“Ok my sister ordered A special type of markers on March 21. It said it's coming between March 21 to Mai 6 an i think that's really stupid. And guess what, todays Mai 6 and it's still no here. I'm sure that me and my familly will never use wish ever again because obviously wish want you to wish it came but no, it's just a scam. I been mad but never this mad. I WANT MY SISTER TO GET HER SPECIAL MARKERS NOW. Or else i'm going on the media to tell people what wish really is. This sucks. Also thank you soooo much for letting my sister be so upset today, thank you for the sorrow you have provided. She really needed those special markers for the new buissness she wanted to create. And those markers was a big part of what she needed for her buissness but i guess so people just don't understand that.”

“Horrible company. They're blaming their slow delivery on the crisis but Amazon and eBay making their deliveries on time. It's been well over a month and my product has only moved twice!!!!! STILL SITTING OVER SEAS!!!!!! AND WHEN THEY CAN'T KEEP THEIR DELIVERY DATE THEY KEEP MOVING IT BACK!!!! AND THE WORST THING IS YOU CAN'T CANCEL YOUR ORDER!!!! EVERYTHING IS AUTOMATED COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!!!!!!”

“scam seller used different house number same city to show delivered and to get pay nothing delivered to my house no refund issue because showed tracking was delivered I have hard time from wish costumer service no refund”

“About 5 months ago, I purchased Men's Red Mesh See-Through Underwear. Of course, i just clued into ordering by size, that my Medium is actually Size XL. The underwear was at least 2 sizes too small. Not to mention, also they are the most uncomfortable underwear I've ever obtained in my Life. Talk about painting them on! LOL Another issue I have, is that in November 2019, I purchased the NOVA Professional Hair Trimmer. I asked for Orange, they sent me Red instead. Also, the Blade attachment does not clip on to the end of the trimmer at all. Appears to be broken? I'm on a new journey now. Im abouy to call the Manufacturer for NOVA in China, very soon. To see if they'll fix it or perhaps just exchange it for a new one! I'll try to keep you all posted in the near forthcoming future. Which results I achieved or not? But seriously, it got to the point to be just a little aggravating overall. Trying daily, to clip this thing together. I certainly hope, they'll actually exchange it for a new "Orange" one! If not, a Refund would be amazingly peachy, welcomed! Than you all for taking your time to read all of my Review here. Note Well: If you love music, please read on! “Would have given a lower score but that wasn't an option. Placed an order in February which hasn't arrived. Emailed customer services several times to say it hasn't arrived. Then received an email telling me i have to pay for the item ....AGAIN IT HASN'T ARRIVED!!! when i informed them of this for about the 5th time they said their records state it was posted through my letter box ( i don't have a letter box!) and that therefore i have to pay for it....this isnt the first time something hasn't shown up or has got lost in the post but usually they are ok with it and either send a replacement or refund the money. I dont see why i should have to ay for something i haven't got!”

“Did not receive order. Where do I report this fraud, because they wont give me a refund. They said I have to send it back. I had 4 unauthorized charges. I didn't know this until i stumbled on my past orders. They also changed their prices.”

“I ordered items months ago. I ordered items months ago. They were supposed to be delivered mid April. I still have not received I still have not received anything. When you try to message them you get a stupid prefilled select your response messaging system. I am very frustrated. I will never order from them again.”

“I ordered a ten cup Bunn Coffee. It cost $43.49. I ordered C Pac cleaner $ 24.58, I ordered gloves $10.99. Then after paying for all these things. Then the bank called, and told me that I have fraudulent charges on my bank account. Wish took $80.00 out of my account. Do not use Wish. They are crooks. I have only received two balls of yarn. I did order four. I have been waiting a month. I have not been able to make a pot of coffee for a month.”

“I ordered a laptop for my granddaughter's birthday. It was shipped to a different name at a different address. My address and name was correct on my order confirmation. The tracking number Wish supplied isn't associated with my name or delivery address per UPS. Wish will not provide the shipper's contact info or refund, credit or even research their shipping error.”

“I have been promised one delivery date after another...April 24, May 4 and now May 19. I placed the order April 17. Had I known this was a Chinese entity I would NEVER have used them. Who knows if I will ever receive my items. They should be called “Wish-less”. Very poor service.”

“This company takes forever to send products since it comes from China or where ever. I received 1 of 4 items after a month. Later, my credit card was fraudulently charges over $150 worth of items which I did not order. Thankfully I caught it and closed account. Today I received twin sheets from WISH delivered by Amazon. Never again. Notable companies only!”

“I have ordered two items on WISH and it has been nearly two months and I still have not received any thing. When I track the packages, they keep extending the expected delivery date. I have a felling that I am not going to get anything. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING. ESPECIALLY THE FREE STUFF I THINK THEY JUST WANT TO GET YOUR CARD INFO.”

“I ordered on Apr 8th, and they were supposed to deliver by 04/29 and 5/2 for separate items. I checked and some of the items did not even have a tracking number yet. I read their refund policy, and it stated that if they miss the delivery time, I can request a refund. I requested a refund and they said that they couldn't because it was already shipped. I asked for the tracking numbers, and they did not provide them for me. Instead they changed the delivery date in their system to mid-May, and are now stating that they cannot answer nor refund because they are still within the delivery date period. Did I mention some items got pushed out to MID JUNE. This site is a scam and I requesting a charge back. WISH should be shutdown.”

“I recently ordered from wish.com. I then found out it's a scam. Most people never get what they order. Never get their refund, if not satisfied. Personal information is shared all over the place. It's almost IMPOSSIBLE to even COMMUNICATE with WISH.COM to resolve issues. I have turned WISH in to bbb. Also,being based in China, which I found out after I made my orders, is a HUGE PROBLEM!! I'm going to be sure I tell every person I know that this is a big scam & rip off site. Also going to post my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE on Facebook. I want to be sure people are warned about this site being a total SCAM!! I'm a disabled SENIOR! My money is pretty limited.SO, that makes it even worse. SCAM!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!”

“by far the worst online store that you will find on the internet you place your order the take your payment right away and then you wait and wait and wait if your lucky you item will arrive within 2 months but there is a 2 out of 10 chance you'll get it at all what the do is all orders take so long that your money and millions of others is sitting in their bank account drawing interest on our money its a scam to make money with other peoples money what a sick bunch of creeps.”

“I ordered a cashmere quilt from BBQCC store said it was delivered I did not receive it I tried getting in contact with them but nobody got back to me I would never buy anything off them the store is a scam I’m very disappointed I didn’t want a refund I just wanted my blanket and nobody should be treated like this Don’t buy from the store if you do be prepared to be Scam”
