Absolutely awful. I would NEVER order from here again. I bought a pair of shoes and they did not fit. I sent them back next day and four weeks later still no refund. They keep sending automatic message that they are busy and experiencing delays. There is nobody to speak to live and I can’t get my money back!! Do NOT use them!!

Awful sent me a fake and in poor condition dsquared2 sweatshirt. I returned and they charged me 20 for the return and another 20 for processing the refund. What a disgrace. Well its not over and I will get my money back from these thieves

There is no way to return an item. Beware!! There is no way to return an item Their website doesnt allow you to make a return and after more than 10emails - which they take their sweet time to respond- they have told me that i cant return the item without any valid reason. Here is the final email i sent them- August 21st: Order was delivered. This is a birthday gift so it was opened a week later August 28th: Order is opened by my friend (As a birthday gift) and decided this item should be returned. August 29th: I tried to return it online and your website dint let me so I decided to try again later. August 30th: Website still dint let me so I submitted a request form describing the issue on FAQ website which i dint receive a response yet. Sept 1st: I wrote an email describing all this- see attached screenshots From Sept 3rd: I am writing emails to get the DHL label from my address almost every single day and dint receive a label still. - see attached screenshots or check for my previous emails. The item is in Pristine condition- it wasn't even completely opened. Again please check the attached pictures and you can only issue a refund once you check the condition. But can you please send me a DHL label from the following address so i can make the return. Thanks

I ordered a Marc Jacobs bag which was supposed to come with a detachable cross body strap. When I opened the package, the strap was missing. After weeks of wrangling (every email I sent took 2-3 days for them to respond to) they agreed to a return. Two weeks later they have both the bag which was not "as described" when delivered and my money. They will not refund my money and I am finding the whole situation very stressful. They made a mistake but refuse to rectify it. I am in the process of getting my credit card company to contact them, but I am very disappointed it is having to go this far

I ordered a Marc Jacobs bag which was supposed to come with a detachable shoulder strap. When the bag arrived, the strap was not included so the product was not "as described" and I knew I was entitled to a refund. After weeks of emailing, Cettire finally accepted that I could return the incomplete item, but now they have both the bag and my money. They have not issued a refund and are ignoring my emails. There is no contact telephone number. I am contacting my bank today to ask what I should do next I am very disappointed that Cettire have not just rectified their mistake and refunded my money. Please beware this company and buy from a different one.

I ordered a suit from Alexnder McQueen. They said its both avalable. Now there should be a shipment of the pants, but not the Blazer. i asked about the Blazer 5 times. Non of the Emails is answered. It is like a black hole. Tomorrow I will ask the bank to stop the payment. Never ever. I have no idea if this is a garage shop with nobody at home in the moment, or a shop at all. Do not ordere there - it is pure frustration. I will contact all my friends in New Zealand and Australia. Its simply awful. As a customer you have only the option of contact via Email. But this is ignored. I am not shure if it is fraud or a fake or what it is..

It took 7 days to dispatch my order. It arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging. Goods confirmed returned by Cettire & still waiting for a refund almost 2 weeks later. Painfully slow, unsympathetic and inept customer service. They repeatedly insisted that I sign a statement falsely declaring non-receipt of goods in order for them to open a claim with their shipping courier. A manager eventually contacted me stating that both Cettire and DHL deny any responsibility for the damage incurred and that $118 worth of ‘return fees’ will be deducted from my refund. This is not the first time I have encountered an issue buying with Cettire but it will certainly be the last. Don’t be fooled by the prices. They cut corners with insufficient/poorly trained staff and have hefty return fees hidden away in their terms & conditions. Take heed of my experience, as well as the litany of other dissatisfied customer reviews on here and go elsewhere for these products. Not only will you have your order faster and with better packaging but you will not be left pulling your hair out with a difficult and drawn-out process to get your money back if any issues arise

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Cettire recently, and I cannot express my disappointment strongly enough. Not only did I receive a faulty product, but Cettire also displayed a complete disregard for consumer rights by refusing to refund or return the item as mandated by the Consumer Rights Act. First and foremost, the product I received was faulty. It was evident that Cettire's quality control process is severely lacking. The crystals fell off after a single wear – a .4 mile round trip to a café and back. It was clear that I had received a subpar product, which is unacceptable when considering the premium prices they charge for their merchandise. However, my ordeal with Cettire didn't end with a subpar purchase. When I contacted their customer service to request a return or refund under the Consumer Rights Act, I was met with resistance and outright refusal. I was told this was ‘wear and tear’! The Consumer Rights Act is designed to protect consumers from exactly this kind of situation, where a faulty product is delivered. Cettire's refusal to comply with the law is both illegal and unethical. In reading reviews across the internet, this appears to be their standard business practice. I thought these poor reviews were an exaggeration. They are not. Without so much as a photograph to document the problem, Cettire insisted that the issue was not their responsibility and tried to blame me for the problems with their product. This blatant disregard for consumer rights is nothing short of shocking and leaves a sour taste in my mouth. To anyone considering making a purchase from Cettire, I strongly advise against it. Their unethical business practices, including selling faulty products and illegally refusing returns or refunds under the Consumer Rights Act, demonstrate a complete lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and financial loss by avoiding Cettire at all costs. There are plenty of reputable retailers out there who will treat their customers - and the law! - with the respect and fairness they deserve.

I place an order with Cettire on 9/2/23 at 10am. I ordered the London Burberry Tote for $863. My total order with shipping and taxes came out to 1025. As soon as I place the order, that amount was deducted from my bank account. Here's the problem: an entire day later (today is 9/3 and it is 9pm) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER COMFIRMATION!! Like wtf?! For the past 13 hours, I have sent Cettire 14 emails requesting an order confirmation for my 1k purchase and they have not responded to none of my emails and I still never received an order confirmation!! And of course they have no contact # listed which had I realized that before I ordered, I would have never ordered from these scammers! They are fking SCAMMERS. DO NOT ORDER FROM CETTIRE, I DONT CARE WHAT OTHER REVIEWS THEY HAVE WHERE PEOPLE HAVE SAID THAT THEY'VE RECEIVED THEIR ITEMS. They have some other very horrible and very concerning reviews as well. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I’ve purchased many high ticket items from site but zero customer service and zero resolve. I tried returning item after one week emailed th for the return instructions since site wasn’t working for me. And they took days to respond and when responding said I’m outside 14 days. I was trying to contact them on 7th day! They they claim to escalate it then go back to me with sorry hope you understand beyond 14 days. I’m going to file fraud with credit card.

I bought two pairs of sunglasses, they cost € 740, I found them a little cheaper compared to farfetch because they were like on sale. I regret that I did that. They are FAKE. don't buy on Cettire. You can't even make a return even if they say you can.

Bad bad bad don’t ever trust them .. first few orders fine .. after a few times, they stopped delivering your orders. No reasons just always checking with shipping team but never came back with any results. I will never ever buy from this company ever again

Terrible. My purchase was never delivered to the shipper. I ordered the items 8/8/23. on 8/18/23 they still have not given my order to the shipper. All attempts at contacting customer service with emails have resulted in them telling me they cannot issue a refund rather than trying to find out why the shipment has not been given to the shipper. I need these items for an event in 2 weeks. I left plenty of time for them to ship me the items (It has been 10 days) and the shipper still has not received the items from the store to ship to No one at Cettire is trying to locate the shipment and get it to me. They are just telling me I can return the shipment once it gets to me! What if the shipment does not get to me because it has been lost for 10 days till Now?! Date of experience: 8/August 2023

Return option ended before 14 days - no answer from costumerservice The policy says "You may return the goods to us 14 days after receipt. I received the order on 8/3/23. I've been trying for 3 days to return it until today, 8/17/23 (still in Ruhe 14days) - unfortunately without success. I don't get an answer either

I order days ago a bag, they took 25€ and 20€ extra for express and taxes, adding on that the status is still unfulfilled, even i didnt receive any email regarding the order, im trying to send them emails with no responses, that’s terribly awful, hoping to get updates regarding all what i paid :/

These are def fake products they are selling, WOW I am surprised they are still in business. What a mistake using this fake .....I bought 3 pairs of shoes and one belt.....all are fake what a SCAM
