“My goods never arrived. Ordered them in April. Their service team write emails that make so sense and they are refusing to refund my money. They are thieves”

“I was ripped off over $200. I never received any items I ordered and the customer service rep is borderline offensive and dismissive. It was my first time using Wish.com. It is a scam. Do not use this company. They take your money and you don't see the product. They also frustrate your efforts and redirect you constantly. Horrible, horrible customer service. I read Neil - Killingworth England's review and it is almost identical to my own experience. WISH will not compensate or try to help you. It's like throwing money away and getting constantly lied to and insulted. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you want to try it. I suggest ordering one, very cheap item and see if you experience the same problems as many of us have. That way at least you only loose $10 and not $200. Even the questions they ask after you write a review on here are terrible. Notice the options are rigged. For example it asks how many hours it took for a rep to get back to you. It give options up to 12 hrs and then jumps to over a week. So you can't answer "3 days". Another example is the questions are all geared assuming you received your delivery and you can't answer any of the questions if you haven't received your delivery at all. BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Wish is a big scam Chinese are stealing from us in America don't buy from wish is a big scam I ordered plenty of stuff since April is already June have received anything they keep pushing back the delivery day they don't even give the choice now to return ur money or get any refund they keep saying to wait is a big joke Amazon and other companies deliver fast on time people stay away from wish”

“The items were returned to China before it was even sent to me. They kept saying to wait it will get there and changed the delivery date several times. Trying to contact customer service phone number will not connect you to a real person. The Facebook page of WISH ( I used their link to get there) sent me to a fake page ran by scammers and wanted information about the item (complete) as well as my card information and paypal information. This may have been a company that was working prior to COVID-19 however now it is impossible to contact anyone to fix any problems. This is 2 different orders, not just one”

“There is no number to call. If your package is late you just have to hope you recieve it because i dont think you get a gauranteed refund like ebay or every other reliable online service. It's a complete scam and joke.”

“Just deleted my account, I'm done with this company. My orders has been pushed back several times already. I don't even mind taking an L on my purchases. I don't recommend this online buying for anyone, I WON'T WASTE MY TIME ANYMORE..”

“ordered goods 2nd may with estimated deliveries of between 14th-19th may 2 items arrived missing parts.other orders have not arrived they keep pushing date out.hard to get hold of all automated stiil can't get cust services. the good showing delivered!! yes but in another country!!!! i won't be using them again”

“What an absolute disgrace this company is!!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! 2 months on from ordering 3 products, NON have arrived!!! They continuously put back the delivery date when the due date arrives and it doesn’t arrive. I complain every time, and I get the same word for word (obviously automated) reply every time. Cheeky bastards saying I’m still within the delivery time so I’ve no room for complaint. Of course I am, because you keep putting the delivery date back!!!! You can’t get to speak to anyone, it’s impossible, I’ve tried every avenue. I’m now asking my bank for a charge back. WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!”

“I have not recieved items I paid for over 3 months ago. I have over $100 in merchandise that I have no idea will come, since there is absolutely no customer service. As their shifty prices for the item and shipping have gone up, their services sucks. I will never use them again. I post this and share this info on every internet platform I am able, and I tell everyone who asks. Complete scam artists.”

“They need to have real people to chat with no one ever gets back to the emails and it is very frustrating when the delivery date changes, I ordered from wish a month ago and only received two items that was made in America. “Atrocious shipping times. Original deliver date for one of my products was June 3rd at the absolute latest. Once I told wish I hadn’t received the product they pushed the time back to June 18 and told me there’s nothing they can do. I’ve been getting products through alibaba in under 6 business days. So frustrated with this. When I went to write a comment as feedback the app would not let me type anything”

“This company is a toatl scam! Do NOT be tempted to buy from them. I have been waiting for my order since ??? Now they tell me it is due for delivery on 3rd July. I have requested my money back, so they told me to click on another area as refunds cannot be processed by email. Then I do and click on where it asks me to give my password. Then I get the message that I need to fill in all areas, but that is the only thing showing. So I cannot get refund! What kind of organisation is this unless one big scam? (Kind word for them - they seem totally disorganised)”
