Their Online shopping and delivery is shocking and I’ve had 3 bad experiences where delivery information is typed with the order and gets lost in translation when you receive the confirmed order. They delivered a birthday gift 4 days late with only half the upfront paid order and 2nd Birthday the delivered half an hour after the maximum time requested as per their times! Checkers 60/60 500% better

I ordered for more than 3 times and experienced the same thing throughout from Hillcrest woolies. Delivery came after time frame and reflected delivered on the app whereas it wasn't and driver came 45 minutes after it reflected delivered on the app

goodday today I visited woolworths mall at carnival and i was assisted by Mpho in the man section she really gave me a good service i was looking for mans slim fit golf tshirt and she went all out so that i can get proper size and even went as far as to check at which stores i can get the sizes that i wanted since you were out of stock id like to thank mpho and the cashiers as well i cant remember her name she was welcoming and she also gave me a good services i didnt get the colours of the tshirt that i wanted but i was happy with the good service they gave me keep it up!

Woolworths financial services call center is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. The call quality is terrible and agents repeatedly just hang up on you. They really need to get themselves sorted Terrible experience and not just once, on every occasion I can.

I am an international customer. Tried to add a new address to send flowers to a friend in Bloemfontein. Online would not accept the address. I then phoned, most tel numbers don't exists, when you do get through, you get transferred. One lady even gave me her personal mobile number, 0650073158. Said she will WhatsApp me back, guess what, there was no WhatsApp option. I sent her a message which I once again had to pay fot and has not heard back from her. When I tried to complain online. i received a message that the link is broken. This happened 3 times. I then spoke to someone in CT but still they could not take the address and place the order. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

Placed an order on Thursday, 23 November - #O1177387490. The driver called to ask for directions and then established that the order was sent to a totally different province. I notified Woolworths Dash Delivery immediately and requested that they refund my money. As of date no refund. This is shocking, firstly that my order was sent to another province and then to have to chase Woolworths for my money????

I've been struggling to get my refund from Woolworths dash , they canceled my order since they couldn't deliver my package at my place . 11 days later -guess what ? I'm still waiting for my refund,they're always telling me that the finance department need to process my refund,till when? I'm not happy at all.

I ordered braised beef stew meal, there was no fuckin meat in. The pork prego steaks were expired. The sausage also tasted off!!!!! What a fuckin waste of money!!!!

From Technical Profile issues to delays in refund,Woolworth online grocery shopping is the worst by far!I ordered my food on the 11th November Saturday afternoon between 11 and 12.Everything was going well until when checked how my order only to find that it was dropped and discontinued. When I called the center to ask why I was told that my cell number was incorrect whilst it's the same number which was used for a previous order. I was told that a refund was going to be made to me.Over 5 days from the order I still haven't received the refund. So no food or funds to buy food for a "Technical issue ".Help center people are not even helpful just script readers. Don't ever use Woolworth online app if you are in rush for food or your last grocery funds.

Now I am even more assured that Woolworths is not the store for me. First, it's over use of plastic packing has made me avoid shopping there and now their take on Israel. I definitely wont be shopping at Woolworths.

I’m so disappointed and frustrated with the delay in receiving my refund for an out of stock item. I had purchased groceries online from the store, I was informed that I would receive a refund for the same. It has been a month since I was promised the refund, and I am yet to receive it. I have been patiently waiting for the refund, but I haven’t received anything. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and prompt action from Woolworths. 😡😡😡

Used Dash app for the first time today. Got a courtesy message along the lines of, "We'll ask you for a substitute should an item be out of stock". I thought,"How cute." Order delivered on time, but no eggs, no spinach and no sign of the courtesy message promised earlier. On the other side of the country, my family received all their items from Sixty60, and for a fraction of the price I paid at Woolies :) All is well; we live and learn.

My dash order is late. There's no way of tracking progress on delivery, and the worst is there's no communication from Woolies on delays.

Hi was just in wiolworths riverside vanderbijlpark. Last week Sunday at just after 12pm there was no roast chickens available was told another 30 minutes today 11am no roast chickens available I had to call for assistance and when the lady came she seemed very uninterested in helping there was no eye contact just grunts no thank you or smile.
