very slow, still waiting for delivery 10 days later. When i check on the website it still says you are processing the order and will dispatch shortly, and at the same time telling me all orders are dispatched in 1-2 days. ABSOLUTE JOKE!!

Awful company. Didn’t communicate with me once. Ordered for next day delivery - got nothing in return. Will never buy again.

I placed this order for next day delivery almost a week ago now. I ordered it on Thursday after 3pm so didn’t expect it until Saturday. There were no updates online by Saturday. On Sunday I sent an email asking when my order would be dispatched. I was responded to extremely quickly - I was informed that my parcel had been dispatched and the issue was with the courier. I was offered a refund for the extra shipping I had paid. Following this there still continued to be no shipping updates on the website. I emailed multiple times with no response this time. I also attempted to call however I was either cut off or couldn’t get through. Last night I finally received an email to say my order had been dispatched. There is a tracking number but I am still unable to track at this time. I would not use this company again. Communication is shocking, clearly they can’t provide next day delivery either. I have not received a refund for the postage charge either. To avoid disappointment I would recommend using a different company. UPDATE - two weeks and still nothing! Royal Mail still haven’t received my parcel. American candy co - said my parcel must have been lost and that they will resend but that haven’t. Requested a full refund which they have ignored.

What a conpany from the get go!! Confirmation email and thats it, no shippong details, no dispatch email. Waited 2 weeks for it to turn up, emailed twice to support and dm'd on instagram. My parcel finally appeared and had items missing and items opened inside, emailed another 3 times asking for the missing and open items to be refunded but again no reply! Shambles of a company, worse customer service ever,you'd think in this current climate they'd do a good job and want returning customers, the actions they've taken say otherwise! Shocking from beginning to end!! Spend your money elsewhere!!!!

Do not order from this company. I’ve been waiting about 3 weeks now for an order which was supposed to have 3-5 business days to arrive. I’ve paid £120 for this order and have not received a response from any of the 3 emails I’ve sent in this time! Yet they were quick to respond to my originally asking if Christmas mystery boxes would be back in stock! Stay clear of this company.

Ordered on the 25th of October. Received no delivery updates or anything. Wrote to support on two separate occasions and received no response both times. It is now the 12th of November and I still have not received my order. You really charge 13 pounds for delivery of phantom packages? Never ordering from here again. Order number is #19842. It is now the 10th of december and still no sign of the package

Over 7 days and no update on my order. Sent an email for an update 2 days ago and nothing.... 2nd time I've had issues now, although the first issue was a Royal Mail issue.

You have a customer support email which I’ve sent multiple emails to and you’ve never replied. You claimed my order was sent, but the tracking never updated and still says being prepared so I get the feeling this isn’t going to be sent. Poor experience and I would avoid anyone using this company. Should be investigated, if you have no intention of sending orders then don’t take peoples money and rip them off!

Terrible experience. Order was placed on 18/12/21 with overnight delivery paid for. The order has not arrived and all my emails to find out any info and updates have been ignored. I appreciate it's been the festive holidays and there are logistical issues but it's been more than two weeks since I placed the order. All the promises on the website about Christmas delivery were just nonsense. Ignoring your customers who have been desperately trying to contact you (3 emails and an instagram message all ignored!) is simply not on.
