“Discovered them this year, and was a bit hesitant because of the reviews. Have ordered 4 items the past 3 months, and all 4 have arrived via DHL. They are not packaged well, so if it's a gift and you want it to arrive well packaged you're best to go through Farfetch or Mytheresa. Will definitely continue using them.”

“I came across Cettire a couple of months ago. I immediately purchased a couple of garments especially because of the good discount. I received my items one week later and the items were perfect. I then ordered 3 pairs of jeans which arrived about a week later. I then had to return two of the jeans that did not fit, for a refund of $700. At this point, I had come across this website with the negative reviews and started to feel antsy. However one must keep in mind this is going back to Italy, the package will likely go through customs, etc., things do not move as quickly in Italy as they do in the U.S. You have to be realistic about the logistics and business culture, "You are not in Kansas anymore" when you start dealing outside the U.S. Considering the logistics, I figured I would give them about a month. Sure enough, in just about a month I received my refund. I did order a T-shirt which did take about three weeks to arrive, but the issue was with DHL. Lastly, I want to mention that even when sending items back to Bergdorf Goodman in New York, which is considered a reputable department store, it literally takes about a month to get my refund. I would order from Cettire again. Each item I have received has been authentic and perfectly new.”
