“You get what you pay for. I've made three purchases from Wish. The first two were both cheaply made products. The third never showed up, but rather than give me a refund, the delivery date keeps getting pushed back so I am unable to submit a refund request online, and it is impossible to contact them by phone. The worst thing was I never allowed them to save my credit card information, yet I was billed for a purchase I never made. I have changed my credit card number and will not do business with them again.”

“il y a des achats qui se font sans mon autorisation et qui se paie sur mon compte banque de montreal jai fait une plainte car jai commande des articles de triumph le 20 avril et qui a ete facture sur mon compte bmo au montant de 248.36 et je nai jamais recu aucun article je demande le remboursement complet sur mon compte bmo je suis un bon client et je veux avoir reparation faire suivre s.v.p.”

“I wish (!) I had seen these reviews before ordering from this company. Be warned - my package appears to be at some mail hub in Shanghai and has not moved from it for three weeks. I am beginning to suspect it will never be delivered. It changes the delivery estimate frequently without any explanation. Hopeless and perhaps fradulent.”

“Ordered several items to have the arrival dates come and go with nothing recieved. When trying to contact their “customer service” an automated message assistant robot answers briefly leaving no option for a refund. Instead they change the time your package was supposed to arrive to a month later and continue telling you to wait until the new date. Rinse and repeat. Don’t donate any more money to this company while they’re scamming people through advertising great products ( which are really cheap knockoffs that usually don’t come as advertised if at all ) at affordable prices.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I just wanted to try and warn people about this HORRIBLE company. Do NOT give them your money. They are a SCAM!! I placed an ordered 3 months ago and haven't received it. I've reached out to their customer support 3 times and all they will do is give me tracking information that says the items are in China and haven't moved since I ordered it at the first of March and that I have to keep waiting. Waiting for over 3 months is unacceptable especially since they can see in the tracking that I haven't received the items!!!!”

“I did my order beginning of April, the parcel was going to arrive by mid-May and since then they have been pushing away the estimated delivery time. Every time that I have emailed Wish team they have said "your parcel is still coming before the delivery time stipulated" GREAT! if they are constantly moving that date forward it will always be "on time" according to them. Also, I asked for a refund and they completely ignored me. So frustrated. They have horrible services.”

“Seems like WISH is A SCAM. I am waiting on a few items and the delivery date gets changed on the date of delivery to 3 weeks away on my items that I PAID FOR a month ago now. I WISH I had of read all the reviews before I placed my orders. No customer service, I want to refund my items, refund policy says 30 days after delivery date, which keeps changing. There is no customer service only an automated response. I have taken screen shots as evidence and will be demanding a refund through PayPal. What a scam!!!!! How is this business still operating??”

“I too have ordered items like 3 months ago. Everytime my delivery date comes, they change the delivery date. You cannot reach anyone to cancel either. I will never order anything from these people again!”

“I ordered 3 order and only received one which I was still not satisfied with. I ordered around April 28th , still haven't received anything. I spent over $100 for your wish assistant robot to not connect me to a representative or RUN ME MY MONEY.”

“Item I ordered was not delivered.I ordered item april 2 and says to be delivered june 6,2020( I have waited that long) but when this date came nothing I got.I made an inquiry on their customer service the reply is "this is a close item that you cannot open" i dont understand what this mean and after june 6 no more updates on my item.”

“I reiterate everything that customers have said below, coming up to a month now, they keep changing the date, looks like I am not going to receive the goods. I am going to ask PAY PAL for a refund. Credit card and Debit card companies should withdraw their services to stop them from operating.”

“First of all when I ordered estimated delivery time was 4th May. After they took my money suddenly they changed delivery time to 8th June. Today 8th June and I received NOTHING. Its a huge scam company. DON’T ORDER with Wish.com. They don’t even refund amount. Cheaters and liars. No tracking Information. No response. Absolute scam👎🏻”

“I have the same problem like everybody else here. Items I ordered do not arrive and the delivery date is extended automatically by 2 weeks when I try to check on it. So far it was extended 3 times. Do not but from wish under any circumstances!!!”

“Buyer beware! Unlike ebay or amazon which allows the option of refund or some buyer guarantee, wish won't allow any communications purposely to avoid that basic customer service and peace of mind when the product you purchased was misrepresented by sleazy seller(s).”

“I have purchased several items from this site and it has been well over a month. Every time I check the status of delivery it only shows me up to the date of delivery, which it’s well past. I think this site is a complete fake. Customer support is a computer generated joke and your review is not taken into account.”
