Should have received a couple orders, but they tell you to wait 30 days beyond expecter delivery days to see if it comes in. When it doesn't and you inquire again, they say it's now outside the return window and they'll offer a Wish credit. Who doesn't offer a refund if an item wasnt received? Closing my account

They would get a zero if I could! Never shop with this company. I have waited 3 months for my order keeping in contact with the company the whole time. I have asked for a refund and now they are telling me the window of time has closed for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away at all costs!!

I went to my shopping cart to remove a couple of items. After I removed the items. 3 seconds later I got an order confirmation. I didn't swipe anything or press anything to submit an order. I immediately sent an email requesting the money be placed back on my debit card and not to ship the items. It took three days for unhelpful reply. Two more days waiting for a reply to be told nothing could be done ONE of the items shipped. Once I get the items I will DELETE the app.

I ordered two rings one I have to wait a month to receive and the other has not even been processed yet... I would never recommend wish to anyone

When this app first came out I used to order a bunch of toe socks for free and the first couple of times it was great, but it seems after the third order every single time that I've ordered something I get something damaged partially damaged damaged too small or literally something that was just built by somebody and mailed to. Regardless of the size of the clothes I choose I always get extra small. The customer service team always uses Chinese sizing as an excuse which is absolutely b******* because I'm aware of the sizing difference and I know how the metric system works. More so the pricing that you see on the site always changes once you go into the buying stage of the app. Most recently I bought $90 worth of items and they charged me $60 in shipping. You do not get any deals here only lies and bogus items

Had someone from Delaware order a phone on my account had to report it to my bank as fraud most unsecure company. Do not order anything from this site, there is no option to cancel a order when you get a notification from them and no option to call and to talk to someone. Closing my account !!!

I'm not getting my items and if I ask for a refund my account has been flagged but it's unfair if u don't get my items I think I should get my money back right now I don't care if it's getting it in wish cash as long has I can purchase and get the items . I notice sellers are sending the packages withought invoices and I'm being charge 3 times the amount to clear them from customs I don't pay the money coz I dont have it so these items are still at my post office and the customs so I think wish should check with customs of my country for their items I did not receive are still there ..I hate wish a swear I have $1400 us dollars worth of items due and if I don't get them I'll be taking it up legally ..wish is too shafty false advertising after these orders I won't be buying anything more from them..you buy a wig that says lace front wig and when you get it..it's not it's a wig with a piece of plastic ..wish need to clean their app up ..I would not recommend it to no one ..people please keep away from wish

Items don't work, have arrived broken or not as pictured often. About half the orders have been satisfactory.

Delivery much too slow. My two orders never arrived and I eventually cancelled the orders. They told me both times that the product had been delivered. Happy I paid via PayPal.

very unreasonable. i have waited 81 days and my orderes item still undelivered. i have asked for refund and i was advised to wait few more days. and wish refuse to isse me a refund.

Wish was pretty good last year, this year since they have been advertising on tv, I have not received any of my packages. I guess, so many people want refunds now, they are issuing Wish credit, but I want my money, to purchase elsewhere not from Wish. Also, they are charging so much money now for shipping. I guess they have to pay big money for advertising, so now they have to rip off consumers. Will not do business with them anymore, because, many of the products were for gifts and waited one month or more, to not receive the product, is a shame.

It has the things I like that I haven't seen on other sites like eBay, Amazon. Delivery is really slow on many things being shipped from an Asian Country. One of the stores is really late with an order I made back in July. They kept in touch with me and are sending me a second set of my order for free. No problems here so far.

They don't pay for shipping on returns, even if very unhappy. Also you don't get the original shipping cost back on return. So since the shipping was the biggest cost, you end up paying so much more and the return isn't worth it. They also make you jump through so many hoops to even get that far.

NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY! BIG TIME SCAMMERS. THEY HAVE BEEN USING PICTURES FROM EBAY WEBSITE. PAYERS BEWARE.

Wish.com are totally out of control and need bringing to book. They know their customers are being scammed by their sellers/suppliers that use their platform/website and are therefore complicit with these never ending crimes/scams. Over the last few months Wish.com will also say and do anything to avoid refunding customers. They must be making millions upon millions of dollars by not refunding. For example : Customers want to return an item, or do not receive an item or receive damaged items so Wish.Com holds the money from the sellers and does not give refunds to their customers. Money for nothing. The only way to stop this never ending injustice is for everyone that has been scammed to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. They can be found by googling : www.bbb.org You can file a complaint against Wish.Com through Better Business Bureau and they will look into all the legalities of your purchase. Everyone needs to stand up to this Major International Scam otherwise it will continue to steal peoples hard earned cash. Report them to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint otherwise this injustice will not stop and others will follow.

I wish I could give Wish negative stars, most of the items I got from them were damaged , wrong size, cheap quality or not match listing and after my complains, I have been flagged supposedly cuz I abuse of their good website, I just based my complains in their guaranty policy and they refused to refund, they have good pictures, cheap products and a poor quality control , I do not recommend them at all!
