“I was a new customer with wish I ordered 65 pounds of clothes I've had two items out of 10 and they were put in the bin disgusting I've sent number of emails and I get the same one back, I've asked them emails for my money back and I get the same emails constantly something's got to be done this so-called company!!! As I clearly now know they are ripping off lots of people including me, I know I have lost my money now lesson learnt and I hope no one else goes on this site and hope something is done about it for everybody”

“I have had orders from this site show up and then out of no where my orders started remaining in the same position they were in for 2 solid months never moving from where they were this site sells cheap stuff but if you actually compare some of the prices including shipping fees to amazon and ebay prices they are the exact same price and with ebay and amazon the product is guaranteed to show up in a hell of a lot of less time then wish this site is unprofessional and a complete waste of time I honestly wish I cause get enough people together to report this site and get it shut down and will and have been looking for people who are willing to”

“Wish is a joke. I don't recomend this company by any means. They are slooooooow. And they are based out of China. As if we need any more reasons not to shop there. I ordered my products a month ago and still don't have them. I will never buy from wish again”

“If you never received items from Wish, contact your credit card company and ask them to do a charge back on your purchase. Don't waste your time trying to deal with Wish. I did this and immediately received a credit on my Visa account for the entire purchase amount. Let the credit card company deal with contacting Wish!”

“Ordered a Robot WALL E Model Building Blocks for my son on the 3rd May. I`ve payed £18 for the product and £9 for a faster delivery. The delivery date that was shown on the payment page was soon changed to a normal delayed delivery (obviously not worth £9). The date was changed again to 1st June which came and went. On 2nd of June the date was changed again to 16th June!! Obviously by changing the date they are not liable to refund as they are still in the delivery window ... People, these are purely tricking customers and getting away with it. Customer service does not exist as there is no way to contact a real person! I`ve shopped in the past from Wish with various issues but this was the last drop. Shop on Aliexpress, at least they tell you exactly how long you need to wait and always gets delivered early!! Thanks for nothing!”

“This is a scam. I've ordered numerous items and have in most cases been waiting 3 months and have yet to receive a single item. The delivery dates keeps getting pushed forward. There is no possible way to contact these scam artists directly, I give them a minus "10". Do not, and I repeat, do not ever buy a thing from these crooks!”

“I paid $21.75 for a face mask. Product was never received. WISH refunded $4 to me and closed my claim as RESOLVED. Do not buy from WISH. I would never ever buy anything else from WISH.”

“I ordered vinyl truck hood stickers long time ago but until now i did not receive it's been two times they chnge the delivery date i ordered two of them red color but when i look the description one is color green”

“I ordered toilet rolls and hand wash and was given the date of 28th April never received either. Luckily I paid buy PayPal. I then got another delivery date of 25 the may so I cancelled the order. I have a different view of customer services as I contacted them on their website and cancelled the order and got my refund within 2 days.”

“I recently downloaded the wish app on my phone. They offered to sell me a mask for joining for 1 dollar just pay shipping then i ordered a 4 pack of hand sanatizer. Haven't received either of the 2 items. So its true Wish is a scam they get your money but you don't get your order”

“Wish is a garbage scam that the Chinese pull. It has been over a month and now they claim that it is going to be another half a month. My order still has not left China. Also there is no way of canceling or speaking to anyone on the phone. This is another Chinese scam to look out for.”
