“Let me tell you how they cheat the innocent shoppers. I ordered 3 items and the total amount came up to usd 15 on 13th April. The delivery date pops up only after I made the payment and it's was for 6th June. There is absolutely no option to Suraj to a customer service person. Even if you click on customer support, they have a set of questions which you are forced to choose from with ready answers. You cannot ask your specific question and You cannot cancel your order, so basically you are stuck with it. Today on 17th June I received 1 item out of 3 ordered, and they asked me for $ 10 shipping charges. The weight of the product was 0.004gms. Instead of sending all 3 items in 1 packet, they have charged me 10$ for 1 and now I will end up paying 30$ for the 3 items. This is not disclosed on the website as it says "Shipping $1". I will ADVISE NO ONE TO BUY FROM THESE CROOKS AS THEY STATE THEY USE THE CHEAPEST FORM OF DELIVERING HENCE THEY TAKE 2-3 MONTHS TO DELIVER BUT CHARGE YOU 30$ ! I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO SHOP FROM THEM.”

“Total rip off. Ordered item in April had tracking that said it had delivered item on 12 May which was not true. Emailed customer support how said it was still in transit and would be with me by 9th June. That date came and went but still no item. Contacted customer support again and was given another date 14thJune, that's now been and gone and still nothing. Total rip off.”

“I think that's why they called the company Wish,,you will always see thus cool stuff and place orders for stuff that will never arrive,...and you will keep wishing for the stuff till you start wishing you hadnt sent your money-- this is a scam. They deserve negative rating”

“If I could rate zero I would. Shocking!! I would stay well clear if i was you. Ordered on 14th April all started good tracking details sent and I could follow it daily until the 24th where it got to the airport and nothing since. I understand that it takes time which is fine but its getting ridiculous now. When it didn't arrive by the first estimated date they changed the date and have changed the date 5 times since. Which means I can't contact support because I'm "still in the estimated delivery date" ill never be able to contact support because when it doesn't arrive they just change the date. I've emailed and they continue to send me tracking link which is pointless because nothing has changed since April and they refuse to refund me because I'm still in the delivery window. Hoping paypal will now help me get my money back as I'm getting nowhere with Wish.”

“I was supposed to receive the gloves that I ordered on May 9th by June 1st. When they did not arrive by that date, I requested a refund. Wish informed me that the arrival date had been revised till June 16th. When I did not received the gloves on June 16th, I wrote again and requested a refund. They then informed me that my arrival date had been revised to June 20th. When I wrote back to them and told them that this was totally unacceptable, they wrote me AGAIN to inform me that my arrival date had been revised again to July 6th. As of today, June 16th, I still don't have my gloves or a refund. If you're thinking of buying anything from this company, you would be better off just flushing your money down the toilet.”

“Have been waiting two months for item. Not response. They keep moving ship date. They won't refund money because the order was shipped. The tracking shows it's same location for two weeks. Will never deal them again”

“Ordered two items, not fantastic quality and when carriage added not particularly good value compared with similar items in UK. Ordered a free gift (a watch) and paid 80p carriage. Cleared UK customs reasonably quickly, but never arrived. All Wish automated customer service did was extend the delivery date. Eventually, got a refund on the carriage and was offered a chance to reorder at £2 for my free gift. What a con! Wish app now uninstalled and Wish consigned to the bin.”

“Never received refund. Took my money for nothing. Another item sent wasn't anything to do with what I'd ordered. Fraudulent company. Stay clear of it. Unsure how they ate allowed to trade.”

“How can I have any trust in a company that wants you to register first and then see any products? This is pure personal information harvesting. A respectable company would let you look all over the website and put goods in your basket before asking you to register and hand over your personal information. Kick these scammers to the kerb and leave them.”

“I have ordered from Wish few times. I should have learned my lesson the first time. Products are NEVER what they're advertised to be. There is no live customer service....only a link. There's no one you can get a hold of. Good luck with Tracking your shipment! NEVER AGAIN will I ever order from Wish. I really don't know how they're even in business with this type of Poor Customer Handling. If there was a negative star, I would have given that!!!!!!!!!!!! There is NO Live Chat...that's a lie....it's automated responses.”

“SCAM. They say they post the items with tracking however never leaves China. After 30 days of waiting they do not refund your money. You do not receive your items. Stay away.”

“I have two major complaints about wish. 1. It never delivers items on time.NEVER!!! It does not get delayed by few days...but it delays the item delivery by months. And it happened with me that I never got certain items I order. This is so frustrating. 2. If you happen to order items on promotional price then few days later that order will definitely get cancelled for the same pathetic reason like "Unfortunately, the purchase was not processed on time, and therefore you cannot receive this product at such a price. We returned your payment. A refund will appear in your account after a few days." This will always happen with you even if you got the chance to place an order on-time. This happened with me multiple times now. So I kind of learnt their non professional strategy. Sorry for my language but I am so frustrated at WISH right now. I will never ever going to waste my money on the pathetic website like WISH.”

“I placed an order for solar lighting for the garden. My account was deducted but the item never arrived. Wish never sent me an email confirming my order yet they say they can't check it without an order number. Funny how they managed to take my payment easily enough. What a scam.”
