They are lucky there isn’t zero stars. Got to be the worst service, delivery and customer service if you can call it customer service. Ordered controllers only to find out after order was placed that they are coming from China. Dates have changed 3 times now for delivered date and now it looks like I’ll be waiting over 60 days for delivery. Sent details to customer support only to be fobbed off. Typical of a useless company that doesn’t care for any of us. Will not be using them again.”

“Wish is a SCam... Beware.. They are THIEVES.... I ordered 5 items... together around 450 AUD... so far NOTHING has arived after 40 Days.. I wrote several complaints/enquiries... they make it as difficult as possible to get in contact with them.... And I get STUPID asnwers as to why it is LATE.. They keep EXTENDING the deliverey Date(wist some items it has been changed/Extended 3 times.. each time with another forthnight... THEY ARE THIEVES....”

“Do not use they keep chaging delivery dates, can't get money back if they shipped. Also send you wrong items.... wuich i found cheaper on amazon, with quicker less hassle delivery.... STICK TO LOCAL BUSINESS....you know what uou'll get.”

“Every time I order and pay, they take my money then 1 or 2days later I am receiving email saying unfortunately your order was not processed on time, item is not available on that price we will refund your money? This is absolutely misleading and really appalling. Lee”

“I ordered a cardigan sweater April 30th,They changed the delivery date 3 times.I have had it,it's a joke after hearing these reviews.I suppose I won't be getting my order and it really pisses me off.I guess I learned a hard lesson.scammers.”

“I ordered 1 item that was in stock 2 months ago and still have not received the item. The delivery date was by May 15 and Now it’s June12. I moved last week and now there is no way to contact them. I will not receive my item because of false advertising. Horrible!!”

“This company is not to be trusted. When you buy once from them, you have to consider that your personal data is spread among random Chinese merchants and recently I received fake money from a random chinese merchant in a wish package without ever ordering such a product which pretty much could create legal issues for me. After contacting them, they rudely send me some links to some refund pages!!!!!! As if they didn't know that I have never ordered such things. If you wan't your personal data to be misused by China then buy from them. If I could give -1000 stars I would. THIS COMPANY IS SCAM !!!!! Never buy from them. Better spend some more money and buy from Amazon than from some irresponsible people who don't care about anything.”

“Received an item I didn’t order and now being told I did get the right order even with pictures to show the difference . I resent being called a liar, impossible to deal with the non existent customer service all automated responses. I ordered and paid for a hand held thermometer and the picture shows what I received , which was incomplete and came in a wrecked box ,will never shop with them again.”

“Delivered a completely different item to the ordered item and when I pointed it out to Wish I received an entire load of unhelpful and impossible to answer queries essentially just trying to put me off. Waste of time and will not use them again.”
