“I ordered on Apr 8th, and they were supposed to deliver by 04/29 and 5/2 for separate items. I checked and some of the items did not even have a tracking number yet. I read their refund policy, and it stated that if they miss the delivery time, I can request a refund. I requested a refund and they said that they couldn't because it was already shipped. I asked for the tracking numbers, and they did not provide them for me. Instead they changed the delivery date in their system to mid-May, and are now stating that they cannot answer nor refund because they are still within the delivery date period. Did I mention some items got pushed out to MID JUNE. This site is a scam and I requesting a charge back. WISH should be shutdown.”

“I recently ordered from wish.com. I then found out it's a scam. Most people never get what they order. Never get their refund, if not satisfied. Personal information is shared all over the place. It's almost IMPOSSIBLE to even COMMUNICATE with WISH.COM to resolve issues. I have turned WISH in to bbb. Also,being based in China, which I found out after I made my orders, is a HUGE PROBLEM!! I'm going to be sure I tell every person I know that this is a big scam & rip off site. Also going to post my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE on Facebook. I want to be sure people are warned about this site being a total SCAM!! I'm a disabled SENIOR! My money is pretty limited.SO, that makes it even worse. SCAM!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!”

“by far the worst online store that you will find on the internet you place your order the take your payment right away and then you wait and wait and wait if your lucky you item will arrive within 2 months but there is a 2 out of 10 chance you'll get it at all what the do is all orders take so long that your money and millions of others is sitting in their bank account drawing interest on our money its a scam to make money with other peoples money what a sick bunch of creeps.”

“I ordered a cashmere quilt from BBQCC store said it was delivered I did not receive it I tried getting in contact with them but nobody got back to me I would never buy anything off them the store is a scam I’m very disappointed I didn’t want a refund I just wanted my blanket and nobody should be treated like this Don’t buy from the store if you do be prepared to be Scam”

“Scammers!!!! Do not order from them. I have ordered before I read the reviews. This site looked dodgy but i still spent money on cheap items first to check if it arrives. Now, I know it will not😆 Oh well luckily i didn't spend a lot of money.”

“Very poor quality, size was very small. They had an ad for 1 pkg toilet paper for $46. Thats price gouging and illegal. Tried communicating w/ customer service. It was very difficult. I asked them for address to return, which they never gave. Found the headquarters address and told them I was contacting Better Business Bureau.”

“basically this website baits you and then changes things when you are in process of payment. they up'd prices on me while evaporating the good deals I was after. my items that remain have yet to arrive, but I found this website to be dishonest in what it offers and what it actually delivers. seems like the cornerstone is to trick people and take their money. bad experience. not impressed.”

“Ordered wristband for my I-watch in March. Have never received confirmation or details of delivery. We have e-mailed them 3 times without the courtesy of a reply. The money has been taken. Luckily, as it was paid through PayPal we are now taking it further to retrieve our payment. Will NEVER recommend this shister money scamming mob of thieves.”

“It is an awful site, and possible scam. None of the order is fulfilled. Then you have to match each refund to the original order. Sometimes they do not match. There is no wat to talk with customer service.”
