“First of all when I ordered estimated delivery time was 4th May. After they took my money suddenly they changed delivery time to 8th June. Today 8th June and I received NOTHING. Its a huge scam company. DON’T ORDER with Wish.com. They don’t even refund amount. Cheaters and liars. No tracking Information. No response. Absolute scam👎🏻”

“I have the same problem like everybody else here. Items I ordered do not arrive and the delivery date is extended automatically by 2 weeks when I try to check on it. So far it was extended 3 times. Do not but from wish under any circumstances!!!”

“Buyer beware! Unlike ebay or amazon which allows the option of refund or some buyer guarantee, wish won't allow any communications purposely to avoid that basic customer service and peace of mind when the product you purchased was misrepresented by sleazy seller(s).”

“I have purchased several items from this site and it has been well over a month. Every time I check the status of delivery it only shows me up to the date of delivery, which it’s well past. I think this site is a complete fake. Customer support is a computer generated joke and your review is not taken into account.”

“Ordered a dress 4/6. Item still in China and my delivery date keeps getting pushed out. I’m never going to see this dress I just know it! Should have known better than to buy from such a sketchy site! Beware and don’t make my mistake!”

“TERRIBLE. My package was marked delivered on May 29. Said it was in my mailbox, only package did NOT come. Wish has no live customer service and a bot "chat" service that only will tell you what you know. Had to trick the bot to get an email in (because when you call number its a message saying they don't do live customer service). Argued with two people through emails about giving my money back or resending the item. Online your told stupid steps with the end result being they don't give refunds because its marked delivered or to file a police report. Really? Guess what showed on at my house YESTERDAY 6/6/202 ....the package after Wish INSISTED it came and I wouldn't get a refund. I'm appreciative I received what I ordered but will not use this service again. Be careful if you choose too. Check their BBB rating...it's an F! Bottom line, a good business should help serve and satisfy their customers. They treat people disgusting and basically let you know they have your money "haha". Instead of making this a good experience and wanting to use them again, I'll never.”

“I am oder place on 13th May 2020. In your app wish delivery date 1st is given 18th May 2020 and then change 7th June 2020. Till date my parcel is not delivered. I want to cancel my order and refund back my money. Your app not helping me or no option to cancel my oder. That time date is giving 27th July 2020. I am not waiting for this longer date. Please help me for refund my money. Next time I am not trusted any UK company ur froud company.”

“Products never arrived. No phone number to contact. Only bots reply to inquiries. They don't refund. This is a low level scam. I hope they collected enough money to leave the country..otherwise they are heading straight to jail. thousands of people were caught in their lies.”

“Just received an order for a pair of shoes after two months...was sent two pair instead of the one pair I ordered...shoes were of extremely poor quality, made of cheap materials. I returned previous unacceptable orders with no refund...these shoes will be thrown in the trash...WILL NEVER ORDER FROM WISH EVER AGAIN.”

“I ordered a product and after a month, I got a notice that that product is not available anymore even though it was still offered on the app. I reached to support and got the option to see other similar products, however, I was never able to open alternatives in the app. After several emails sent, I am still getting generic emails and my problem is not resolved. There is no customer support. I can't believe they are so irresponsible!”

“You never shipped my purchase, and whats worse after months of waiting you never notified me that there was no shipment and never made mention of returning my money. Had to go to pay pal to get a refund. I would rather play a slot machine than buy from you people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Still waiting for items paid for and not received. They charged separate fees for shipping several items. Then put them all in one envelope. Overcharging at for least 4 packages. Do not order from them....total. RIp off. Sent gloves in open package unsanitary plastic bag ...defeating the purpose.”

“Ordered loads off these people, thought stuff was cheap so ordered, out of 20 items I've received one item these orders where 3 months ago still nothing, complained to automated service which was terrible saying the delivery date will be one more month and they keep pushing dates up. I ordered 3 tablets for my kids and they said was delivered to my address and wasn't I talked to yodel there delivery service and they said the tracking number did not exist, and the delivery time from China to uk was one week which is rediclous they have rufused refund saying look down your local depot which I have, and they said look to your neighbours etc they are just passing the buck, the tablets cost a lot of money and I'm on furlough, I hate these scammers and this has caused my depression to worsen there must be something we can do to sought this Chinese rip off”
