“I use to like wish I never had a problem with them my items was always on time. But the other day I was on the site and mistakenly ordered some things that I didn’t want to order I kept trying to cancel the order and it wouldn’t let me. And on another day I order some thing from wish and I couldn’t fit them and I tried to get a refund but you can’t talk to anyone you have to chat through message to customer support and I still can’t get a refund. So if your going to order anything from them just know if you want a refund you want get one.”

“I am v happy with a of you it's just that you make mistakes and I shouldn't get upset like I do but there's things that I can't wear in pants to bed or whatever I can't wear them and also I got two blouses that I can't wear if they're too small and please I need a little help okay but I love your quality of material that's one thing I like and I gave you”

“It's mabe me a happy.y we can only do what we can do and you know some things will have to go back or whatever because I didn't get them instead of the slip I got pants and two glasses they're too small way too small and I really need help they're okay I just got upset and but everything happens sometimes you know I understand that so I do now and thank you so much for being my friend.”

“Alright. All great reviews for wish must be from fake reviewers or mentally disabled people. This company is scamming people by making them think they got some crazy discounts on some crazy stuff. Prices are alright for you actually get tho, but hear me tho. First thing, all their products are imitations of real brands (when displayed) so basically it is illegal. Second thing, their descriptions are ALWAYS mendacious. Their pictures are fake, and the specs as well. Ordered a 128 GB USB stick, got a 2GB stick. Third thing, they often send you different products, not what you ordered. Ordered a phone, got a usb cable for example. I don't understand how this company is still existing and how authorities didn't shut it down yet.”

“I used to love the application but now half of the things I order never show up and God forbid you don't pay attention you lose money and cannot get a refund...Best advice don't give yourself an unneeded headache”

“I keep ordering items it says they shipped the items and I never receive them. This site is a joke. I ordered winter boots in August and I am still waiting. Then they just refunded yesterday. I never asked for a refund I needed the boots. Save your time and money it's a joke.”

“I ordered one item through Wish and suddenly my card was processed for more than $314 in several transactions. I had to freeze my credit card. I also received a ton of spam emails on the same day as these fraudulent charges. Doubtful that was a coincidence.”

“Don't use, you will be sorry and end up with a headache and empty pocket because wish.com is a platform for outright dodgy sellers. Whats more wish.com are making a fortune out of not paying the sellers and not refunding the customers. There is only one lucky setup here and that's wish.com. Money for nothing. They just keep every ones money, put up the shutters and laugh. Seriously hope the internet does not become flooded with this type of setup. Image that : Most internet shops robbing everyone blind because the authorities will not stop this criminally intent business practice. Great way to make easy money - Maybe I should set up an internet shop follow suit because no one is going to stop it. Easy money.”

“Here is the true, real and honest experience: They offered me a full refund (twice) on a defective item, I accepted the refund per their request and they NEVER issued the refund. I followed up with them multiple times and they refused to issue the refund which they offered twice! What is this: unethical and disgraceful business practice. They are lying to customers! I can prove it, it’s all documented!”

“I got a free wallet by signing up - an $80 value! When I received it, it wasn't high enough quality to sell in a dollar store. Next, I got a nice speaker for $50! Worth $200!! 6 weeks later when it arrived, it was a cheap Chinese knockoff, sounded like an ear bud in a tin can. Salvation Army donation next day. I won't be using this app again. Joke's on me I guess.”

“They have not delivered. ordered 50 pcs and just got one and they claim all pieces delivered. Spent months chasing them and NO LUCK. NO Product NO refund. Where can I make a complaint for these guys to authorities ? Can any one Help ?”
