One of the worst site to buy product. Full of lies and day time robbery. Never got products after paying expensive delivery charges. It happens 4 times to me. I would advise stay away from this if you can

I'm unable to cancel an item I paid for 17 May 2020, I was notified seven days ago the item purchased is out of stock, that means almost a full calendar month from the purchase date you don't have no item to send to me. Therefore the following steps was taken by me. As per your refund procedure I'm unable to choose an alternative item from the site due to the limited stock in this case no alternative items to choose from. I'm unable cancel the order seeing that I'm unable to change my email address on the refund page, the email address that's available on the page I no longer have access to. I have asked for assistance from customer service via email several times. I want to cancel the order you notified me I cant do it via email or using the refund page , I cant choose an alternative item from the refund page due to the lack of available items to choose from , I cant get the item I paid for seeing that you don't have the item to send to me. I cant get a refund from you using my old email address. I will be open for suggestion for you customer services. I will however be able to send you my proof of payment via my bank statement and or proof of banking from the bank, furthermore I will also be able to supply you with a recent account that would show my person details including physical address, and providing an affidavit from our local police service that states the above mentioned unresolved issue. This unresolved issues leaves me the customer frustrated and unhappy, I do understand why I was warned not to use your services. I would think that you the customer service should be able to give me an alternative option seeing that the current options given by you are unable to assist. My suggestion I paid for an item you are unable to send, you are unable to process a refund or send me any alternative items via the refund page , you are not willing to give me Wish cash so why not give me the opportunity to choose something else to the same value and more any difference I’ll gladly pay for this as long as I get an item in timely fashion. My delivery address stays the same as previously mentioned.

Terrible service, they keep changing the delivery date. They are only quick in charging your card!

I placed an order on 5/2/2020. Received a tracking number that shows it still sitting in China since 5/13. Delivery date was originally 5/23, then changed to 6/7, then 6/22 and now 6/27. Little to no response from them. Attempting to get a refund. I'll find the item somewhere else.

NOT RECOMMENDED - I have been waiting for over a month, each time I seek an update they simply change the delivery date. Any response from WISH is via automated virtual answer.

I ordered my merchandise on the 5th of May today is June 10th 2020 they refuse to give me a refund my things are still in China if I was you guys I would not order anything from these scam artists they will take your money and keep your merchandise in China over a month later. I've tried over and over and over again through email to an agent that I want a refund and all they reply back is we don't fully understand so I put it in big bold letters GIVE ME BACK MY DAMN MONEY. Can you understand that nothing. Do not buy anything from wish...📢📢📢🤧🤕😤😵😣😒

First, waiting is ridiculously long and what a disappointment when you get some. Got masks that looks like were cut from underwear and on pictures showed mask with filter. Another mask would not fit my yorkie and ordered white got green. Everything's cheap and I'm still waiting for several thing 2 months later. Total RIP off and waste of money , time and nerves.

ordered items not available locally..masks and hand sanitizer. their address shows SFO, the first lie. they charges my cc the day I placed the order. estimated time of delivery..May 10, then they changed it to May 28, then June 12, then June28. When I email them, I get a reply saying I cant cancel because it has shipped. Tracking shows it was shipped to the dock in China 6 weeks ago and has not moved. I finally got a phone number and the recording said, "we do not do business by phone." I am quite sure their cheap clothes are trash, but if you are determined, buy from ebay...and order a LARGE. Never deal with Wish. and why can i not give a 0 star rating?

Wish sells counterfeit products. They lie about the products they're selling offering them at ridiculously low prices. I knew there was something fishy when I ordered but they insisted are real products. They are not! They're cheap low quality counterfeit. Don't believe a word they say. Shame on wish! They are criminals! Don't deal with them!

I haven't received anything I've ordered. Wish.com is unresponsive. Only automated virtual assistance and preprogrammed 'answers' that don't answer anything. It's obvious they don't want to talk to anyone. I'm guessing they only speak Chinese. They don't seem able to deliver products, but they can sure take your money.

I ordered two items for my wife's birthday, the link was found on facebook. This was near the end of April, 2020. It is June 10, 2020 and I have still not received the items. I will not use WISH again.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED AFTER 5 WEEKS. I HAD TO GO VIA PAYPAL TO GET A REFUND, AS WISH DID NOT REPLY, AND THEY HAVE JUST NOW REMOVED THEIR BAD REVIEWS FROM TRUSTPILOT, WHICH SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.

Spent over $400 on 20+items all over 60 days late &the estimated delivery date keeps changing so I can't cancel my orders and get a refund. Items from USA arrive on time all others are stuck in China. Main office in Wuhan china closed.

Wish is very bad . Nothing delivered very bad tracking of orders. My order seen more countries than I have . Will never ever buy from them again. Will be asking for a refund. But I guess I will never see that to 🤬🤬

Everytime they missed the delivery date they change it so they aren't liable for a refund. Also, actually getting to where you can make a complaint is incredibly difficult. Do not buy from this site.

I will never order from this company again. they went into my daughter bank account and taken money out, my daughter made a mistake and put her bank card info under my name. and i had cancel the orders because of the wrong name. and wish still went her account and send the item I cancel. I wrote and ask them do not send the orders there has been a mistake on the order. they tried to get the money out of my daughter account for weeks and they report it to be fraud. so now thanks to wish this is on my credit report , I am contacting my Lawyer

Wish offer 30 days delivery period but is a BIG LIE. 60 days later the items haven't arrived. The package tracking system is not reliable. There is not customer service. There is not reason to buy from this website

I’m at least glad to see I’m not the only one going through this with this company. Almost every item I bought was purchased well over a month ago. I got lucky and caught ONE past shipping after the final estimate day and have been issued a shipping refund. But THEN THEY MOVED ALL THE REST OF THE DATES BACK. I won’t hold my breath on getting my money or items.
